We had some unique brick floors that needed refinishing. The brick floors were probably a DIY done by a previous owner and it showed. Sanicare made them look fantastic while keeping all the “charm” that came from the original installation. We are super pleased with the results but more than that, Sanicare was super dedicated to doing the job and doing it right. They spent 12+ hours a day cleaning the brick, scrubbing grout lines and picking out gunk that we may have never noticed but they wanted to ensure it was done correctly. Super polite, easy to work with, and felt that their service was above and beyond expectations.

After a year, our newly refinished wood floors looked dull and just felt "sticky".
Ron came out and knew immediately we were using the wrong cleaning product, and using it at far too high a concentration.
With a buffer and mild detergent, two team members, and half a day's work, every room looks new again.
Great price and very efficient. Thankfully we hadn't harmed the underlying finish.

Ron and his team were excellent! They came out quickly to measure and give us an estimate and then were able to fit us in early when our move dates were changed. The crew cleaned leather furniture, tile floor, and wood flooring as well as sealing the grout that had not been completed when it was originally installed. They stayed after 8pm the first day to make sure they were in a position to finish the job as promised the second day. The results were amazing and every single person was professional, respectful and hard-working. We will use SaniCare again and highly recommend their honest and personable approach to every situation.

I can't say enough good things about this company! From the estimate to the finished product, everyone was very professional, friendly, informative, helpful and honest. (Some things would not come out as I had hoped, but they told me that from the beginning.) That said, the Fiona Stone floor and grout came out better than I thought it would! They did a great job of removing 16 years of dirt and patched up several areas that had cracked grout. While they were here, I asked if they could clean 2 upholstered chairs. They did that at the same time and they look terrific! My Chinese rug is still with them being cleaned and I hope it will be as good as the rest of their service. They were careful, considerate and thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again and have already recommended to many friends.

Well, I got my clean rug back and am very pleased. They really worked on it to remove all the stains and deep dirt. It looks great. Once again, everyone was really nice. Whenever I need something cleaned that they can do, I will call Sanicare!

The two gentlemen who came to clean my floor were very professional and competent. When I bought the home I had the carpets replaced but budgetwise could not afford to replace the kitchen flooring. Waalah!!!!! They made it look like new. I highly recommend SaniClean!
