We have had The Cleaning Authority come to clean our house twice now. They are polite, respectful and hard working. When they leave the house looks and smells fantastic! I’m wondering why we didn’t hire them sooner!

August 20, 2020 - We have been with The Cleaning Authority for a couple of years now. Our home is always cleaned very thoroughly and the team (Claudia, Yessenia and Rosy) are very friendly and professional. I trust them wholeheartedly and that's so important to me. My husband and I have busy schedules, in addition I have some health issues; therefore, their services are truly valued. Thank you for all you do!

Excellent work! I am extremely happy with the work that Daniela, Romelia, and Alejandra did on my house. It was cleaner than the day we moved in. All of the rooms were carefully cleaned and picked up. I appreciate their attention to detail and look forward to the next time they will clean our home. I highly recommend the Cleaning Authority!

I have been a customer since March having the women come every other week . Sonia and Angela have done an outstanding job keeping the place clean and neat. I have been a customer with the Cleaning Authority for 6 months and have been overall very happy with their service. I had another cleaning company servicing my home prior to the Cleaning Authority and they were always shuffling me around to different days and times of the week with out consideration for my schedule and often at the last minute. The Cleaning Authority has given me a fixed spot that I can depend on and I am very thankful for that. Josephine, who is the contact for the company is professional and committed to making sure things are done well. My cleaning crew does a great job and I always come home to a well cleaned home. Thank you team # 8, Amparo and Margarita, thank you for what you do. Your hard work makes it possible for me to spend more time with my 3 year old son and get some rest when he is resting. For a Mom with health issues that means the world to me!!!

Everything went smoothly. There were three cleaners who worked together to clean our house beautifully!

This is a fantastic company! I hired them after reading many recommendations on Nextdoor. Their cleaners are employees, not just hourly workers. My ladies this month were Alex and Ismelda. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms, and got things far cleaner than I could possibly have done! I was afraid I would have buyers remorse, but I definitely do not. It is so worth it to have the help of this company. The first deep cleaning is a little more pricy, and then it is extremely reasonable, and they rotate the areas that they do more intense cleaning in each visit. For my first visit, it took 3 of them 4 hours!! I could never have had the time to use that much energy on house cleaning!! It is so much easier and more fun to keep the house looking lovely, when the Cleaning Authority handles the tough stuff. Thanks so much!

Carmen and Yolanda are wonderful! They do a beautiful and thorough job every time. They are sweet and polite. I don’t know what I’d do without them.

We are very pleased with the cleaning Authority. This past week we had a issue with a clogged tub. I cleared the tub and Josephine offered to come the next day to finish the tub which we very much appreciated it, however the most important thing I wanted to say is that when Josephine arrived the next day just as she was approaching the opened garage where my 96 year old mother was standing in the garage a neighbor's dog unexpectedly ran to my mother and knocked her to the ground injuring my mother. Josephine ran to assist my mother helped get her to her feet and got her into her home safely. My mother said that she was very happy and appreciative that Josephine was there at the time and helped her. Josephine finished the job and made sure my mother was taken care of. This was above and beyond act of kindness by Josephine. Thank you for your kindness shown to my elderly mother.

Me and my girlfriend have been using this Company for the last few Months now to clean our house. They always do a Fantastic job of Cleaning. Giovanna, Amparo, Teresa and Margarita are always friendly and always upbeat about their jobs. I highly recommend this Company to anyone who needs their house cleaned throughly. We are so happy with the results. It is SO NICE to come home to a very clean house.....

I appreciate the personalized attention. Cleaners are polite, fast but thorough, attentive to special requests, and very respectful with my time. They have a key to my home, and I trust them to provide the same quality of service as they do when I am home.

I've been using the Cleaning Authority for at least 8 years. They have been fabulous!! Every two weeks, which works for me. They will come as often as I want, with little notice, like when I am expecting guests. I can't tell you how nice it's been not having to dust or clean bathtubs for years. I have an intense schedule, and one of the highlights of the week is coming home after cleaning day to a spotless house!Consistent, efficient, and very flexible with my schedule. The price is great too, I compared many when I chose the Cleaning Authority, and they were the most favorable for me. I really like that they bring all their own supplies, and they use only Green products. In these challenging times, they are super cautious, gloves, masks, and even booties!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism presented by Josephine at our initial consultation, she was very clear on their operations and answered all of our questions, and they were able to get us in very quickly which was so nice! We had Diva, Yolanda and ismelda at our house and they were so efficient! Our house looks so beautiful thanks to them🙏🏼 On another note, because I’ve had issues with other companies in the past, nothing was broken and they placed everything back to the way it was! I will be recommending everyone I know to use them! Thanks so much ladies, we so appreciate your hard work!

I would like to add to my 5-star rating. The housecleaning services that we received were outstanding. We noticed a level of detail that made us very happy! The employees arrived within the promised time frame. They respected our wishes for no shoes in the house, and they brought booties. We received a note about what services were completed, and what we can expect for next time. This was very helpful for our planning. They used cleaning supplies that left no smell (a huge positive for us!), and that are environmentally friendly. We noticed a few things out of place after the cleaning, but this was minor. It showed us that they were very careful to move things in order to clean everywhere. Overall, we are very pleased!!

Left the ceiling fan on high speed in Master BR. Kitchen was cleaned nicely but items on counter not placed as they were before cleaning. Same in second Bathroom across from Bedroom. Not thoroughly cleaned in there also. The tall metal vase on counter had lots on dust on it and powder on it. So did the floor which never gets cleaned properly even under cabinet that sits high above floor!

This is the only cleaning company that makes you jump through hoops to even give you an estimate, as they insist on a home visit to do it in person. So I had to stay home from work and cancel a doctors appointment to accommodate their availability and turns out they got confused and made my appointment for the wrong day. Apparently, when they say “tomorrow” they actually mean 2 days later, not the very next day. Who knew that was a thing? Not me.

People can’t just stay home and put aside their obligations for you to just waste their time. Extremely rude and disappointing, we will be hiring another company who was able to give us a quote over the phone in 10 min. This place seriously needs to think about the (lack of) efficiency of their system.

Lovely crew of efficient, organized, thoughtful cleaners! They understood mom’s nervousness at having someone else clean her home. She was very pleased afterward.

I come home to a fresh, clean house! So relaxing! I have special attention paid to different areas of my home with each visit and I am pleased with the results. When I work from home and they arrive, they are diligent, efficient and respectful of my home. I trust Josephine and her crew and am very happy.

Really impressed with TCA. The crew is always so nice and works around my dynamic schedule. Place looks great. Kitchen sink looks brand new after I'd tried everything to rejuvenate it. The crew is very considerate and kind to my spouse with a medical condition. I highly recommend them.
