We have been using Rick at Dr Carpet for 12 years. He does such a great job- we write into our rental agreements that our tenants have to use him. We have gotten several years out of our carpet in our rental properties because of what a great job he does.

Our rental company for the 7 years we rented uses Dr. Carpet. We own now, and will be calling them. They do an outstanding job. We have pets, and nothing is to much for them to handle. My kids spilled Elmer's glue, and they were able to get it out of the carpet completely. I just can't see us hiring anyone else.

I used Dr. Carpet for the first time, and he did not disappoint. He came highly recommended by a few colleagues, and now I see why. He was punctual, professional, and friendly—and did an excellent job. I highly recommend his services.

Stay away. Rude on the phone when you have simple questions about pricing. Give you absurd windows of time for the cleaning crew to show up...just for them to show up an hour and a half late of “late”. And best of all they don’t even acknowledge the fact that they are late or apologize for it.

They showed up for air duct cleaning with the carpet cleaning truck and had to leave to get the right equipment. It took an extra 2 hours and they were already 2 hours late and I had to call to see where they were.. I told the receptionist I was scheduled for air ducts and they still showed up thinking it was carpet cleaning.

Had the carpets cleaned today by Joe. He was on time, did a great job and removed a couple of tough stains t hat other cleaners gave up on. A good place for carpet cleaning.

your company does an excellent job, and Levi represents your company well and is very knowledgeable...my carpet gets a lot of traffic and gets very soiled, and he got it looking like new again...awesome job

T workers were very polite . The lead person was training his helper, but he needs to pay closer,attention to the training. The helper actually reinstalled several of the vents backward. Directlt the air to the wall insread of out into the room. . Two of the vents were actually swapped, which really,affected the direction of the cooled air...

I had my heating/cooling vents and my tile floors cleaned. The Xtreme Clean team that serviced my house was very efficient and professional. I highly recommend their services

I bought a groupon from them to have full interior and exterior. Received some VERY poor service. But, wait!!! That's not all... the customer service is by far worse than the job done.. my advice and recommendation is that I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!

Needed an emergency carpet cleaning and they "squeezed us in". JJ was on time, very polite and professional. Didn't make us feel "squeezed in" at all. Did a wonderful job! He is a great asset to your team. Thank you!

Scheduled an appointment with this company. Get a call at the scheduled time that they will be several hours late. Completely wasted my time. If you make a commitment you should honor it regardless of whether you get a more lucrative client.
