This is the worst company! They are doing the apartments I live in. They started by taking everything off of the roof back in January and leaving it exposed. We have since had multiple, severe leaks throughout the entire building causing damage to the apartments that cannot be fixed until the job is done. It's in the 90's outside and about the same or worse inside the apartments because we cannot get our ACs hooked up until the roof is done. They have supposedly ordered the wrong materials to finish and so we sit and wait, miserably in the heat! I have personally called to speak with someone on more than one occasion and have gotten no response and they don't respond to the apartment management either. There is a small amount of materials that they've left sitting outside for over 3 weeks that is getting damaged which makes me think we will wait even longer for them to reorder it yet again. I don't know how they haven't been sued or held responsible for the damaged caused from either their lack of experience on a project this big or if it's just lack of caring since they've already been paid for the work. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will continue to call because they have left us in sub par living conditions for months!

They have always done an amazing job for my clients from roof repairs to brand new roofs. They recently just completed my own roof on my house. What a hassle free experience and now I have a beautiful new roof! Definitely recommend working with Manny and his great team of professionals.

I bought a new used vehicle from Larry H Miller and it was the worst experience ever. They do not follow through with what they say. Make sure to get in writing, the vehicle is horrible, the transmission is kicking really hard. And the vehicle shuts off while driving down the road. They told me it would be 1.5 months to six months before they could get in in after I have owned it for just two months. They promise 3 oil changes and a detail on the vehicle that they will not follow through as promised. The mangers and personal are not friendly at all. All they care about are the customers that are buying new vehicles. It really doesn’t matter if spending 1 dollar or 50K every customer should matter. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here worst customer service in the world.

John came to my Door he was polite told me he had just moved to the neighborhood and was trying to promote his business. He made a lot of sense when he was explaining things to me I had him come in. He told me it was free to take a look we did and my panel was absolutely atrocious as we were both standing there he wiggled one of the white wires really gently, and as he stated before he did it, it started sparking and arcing long story short I took him up on his offer. He had my panel, not only spotless, but he tightened everything up and Cleaned up all the wires so it wasn’t a giant rat nest….. highly recommend.

Replaced/ installed windows

Andres and his brother Adam did a great job! They were super friendly and took their time and made sure everything looked great. They cleaned up after everything. I would definitely hire them again.

We've had several projects done by Andres. He was very professional and gave a fair honest quote quickly. He worked with us to schedule and give us updates throughout the projects. We would highly recommend and plan to keep our business with AMR 3 Design & Construction.

I’ve waited a while to submit my review in hopes that Andres would do the right thing and return my money. My husband and I hired Andres to repair my pool and he scammed us out of $4500. He gave us a timeline of 3 weeks and after that time not only was it not done but he made a mess of our pool causing more damage. I called 3 pool companies out to give me an estimate on repairing the pool after her did some work and it’s going to cost me 20k to fix the damage he caused. I reached out to him and asked him to return my money and he has declined and now he is not answering our texts or emails. I’m beyond upset and this situation and have no options to get my money back! Don’t trust him, he’s a scammer and his work is terrible! I wish I could give zero stars or negative stars, but that’s not an option.

We hired MODCON to renovate our legacy family home. They handled a bathroom remodel, new floor tiling, and a kitchen backsplash. They also brought the water heater and gas heater vent stack up to code. MODCON's pricing was fair, and they even repositioned a new dishwasher and fixed a water valve at no additional cost.
