BEWARE!!!! DO NOT CALL THEM!!!! This company got my gas cut off for a WEEK!!!!!! They came out to test for a leak per my request then found a small leak at the threads of a pipe that has apparently been leaking for years, no immediate danger HOWEVER the tech Robert immediately proceeded to call the GAS emergency number to get my gas meter pulled. It takes days to get a permit, inspection, then the meter reinstalled!!!!! All of this could have been avoided if they could have simply done the repair, which btw they quoted no more than $10,000!!!! I found a reputable company to do the same job for $1,300! CROOKS!!!! Cost my employees days of being out of work and thousands of dollars in sales!!!!

I-40 East around Carnuel. I was moving lanes to pass a trailer and was able to clearly see the full truck in my rearview mirror and had my blinker on showing that I was moving over. He SPED UP and then slammed on his brakes and flipped me off. I hope not all of your drivers behave like this, but reading other reviews it seems like they do.
After I moved back over and he passed he was going at least 85mph in a 65mph. Unsafe and reckless.

Great quote, great install BUT on the last day it was raining and the workers walked into our carpet full of mud, then offered to clean it but just vacuumed into the carpet and left it with mud stain, they got black glue or sealant all over our white new painted walls and lastly, they broke every piece of flagstone in our front yard/walk area. How I do not know. I did call to report this and got a text and call back however afyer providing my info and complaint, I never heard back from anyone, not a remedy, an apology NOTHING!

Lastly we finally got the final inspection scheduled and after moving schedules around and taking off of work, they never showed for inspection! Later in the evening we got a call saying the inspector "forgot"

I used this company to install my EV charger at home. During that first interaction, they were very helpful and did the installation with no issues. Since then, I have called to see if they could help me move the EV charger to my new residence and the helpfulness/attention has completely changed. I've called at least 4 times explaining the situation and each time I get the same response saying that someone will call me back or that they need to ask one of the project managers and over the course of about two weeks I have received nothing back. Perhaps they were put off that I asked if there was a discount for repeat customer, being that it cost a couple grand installing the EV charger the first time. If there are no discounts or youre not able to perform that service, just say so instead of not responding.

This company and its employees were absolutely incredible. They did everything they could to make sure they took care of our plumbing issue at my apartment after our maintenance here left us hanging over the Thanksgiving weekend. B&D truly saved our Thanksgiving. Jennifer was super helpful and caring. The nicest person I have spoke with all week. And Sean was also awesome! He was very respectful and got the job done super fast. I don't think my kitchen sink has ever worked this well the whole time I have lived here. Thank you all so much, your hard work is definitely appreciated!

I just recently had B&D replace my very old furnace and A/C unit. I would strongly recommend this company. They where very courteous, professional and answered all my questions I had.

I recently had an A/C service call and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Patrick and Tyler were extremely professional, quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit, and explained the necessary repairs. Overall, the customer service was exceptional! Patrick and Tyler truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend B&D Industries, Inc for anyone in need of reliable and professional A/C services.

Wow! What a great experience. B&D came over right away, identified the problem, the very next day they had the right parts in hand and by that afternoon our exhaust fans were replaced and running perfectly. I have never experienced such great efficiency and service. The invoice was less than half comparing to the estimates we received from other contractors. I’ll never work with anyone else but B&D industries. Truly grateful for them!

Probably a wonderful staff, however driving is a big one star. Driver for this company with the unit ID 109 was swerving in and out of traffic on his way to Santa Fe in the morning. This driver was flashing lights a people and driving with brights on. Not to mention at an unsafe speed of 85-90 miles per hour. Just to make you aware your company logo was on the vehicle. I’m sure there are safety precautions that are to be followed.

