My wife, Martha , and I are extremely satisfied with the final product that Ron and his two very capable and caring employees delivered. They did a masterful job! They provided Excellent Service, and they were most careful not to hurt our furniture, bang or mark our walls, and the floors shine and look fantastic! The 1/2 inch Catalina Jade grout, that was re-applied prior to the colored-cement floors being “sealed”, made the floors look new again, and the contrast in the two colors (cement floor to grout) assured us that we had our floors back to their original state. As they say, “Knowledge is Power!”. Knowing what type and luster level of sealant to use, on which surface (concrete, brick, tile), is critical in bringing out the desired luster and made a BIG difference in the Final Look! Every floor was steam-cleaned and allowed to dry prior to the second phase of the process.

Although the grout application of Catalina Jade took hours to apply, as it was applied inch by inch, it’s that kind of exactness and specific care by the trained and experienced technicians that impressed us the most. The multi-colored, different red shades brick floor, in our entry, now has the vibrant colors back, and showcases our home beautifully. A few broken tiles were replaced, and the tile grout was refreshed where it needed attention, again adding the beautiful look to our bathroom and kitchen floors, and the one bedroom floor that has tile. We only wish we had found Ron and SaniCare earlier! But, we now know where to go! Thank you Ron, Josea and Brian. With much appreciation.

Very pleased with the end result! I had already mopped and scraped (putty knife) and just couldn’t get the floor to look clean. What a difference SaniCar’s work made. And they sealed it too, so that’ll help keep it clean for the next few years. Well worth the money spent.

I am selling my house and the shower stall was looking like a superfund cleanup site. Got an estimate for a new shower stall. More than we wanted to pay to give a buyer a new shower stall. Then I remembered the excellent experience with SaniCare and my mother's house years ago and called immediately. Trever and Bryan arrived the next day and when they were done, I had that new shower stall for a fraction of the estimate from the shower stall company. It looks totally new from top to bottom. I will use the savings I gained towards something else and improve my eventual sale price.

SaniCare was recommended to clean a large valuable Southwest rug & subsequently complete home carpet cleaning from water damage. Brian & Tyler were assigned & could not have been more professional & personable. They did a very thorough job & took great care to protect furniture & other valuables. And our contact person at the office, Zyan, was great also insuring everything was scheduled properly & the job done correctly. We will definitely be using SaniCare again. 👍🤩

Sanicare did a beautiful job cleaning an 8x10 polyester rug and a runner. They came to my home, moved the sofa and chair, and took the rugs to their shop for cleaning. It was returned about a week later looking beautiful. Every interaction with this company was positive and professional. I will definitely use them again!

We weren’t sure if we should replace my parents carpet for renting out their house. We decided to try cleaning first. SaniCare did a great job job so we didn’t have to replace it after all! Very happy!

SaniCare did an excellent job restoring our travertine floors—stripping and sealing. At some point, a previous owner put something like Mop N Glow down with a mop to add shine to the floors. This left dirty visible streaks everywhere. Ron knows his stuff! He tried a couple different solutions to make sure that the floors hadn’t been etched before giving us an estimate. One of the solutions worked to remove the streaks. His team of Brian and Tyler spent two days working hard to get our floors back to looking natural and beautiful! Great communication, professional service, and just a great team. I highly recommend SaniCare for the care of stone floors.

I highly recommend SaniCare. I should have called them first instead of wasting my time with 2 other outfits in Santa Fe. The office staff that answered the phone was professional and helpful. The next day Ron the owner met me at my house and gave me an estimate for 2 different courses of actions with regard to a 41 year old brick floor and ended up recommending the less expensive and less intensive treatment. He explained everything to me in a way that instilled confidence in me knowing he knew what he was doing. He was very professional. The day of the appointment came and 2 staff arrived and took care of business. By the end of the day the old dirty brick floors looked great and I felt the money spent (which as fair) was well worth it. I'm glad I chose SaniCare and highly recommend them. Everyone was super nice. We were able to set up the appointment right away. 10/10 highly recommend. We had other companies come out and over quote us and state that they would not be able to remove most of the spots. SaniCare came out and our floors look brand new all spots gone and the price was the best anyone gave us.

SaniCare did an AMAZING job with our shower glass and tile! The hard water and mineral build up had not been kind to the point that we had a few pass on the job. Ron and his crew were fast and relentless, restoring our shower to almost brand-new! Thank you SaniCare!

Ron came to the house to evaluate the concrete Saltillo floors and was a wealth of information. Took time to answer all my questions thoroughly. His office was able to schedule a four hour block of time the next day. Two young men, Brian and Tyler, arrived early. They were friendly, professional, and on task— on their hands and knees, removing calcium deposits from water damage. They finished 3 coats of water based sealant in 3 1/2 hours. Concrete Saltillo floors look great! Highly recommended.

Originally I just left a rating, and it was a bit higher than the current one. The fact that in response to this rating the owner left the remarks below (now deleted) speaks for itself far better than any review I could have written.

we switched to Vanguard and have been with them almost one year. and it has been a big improvement for us once Vanguard got used to the area there has been such a difference the work that they do is great. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good cleaning group

I had high hopes when I hired Vanguard for nightly cleaning of our 10,000sqft office building. Right from the start, things were not being done. Front doors and entry ways were always left dirty, toilets developed rings on them from being neglected, dusting was spotty, even emptying trash cans seemed to be too much to handle. After several months and a change in cleaners, nothing improved. When we tried to communicate with our cleaners, they rarely responded and when they did, it was defensive and unprofessional. After a year of daily complaints from our tenants and basically taking on the task of doing the cleaning myself, I gave notice to cancel the contract. Although we had prepaid for the month, our cleaners stopped showing up and on their last visit, several items were missing from some of the offices as well as the kitchen area. Aside from this review, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. Never in my years of managing buildings have I had this many issues with a cleaning company. Think twice about hiring Vanguard, and save yourself from the horrors of working with this company.

We recently hired Vanguard to clean our facilities, and they have done a great job. We had great customer service from the first point of contact to their cleaning crew. We have noticed a complete difference from our previous cleaners. Thank you to Vanguard and all your staff!

Amazing cleaning company! We have used many other cleaning companies like “CLEARLY CLEAN” and they just don’t do a good job. Vanguard is definitely the best you will find in Albuquerque i highly recommend!!
