Jason and his team were spectacular. I couldn’t be more pleased. He dug a trench for a sprinkler system on my property, a total of 1500 feet. He was able to complete the job in 1 day, which surprised me. Il will share a story because people hiring him may be reluctant to pay the deposit before the job. Once we agreed on the quote, he asked for a deposit, which was 80% of the total due (SEVERAL thousand dollars) and he asked for it two days in advance. I was reluctant because I had only met him one time but when we talked on the phone he shared the fact that a lot of people agree to give him payment on the day of, or pay in checks, and then they back out (or the checks bounce) after he completes the work. He shared several stories on the matter. And that made me realize he is taking a risk as well. So I agreed and paid him by credit card and about a day later the payment cleared. Jason showed up the next day, on time, did some of the work, then left to go get gas, and then came back and finished. He easily could have either not shown up or never come back to finish and there would have been little (if anything) I could do. But he didn’t do any of that. He is a good man, and true to his word. It’s sad to say, but that’s rare these days. I will absolutely hire him again for any construction type work, remodeling, or sprinkler system install jobs in the future. In fact, he will be the first one I call. So if you have reservations when he asks for 80% of the total bill in advance, don’t worry about it. Pay the man and he will get it done!

Jason and his crew were very professional and accommodating. I remodeled my bathroom and it is more than I could hope for. It’s very refreshing to have honest people to work with. Will definitely retain for future projects.

He did a great job putting in a new shower and fixing a lot of unexpected problems including areas that needed to be made even. The photos are of 1) the remodel, 2) after a new cabinet and paint job, 3) is the original bathroom.

Last year Jason and his wife put new floors in my dining room and kitchen, and they did such a good job that I had him do my bathroom this past week. I also needed new plumbing in the bathroom as well. He, put new bathtub and shower,walls,floor,toilet.It came out really nice and at a reasonable price too. The only problem is now my other bathroom looks worn compared to the new one so I will have him do that one as well hopefully soon.

I hired Roma Construction LLC to plant several medium-sized shrubs and deliver four tons of gravel to my residence. Jason quickly responded with a fairly-priced estimate and promptly arrived at my house the next day with a well-equipped landscaping truck carrying a wide variety of tools. Jason and his crew spent several days completing the jobs and made sure each project was completed to my satisfaction. During the construction, Jason made several great suggestions on how to improve the quality of my design and reduce the total project cost. Roma Construction is very customer-focused and makes sure their work is completed with a high level of quality.

Jason has been a lifesaver, as I’ve worked to renovate my father’s old home. In a world where it seems every contractor is out to overcharge & under deliver on craftsmanship & quality, Jason truly cares. He is the most honest, fairly priced & skilled contractor I’ve ever worked with. Very honest. Very trustworthy. He’s my go to contractor for life! Call him. You won’t be disappointed.

Jason and crew completed the assembly of my carport kit methodically and completely even working through the heat of the day. I was consulted when necessary to make sure the structure was located on the concrete pad where I wanted it as well as a few other important details. It was a pleasant experience for me especially since I love the finished product.

Person driving your f250 Damm near rear ended me in Edgewood speeding 55 + slow it down!!!

We weren't able to experience the "wonders" of this company. We scheduled a time for the landscaping company to come by. No one showed, and our multiple calls were not returned.

David came to our house and was very personable however once our fountain was installed we were unable to get him for simple service such as clean up and maintenance (which he provides as a service) At this point we have been calling for 3 weeks over 10 calls to him and no response. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Horribly unprofessional. It took several back and forth phone calls to get a hold of David every time we tried to contact them. We had to have our quote redone 4 times because they kept mixing up which block wall was getting raised to which height. They were in charge of getting a permit for our wall from the city since it would be over 6 feet and he tried to get a permit from the wrong city (Rio Rancho instead of Albuquerque) despite having been to the property several times and having our address. He and his crew showed up several times unannounced to "look at the property" before installation. Then when we actually scheduled a day, they were no shows. After waiting half the day and calling them, we found out the crew chief called in sick, but nobody bothered to call us and let us know. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Very bad experience.

My husband and I are bummed that we can't give a higher rating but when someone is a no call no show then they don't deserve much. We drove 30 minutes out of our way
to meet the owner and we didn't even get a text to say that you couldn't make the meeting. Guess we weren't worthy of your services..

Update: family emergency. Forgiven, will give a 2nd chance .

Update: nothing..... Too bad, we were really wanting to give him a second chance and my husband had nothing but positive feedback. But its been almost a month and we've received nothing.

We went with Heads Up afterall.

From estimate to completion David and his crew were more professional and helpful than we could have imagined. There were unforseen obstacles during this project, which was by no means a small one, and they handled them like the pro's they are. The follow up has been great and we hired them for another job which they have finished and the result was also fantastic.

As with most contractors, timeliness and communication was an issue. However, the high quality of the work more than made up for any other deficits. He didn't do the job quick and shoddy way. He did it the right way!Dave was also quite honest and fair with pricing. As evidenced by the before and after pictures he turned our yard of dirt and weeds into a peaceful oasis.

The owner of Jan J is so personable! His crew is the friendliest around, the guys come clean and presentable and ready to work, they get the job done right Everytime! I never have to worry about them not showing up for my weekly yard maintenance. I have used some of the other companies around town and I highly recommend J and J to everyone I know, they are the whole package, the real deal!
