I had Sandia Green come and do a one time cleaning for my 3500sf home. My house was needing cleaning desperately. I was out of town tending to family business in another state and the team came in and did a beautiful job. The floors were so clean when I got home, I cried. I appreciate the thorough cleaning and will be using Sandia again.

Amazing! Three very courteous and diligent women made our old house look new again. They took great care in even the smallest details, and worked around our two house cats. Every cloth surface and pillow was left free of cat hair! This was our first cleaning and I am already looking forward to our second. SGC truly exceeded expectations.

I recently had my house cleaned by a team from Sandia Green Clean and I have to say, I didn’t think I could ever be so impressed with a house cleaning service since I’ve had so many mediocre experiences with other companies in the past.
A literal “team” of professionals showed up promptly as scheduled and began to deep clean my home. I left mid-process but was so impressed by the focus and detail I saw... they even thoroughly dusted my fake cactus plants! My stove has never looked so shiny, my glass shower door did not have a single streak or spot on it, and even the baseboards were spotless!
The green cleaning services were important to me and my selection of companies and I loved that the house didn’t smell like chemicals when they were done.
When the team left I thought of the company’s slogan which had prompted me to call ...”Claim Your Weekend!” I can’t express what a treat/relief/liberation it was to know I didn’t have to spend the weekend catching up on house cleaning (and bonus- they did it better than I ever do). If you are looking for an exceptional Albuquerque house cleaning company I would highly recommend.

Exceptional! No other service have I found in Albuquerque that I feel good about recommending. Not only is the cleaning excellent the teams they hire have a good attitude and are trustworthy. It’s actually a cleaning service that makes you feel good about having it done. Phenomenal.

They were fast, friendly, detailed, and organized. They did a phenomenal job and my house looks amazing! I'm so glad they came and cleaned and will absolutely use them again.

The cleaning crew 12 arrived at our home and were very kind, warm, and very professional. They got to work immediately and each of the women took a task to make the cleaning more manageable and efficient! The crew cleaned EVERYTHING and did such an outstanding job without breaking anything! I am so grateful to them for all of their help! The office staff also communicated with me before they arrived, when the crew arrived and even after the crew left! I highly recommend this company, you will be very pleased!!!!

I’ve been using them for over a year. I hired them while in my apartment. I requested a move out clean and paid extra for it. Unfortunately, the oven was not cleaned (despite paying to have it cleaned) and a few drawers were missed. I then continued to work with them and had them clean my new home. I paid the standard starting fee for my new location and continued to pay monthly. However, I’ve noticed the base boards are never cleaned and there is dirt left under the couch. Now, they’ve sent me an email the night before my scheduled monthly clean to tell me the prices have increased. They didn’t tell me the new price, haven’t responded to my email requesting clarification of new price, and won’t answer the phone. Basically, the service was kind of meh and now the price has gone up some unknown amount. They have my card on file, and I will have a surprise bill. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend them. It’s one thing to miss a few spots. It’s another thing to tell customers the price has increased and not provide them the new price.

We had been gone for four months and when we got home, our home was a really dirty dusty mess. Sandia Green clean came in, and the three ladies spent upwards of four hours getting us back into shape

We used Sandia Green Clean for a top to bottom cleaning when we moved out of our house so the buyers could come to a like-new home. Wow it was thorough! Even the inside of the oven was so clean it looked brand new. The 3 woman that came were very friendly and hardworking. The service was timely and extremely well done. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

This was my first time getting a clean from them and I requested a move in clean. I picked this company based on a lot of positive reviews but I will not be a returning customer. The home I moved into was vacant for a bit but completely empty so I wanted a deep clean before moving in. The big thing that stuck out to me was that they cleaned base boards but that didn’t happen with my clean. My bf even went through the house after and said the base boards didn’t look clean. They also state they do dusting and to make sure all cabinets were emptied but there were areas that were still dusty. $500 for a 3 hour clean that wasn’t completely satisfactory is ridiculous. Mopping of the living room and stairs was good but that’s about it.

I am very happy with Sandia Green Clean. They communicate clearly, set up appointments and show up as scheduled. They are professional, quick & thorough. Love coming home after my house is clean!

I am super happy with my home! Maria, Aide, & VickI did a FANTASTIC job! Thank you Team 16! My dog was shedding and my family was in need of help for cleaning. They got every nook and cranny! Nice deep clean! They even got stains out of my shower that I have never been able to get rid of. They were amazing!

Just completed the first cleaning service. Everything is sparkling and the house feels so nice. The team was friendly and thorough. Their attention to detail is appreciated. They even arranged the pillows on the couches and vacuumed underneath the seating cushions of the couches. I am grateful for the help!

Sandia Green Clean did a fantastic job cleaning my house! When they arrived they made sure to ask if there was anything specific i wanted them to focus on and they left the whole house looking spotless. The kitchen and bathroom are sparkling clean, buildup in the shower/tub completely gone! Amazing attention to detail, they dusted all the surfaces, fans, blinds and air vents! I really liked how they organized items on the counters when they were done cleaning that area was the cherry on top, really made everything look nice and neat. They also sent a text when they were on their way which I really appreciated. Very professional and friendly!

These folks do a great job! I have many sensitive pets and feel confident that they’ll be safe with the green products the cleaners use. Will certainly keep working with this company!

I’m extremely disappointed with Sandia Green Clean and ultimately cancelled my contract. They advertise that clients can skip two cleanings per calendar year. I used one skip when I had the flu. The second “skip” wasn’t even my choice—they were closed over Thanksgiving and asked me to reschedule. Because adjusting my work schedule is difficult, I asked to skip that visit and keep my normal cadence.

Today, I received yet another email asking me to reschedule due to their Christmas closure. I told them to just skip it and keep my next scheduled cleaning… only to be told I would be charged for skipping because I had already used my two skips. The irony is unbelievable: they are the ones unavailable, yet they expect me to pay for being unable to accommodate a time outside of our agreed regular schedule.

This isn’t the first issue, either. I previously left a review after one visit where my floor was left dirty and we caught an employee standing around on their phone. They asked me to remove the review and said they wouldn’t charge for that cleaning, and I agreed.

For context, I was paying $270 every two weeks for a1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a small hall, great room, and kitchen. For that price, I expected professionalism and consistency—not entitlement, inflexibility, and surprise charges.

At this point, they’ve proven to be overpriced and out of touch with customer service. I can’t recommend them.

I had a bad experience with Sandia at first , but understanding what challenges they faced as new business here in Las Cruces made all the difference and it helped me make an informed decision . Sandia reached out and offered to make things right after I had a bad experience. They are truly a great company to do business with and as long as you are not a psychopath and make an attempt to understand people. They have done a great job and I look forward to work with them in the future. Respectfully voicing your concerns will help you have a great relationship with Sandia Cleaning!

This company did an amazing job. We received a deep clean service that was long overdue. All around, the service was excellent. Extremely kind staff, very thorough. 5 stars. My family and I are deeply grateful. I would recommend this business to any working families who need more help with keeping up with the house.
