I'm posting my experience based on trying to make an appointment (not on the cleaning experience). I made a appointment at 1pm for Wednesday 5/17/2023 with Marie.

At ~12-55pm on 5/17/2023 (**5**minutes before expected arrival time** I received a call that they are running late). " No problem" I say (this is normal for me, although I would have appreciated a notice sooner than 5 minutes before the expected time).

Then at 2:15pm, I called Xtreme clean (Marie) : "Yes,I understand they're running late, but it's 2:15 (**1 hour & 15 minutes** past my scheduled appointment with no updates?)"

Then (Marie) said they need to reschedule, as the appointment before mine decided to add extra services. (Great for the people scheduled before me, but NOT so great for my schedule). I agreed to reschedule the next morning, but when I called back to adjust the time/date no one answered nor returned my call.
Then when I spoke to Marie the next morning (5/18/2023) of my rescheduled appointment , she admitted she "missed" my call from yesterday.. Then she basically hung up on me before we agreed to anything to reschedule.

I have decided to hire carpet services elsewhere based on the **customer service** of Xtreme Clean Carpet cleaning. Hanging up on your customer is not good business! (I was not rude to the young lady, just basically stated my rescheduling needs & she hung up!)

What a great experience! I called to see when I could get an appointment and Amy answered and was very professional. She got me in in just a few days which worked great with my schedule. Paul showed up on time and after some pleasantries got to work right away. I was able to move everything except my couch and he moved it to clean and moved it back before leaving. I was considering new carpet but instead got a great professional clean instead. What a great decision.

Had a camera watching this young dude "wash" my carpets for 3 minutes. Soaked my carpet and quickly ran over a few spots of it with some suction. The worst part, saw him on camera spit in my house and then smile as he washed over it. Disgusting.

What a fabulous difference in our carpets! The carpet had a strange order and seemed to be causing allergy flare ups, not since we had the carpets cleaned by Extreme Clean. Thank you so much my employees are very happy with the clean carpets and no more allergy issues.

My husband and I have been using Xtreme Clean for over a decade now! We have managed many apartment communities in Albuquerque and Xtreme Clean has done a phenomenal job on maintaining all of our carpets and flooring needs. Customer Service is like no other! Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and honest company.

Paul just came out and steam cleaned my WHOLE driveway cause when we bought our house the previous people had 2 trucks and we inherited monster oil stains on our driveway. NOW gone, thanks Paul. Ask paul how much he charged me to make them go away.

Horrible. Did a 2 bedroom apartment in 5 minutes. Left it soaking wet. Could have done a much better job with my own cleaner. This is pretty much a scam. $139 for 5 minutes. The guy who did it seemed like he was a teenager. Please don't waste money on these guys.

Xtreme Clean exceeded expectations from start to finish. They responded to our request immediately, scheduled the earliest available appointment, and showed up right on time. The team was extremely professional, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and high-quality service.

As a property Manager here in Albuquerque, I work with Xtreme clean several times a week. They always do great work, carpets always look great! You can have your ducts cleaned and they handle emergency flood extraction and much more. I will only use Xtreme clean for all my needs . Give them a call they are WONDERFUL! Bryson did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet today, and worked extra hard on some deep stains. He was very pleasant and friendly. He was also very kind and affectionate to our chihuahua Jasper, who just wanted to get in his way and help, lol. Thank you Bryson and Xtreme Cleaning. We are always happy to recommend you to our family and friends!!!

Can’t drive. Was going 60 in the left lane with plenty of opportunities to get over, but they continued to hold up several cars. The minute someone would try to get over and pass them, they’d cut them off.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Owner and employees are very rude and take up handicapped parking spots, not allowing people who actually have a handicapped sticker to use appropriate parking. Had to call to tow their vehicle after asking the owner to move and he refused. 110% UNPROFESSIONAL

I have been using Cano Carpet Cleaning for years. Great staff, they will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

Cano Carpet cleaning is the best carpet cleaner. I had a shoe polish stain I couldn’t get out, he comes and in minutes was able to wash it out! Thanks Cano for your service.

The best carpet cleaner I have ever used as a property manager. Very respectful and professional and always does a great job! He always gets the property managers approval to access parking spaces needed while performing scheduled work. And is allowed the access needed.
