The Maids Uptown have been cleaning my home for close to 10 years. They generally do a good job but last time there were a few things that needed improvement. I contacted the office and they were very responsive. Today was my regularly scheduled date to have my house cleaned. They sent out a new team (the yellow team - led by Maria) and they did a super job. About 15 minutes after they arrived the lead manager, Juana, and the office manager, Carla, both showed up to assist the team. I was so impressed with their commitment to quality and teamwork. When they were all done Carla told me my bathroom lightbulb was out and offered to change it for me. I was so grateful I didn’t have to climb a ladder to change it. What great customer service! Thank you, Carla, Juana, Maria and the Yellow Team!
