The cleaners arrived early and got right to work for our move-out clean. They did a great job! Got in every nook and cranny and scrubbed years of dust and dirt away. We walked through the house together to make sure everything was to our high standards.

Green Sweep is fantastic! Over the years I have tried several cleaning services and never found one I liked. Green Sweep is reasonably priced, organized, and clear with all communication. Sophie was thorough and professional with her cleaning services. I liked the fact that she kept me updated on her progress and walked me through her work at the end to obtain feedback. The only negative was not receiving a notification text prior to arrival as requested, but this would not stop me from booking again.

We have been with Greensweep for the last 5 years and their team members are always positive, thoughtful and great at what they do. I could not recommend a better company for your home.

$75 per man-hour for outrageously bad cleaning (or non-cleaning) plus bad management. I live out of state and I paid $205 to get a very small apartment completely cleaned. Days later a person viewing my apartment sent pictures showing that there had obviously been zero cleaning of the bathroom. See below, stains in tub, black toilet, dead roaches, filthy walls and door jams that had not been wiped down. I called management and they said that they "didn't finish" because it was more difficult than they expected. Why not call me and tell me then? They offered a slight refund but billed my card immediately after my complaint.

We invited freen sweep for our move out clean. Expecting the house would be absolutely clean and trusted that we dont have to come back to check on them. I ended up coming up to the house twice after it was supposed to be clean and done. The house smelled bad. Food scraps still left on the floor - which was never mopped. The drawers still had personal items and still dirty. Vanities were all dirty. I requested and paid for spot clean of the walls but it was never done. The doors were dirty too. Laundry room was not never cleaned. I gave 2 stars because the working staff were friendly and their manager didnt give them enough time to clean my house which I paid $500 for a 1300 sf. Then the manager blamed them for not communicating. It was very unprofessional not to mention stressful and disappointing, considering we had to be out of the house and have to come back twice to make sure they did the work i paid for them to do. Their communication throughout was very lacking too. I asked for photos when they were done, they didn't even reply so I have to drive up there to check on it myself. The second time I came the house was better but still some dirty areas.
All in all they gave me about 17% credit but it definitely did not worth the stress and headach.

Good company and nice employees. They do a good job. Company could still improve the “green credentials” on some of the cleaning products…such as cleaning sprays without sodium lauryl sulfate, even though it is diluted. Or use the ones with surfactants for more severe situations & grime and general cleaning one without. Helpful for chemically sensitive clients to have the most non-toxic options possible. I like the use of vinegar and baking soda. Kris did an excellent job. Overall recommend. Worth the price.

Mack and Nea just finished my first cleaning. Their work was thorough while they were friendly and respectful. I’ve already scheduled the next cleaning.

Update 8/9/24 - After the second cleaning of my house I’ve cancelled using Green Sweep for the future. The cleaners are great but the calculation of their prices is flawed. First they calculated based on 2,100 sq. ft, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. When my house will be 2,000 sq. ft.with three bedroom and two bathrooms, as I requested. Construction on a 500 sq. ft. addition has been delayed so all that was cleaned was one bathroom, living room, kitchen and two small areas in the remaining bedrooms that were stuffed with furniture waiting to move to the new areas. When I asked for an adjustment I was offered a 0.25% reduction. I won’t use, or recommend, Green Swwep again.
