My carpet is more than 20 years old. I scheduled a cleaning with another company who had me down for the following week. I called Duke City Carpet Cleaning and Jeff was able to come out that day. What an incredible job! He is efficient, affordable and just a downright really nice person. He even came back later to work on a troublesome area. My carpets look great!

I really needed to find an honest carpet cleaning service, and one that really knows how to get many different stains out, plus leave a clean yet fragrant smell. The Dirt Doctor met the challenge. They said that they would arrive at 9, and they arrived exactly at 9 sharp. They vacuumed, and pre treated the carpet, and then, began cleaning it. I felt comfortable enough to leave and come back to see how it was going. Each time I came back Bennie was hard at work, going above and beyond to meet my expectation. When the job was completed, there were absolutely no spots or stains to be found. There was however a very clean citrus fragrance. You can choose a different fragrance if you would like to. There are several to choose from.
