Did a fantastic job cleaning after my long term tenant moved out. I would attach photos but I don’t have any of the before to compare to. I will continue to use these services for my rental.

"[Service, Price, Timeliness, Cleaning Team] Overall it was a good experience. The main stuff I wanted was done fairly well. Though, it doesn't look like the floors were mopped and there are spots on my vanity and blinds that could have easily been removed with a wet towel & a light scrub. There were somethings I didn't need done like vacuuming the carpets & making the bed. For the price to detail clean a 1 bedroom apartment that was fairly clean to begin with, I was hoping for a little more care on the smaller details but it wasn't bad for a weekly/biweekly service. The ladies were quiet but very nice. In and out within 90 minutes. I do appreciate the text notifications of when they are on their way and when they are finished. The scheduling was also very convenient especially considering I contacted them late Christmas Eve Eve and got service the day after Christmas. I got an email right away for a quote, then got a text the next morning in which I was able to request a phone call. They lady who scheduled my appointment was also very nice. I would consider future cleanings with them. "

Everything went well with the cleaning part of the service, however, I could not get anyone to return my phone call until I offered my credit card information. I think the coordinator should be a little more welcoming to new clients. I was just trying to get more information. It was a little difficult. Still not completely sure about moving forward.

Merry Maids are great. They are flexible with our needs. The women are hard workers and we are pleased how clean our house is.

The team that cleaned my house was punctual, efficient, and did an amazing job with the space. With 5 kids, we need a team like this and are so grateful for the experience this team delivered.

Everyone involved was quick but thorough. Very friendly people too. And they spoke English which helped for communication. My experience with Rockefellers was a nightmare. Merry Maids was so much better.

These ladies were absolute miracle workers! I am only mad that I waited until I was moving out to use their services. If you are thinking you might need some help around the house (because let’s face it, life is busy and life is hard), don’t think anymore - just get the help you need. I didn’t anticipate receiving such unprofessional services & rude attitudes expressed by the contracted carpet/upholstery cleaner. The employees ranged from Rude to Dishonest to Avoidance by Renee, ofc manager. The final straw was not receiving a itemized receipt for my payment to Merry for my own tax records. The fact that one of the maids, Angela, who broke my floor steam cleaner & didn’t even pause to notify me was a big letdown. I would have taken it easier if it wasn’t glossed over. She just left the appliance lying on the floor with the power cord strewn around in no particular order. Malaika was the gem. She was cheery & did a good job. Justin & Angela were the non-professionals & the ever elusive mgr, Renee, never returned our several phone calls. As of today's date, 3/25/20, Merry Maids not providing me with a receipt or itemized statement of services as promised or crediting my cog account as Renee promised on 3/2/20 is a red flag. No receipt, means no service was rendered for me. For their company, how do they remit my payment to their books, if done. It actually feels like a cast of 2 unprofessional, rude & clumsy workers entered my home & created chaos & an even bigger mess. I had to hire a Carpet cleaner (Stanley Steamer) to clean up after Justin’s carpet/upholstery job on 2/29/20. He left black stains on the entry doorways to the bedrooms, didn’t properly vacuum the carpet or under the furniture cushions, 1/2 the cushions were dry, (in video) and called the day of the job, to see if “I" wanted to CANCEL! He told me, as a contracted worker, what he charged & then wanted to know what Merry Maids were charging me. I was inwardly shocked by this question & lack of unprofessionalism. I didn’t answer him. When he arrived, he walked in with a rude attitude & insisted he didn’t want to do the job. He stayed after he answered a phone call, but performed a disastrous job. My ottoman wasn’t even shampooed. He just walked out. When I called Renee the following Monday, 3/2/20, I sent a video, pictures & the voicemail Justin left on my phone, asking if I wanted to cancel the 2/29/20 job. Renee said she would call me back after viewing the pictures. I didn’t hear back from her, so I called the Menaul office. No one answered. My husband & I then drove to the Merry Maids office. Lo & behold, Renee was in the office. She said she had called me twice & emailed me twice. I showed. her my phone & said I couldn’t find either. She also said she couldn’t download the pictures. Whether out of not knowing how to download the pics or me not getting the truth, I offered to share the pictures from my iPhone.The pictures were delivered to her when I checked my computer later in the day. I played Justin’s voicemail & played 1 of 4 videos I recorded of the filthy carpet & couch job. Also showed her many pics. She at that time offered to credit my account. That never happened, but I didn’t know that at that time. I, still needed the 2nd part of the job, the house cleaning. Malaika & Angela showed up on 3/3/20 for a 2 hour /1rst floor only job. Angela, the maid, promptly informed me she had forgotten her floor cleaning supplies. >>??! I offered the use of my Steam cleaner mop for wood floors, which I set up for her. I unwound the cord, filled the tank with distilled water & went upstairs. While she was cleaning, I heard the upright steam clean hit the wood floors twice. When they left my home, my Upright Steam floor cleaner was downright, lying on the floor with the cord unwound in a pile.When I picked it up to store away, I noticed, the top hook for cord storage was broken off. After this day, we have not been able to get ahold of Renee, ofc mgr. I need merry maids to reach into their receipt folder & issue me one for the money they charged me & reimburse me for the broken appliance.
