Do not trust their estimate. I got an estimate online that gave me a range between 150-260 then got a call and was asked for my card info to “hold” and then when it was all done, they charged $360! No call to explain the higher fees or anything. I was happy with the cleaning, for the most part. But I was disappointed with the price not being upfront. I went with this company after getting several quotes and thinking they were fairly priced. In reality, their price was above ALL other quote I originally got….

There was no other quote given to me.
The time taken was 2.5 hours, the quoted time was about 2 hours. So, I am unsure if you have the wrong information when responding

I was never offered to pay with two cards. No one called me after the service. One card was used as a deposit (standard service and that is not a problem)
And then I was charged more than quoted without any call or follow up. When I called, absolutely no empathy or willingness to honor estimate. And no offer to charge another card not sure where that came from in your response either

Great job but did not clean windowsills.

I hired a cleaning crew for a condo I just bought because the previous owners left it very dirty. The entire home needed to be cleaned, but since I didn't have the time or energy to do it myself I hired this company to come in and clean it. The company quoted me $130 per hour which was a lot more than I thought, but l figured they'd do a great job and leave it spotless based on their reviews. I was very wrong. Before the crew had shown up I even asked if they needed anything since the home was still completely empty. I never got a response to that text so I assumed they had everything they needed. At one point when I checked in on them, Jessica, the girl that worked the kitchen area, mentioned they might need more time, but that they'd try to get it all done in a timely manner. I left the home after that since I needed to do a few things, so I never saw them leave. They never contacted me directly, it was just the automated text messaging system that notified me that they were done. When my boyfriend went and checked the house there was still a lot of dust and grime. Drawers weren't opened and dusted, the light fixtures above the bathroom wasn't cleaned, you could write your name with the dust still sitting on the top of the fridge and more. For $130 an hour, and cleaning up an empty home, I figured it would've been an easy job. When we contacted the company about the issues we found, they sent the same girls back to the place. Since I was at work, my boyfriend was there to greet them instead, and he informed me that Jessica was giving him attitude about having to come back. Her excuse was that she told us they didn't have the time to clean the entire home the first time. I never got a phone call or a text after they were done to inform me they couldn't finish the job, or even schedule another visit to try and finish it. When they finished up the second time around, there was still dust and grime in the same areas we asked them to clean again. Again, the excuse for one of those spots (next to the stove) was that it needed to be scraped off. I took a brush with warm water and light brushed off the dirt. It came off rather easy, even without cleaning solution.
I will not recommend Merry Maids to anyone. It's definitely not worth $130 an hour.

I love my clean laminate floors. Looks better than when I do it. I love the little touches like folding towels that are out, arranging items nicely after cleaning and rearranging pillows on sofa and beds. Would love a few more pricing options.

Very thorough. The house was very clean when they were done. They were able to get things cleaned better than I ever could with my bad back.

Merry Maids did a deep clean of our 3-bedroom 2.5 bath house. Lupe and her team did a great job, everyone was professional.

They were helpful & friendly on the phone when scheduling. The ladies arrived early/on time. Overall, they did a great job. There was a little bit of miscommunication, but we got it figured out. I would use them again.

The ladies did a fantastic job cleaning my house. However, I do feel they were careless concerning two things. One, I had 7-10 I had 7-10 grains of gold I’d panned out and in a cereal bowl on the window sill above my kitchen sink. The gold was gone. One of two things, they took it, or the more likely scenario, they wiped the bowl out without looking in it first. Very disappointing. I caught them upon leaving and asked about it, but they both just stood there and gave me blank stares. Second, I had a computer screen cleaning cloth beside my computer. It is gone. Thinking they just stashed it somewhere I looked around but have not been able to locate it. I suspect they thought it was one of their cleaning cloths and took it with them. These are both very careless incidents, with a loss of around $150 in fine gold. I will pay the bill but due to the losses per their carelessness I will not be giving a tip.

The Office Manager Renee was very professional, super kind and helpful with all my questions and quick to find the best deal for my home. The cleaning crew was amazing and very respectful of my home. My house was spotless and smelling amazing, i was amazed with what a great job they did. I was so happy with their work and I can say I highly recommend them and will definitely keep doing business with them. I found the perfect cleaning service for my home. What else can i say other than i was very pleased with the job they provided me and the respect they gave me, absolutely wonderful people and staff. Merry Maids did a great job on a totally trashed out apartment rental. Deep cleaned the refrigerator, cabinet surfaces, and other areas. There were some minor cleaning issues that were remediated. They made an unlivable rental almost like new again. I was very pleased and will use them for our home in the near future! 5-STAR.

Sandia Green Clean exceeded expectations cleaning our home. In 2 hours a team of 3 had our home spotless and smelling great. They were able to get out watermarks and stains we have tried many times to remove. Arranging services via text is very convenient. Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was a great value for the service. I'm excited to have regular cleanings with them!

Sandia Clean takes a lot of pride in their work and does an amazing job. We use them for monthly cleaning and have been very happy. They have a standard arrival time and we get notified when they are on their way. The team is professional, courteous, and does a great job every time. I had my 1st cleaning and was absolutely impressed with Sandia Green Clean! The team was not only super thorough, they were very quick! I'm a single mom who works long hours. I don't often have time to clean everything as I'd like to. So, seeing everything from my walls, to my blinds, to every nook and cranny of my home so spotless when they were done had me in literal tears. They even vacuumed up my couches and added charming touches like arranging my tissues into flowers blooming from their boxes. I am beyond amazed at what I just experienced. I have been pacing around the house just staring at everything in awe.

This has been my first time ever using a cleaning service for my home and I have no idea that it would be such a pleasant and easy experience.

From the very beginning this was easy and seamless. When I reached out to Sandia Green Clean Caitlin was the person who helped me get everything situated. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and super thorough, I felt very comfortable with my experience. The calls were quick and the follow up emails were super detailed which I really appreciated.

I felt a little uneasy letting a group of people into my home when I was not here but they were so professional that the fear faded away very quickly. The cleaning team was super prompt and did an incredible job.

For disclosure, we have a very large home where the residents are a pair of very messy and busy guys with dogs that shed an infinite amount that they defy the laws of physics, but the cleaning team handled it so well. I had no idea that my home could look so clean and spectacular, they managed to clean 3+ years of crud like it was nothing. They polished every surface, dusted every corner, pulled every piece of furniture, handled all the linens, and left the house smelling wonderful.

I am 100% sold on this company, the services that they offer, and most of all their team. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be booking for future use.