Called and asked them to come out and look at my 4 pack meter base do to PNM asking for an inspection. I was told that they charge a 1 hour minimum, I said that was fine since I just wanted to get an estimate before I was going to have any work done. I was call by a person from the property and was told that they need to replace the meter base, with a cost up to $20,000 I told them that I was going to have them do the work. I went with TLC and they did all the work along with the permits and inspection for $3,000. I later received a bill from B&D for $550 for 3 hours of labor for 2 men. They were at the proprty for about 20 minutes, totle RIP OFF! please everyone be aware of there price goughing.

I'd always heard B & D Industries was the go to for Commercial Electrical, Plumbing, and Heating Cooling, but now they are #1 to me for Residential as well.
When B & D heard my elderly mother was living without heat just before Thanksgiving they quickly jumped in to help and made her a top priority! Justin and his guys were over the top professional in behavior and communication.
They did whatever it took to get a new heater installed for my mom before she came home from her hospital stay. They were incredibly friendly and didn't complain once about crawling under the house to rip out a 40+ year old furnace. They took great care with everything they did and were ever so polite. I even tried to buy them breakfast but they wouldn't let me. I can't recommend B & D Industries enough. They gave us peace of mind knowing it would be handled quickly and professionally! We are so thankful!

I received amazing service from your tech who installed my air conditioning unit this week! Estevan installed my unit and did an incredible job, I couldn’t be happier. He was extremely professional, kept the work area neat and the final installation looks fantastic! Estevan also went above and beyond when he let me know I had some roof issues I was unaware of and will need to address. I will definitely recommend your company in the future!

Yesterday while getting on the interstate at 12th St. at about 5:05 pm a B&D driver almost clipped the front end of my car. He continued driving erratically and aggressively for the next two miles. Dipping in and out of traffic on I-40 heading west. Whoever this guy is should not be driving a company vehicle let alone his own vehicle! For the safety and welfare of motorists driving in Albuquerque B&D should encourage him to walk on the sidewalk instead of using the streets and interstates in Albuquerque. This is a bad look for your brand B&D Industries.

Got great service for my furnace. Attempted to have them replace my water heater, called 3 times in two weeks and they couldn’t be bothered to return a call. Spent my 3k elsewhere since they apparently don’t want my business.

The other day Van 146 was driving crazy. He was rushing passing car on both lanes just to get stopped at the light all most causes a car crash, but was on he’s phone didn’t even realize what just happened. I tried to take a picture but was unable to do to the his driving could not keep up. These people should not be drive a company vehicle like that very unsafe and unprofessional but nothing ever happens so I’ll just see he again doing that same thing next week.

Not a good experience. This company is very unprofessional. The city of Rio Rancho came out repeatedly to do the inspection on the unit itself and the electrical. This company failed to provide the necessary assistance to the city inspectors. I was inconvenienced by having to be here. And the city inspectors were very inconvenience because they had to repeatedly come back. All I got from the company was excuses. The office help was very unprofessional in there making appointments which never came to fruition. I’ve talked to the owner of this company twice and again all I got was excuses. We’ll see if they follow through on this latest failure of inspection.

I guess it’s a requirement to be a terrible driver to be hired here.

Vehicle 256 was driving very dangerously in the construction zone on I-25 on 2/11 at 5:30AM.

Weaving in and out of traffic. Tailing other vehicles.

Since the safety guy doesn't return my calls maybe I'll get a response here, for some type of solution. Last week driving east on paseo del Norte. One of your vehicles trailers opened up on the road. All kinds of wood started flying out and a piece hit my windshield and left a gnarly crack on it. He puked over to close his trailer. I couldn't pull over safely, as I had my baby with me. I know he works 4 10s but still no call back. This is not cool.

Decided to get a 2nd opinion on a leak from my water because the a company that came out 1st replaced a pressure valve and that did not work. So B&D came out and the problem was that there was to much water pressure going into the house they adjusted that and replace a blown expansion tank.Great service from Gio and the technician Robert Martinez.He fix the problem and it took a very short time to do it. I recommend this company highly.

Called before arrival and showed up when promised.
