We hired this team specifically to deep clean our bathrooms and tackle the grout. Two people arrived, but the experience wasn’t what I expected. One of them took a quick look around and commented that the bathrooms looked clean already (I had done some basic cleaning beforehand), and suggested I add the kitchen instead. I declined and asked to stick with the original plan, just a thorough bathroom clean.

Unfortunately, she spent most of the time wiping down surfaces that were already clean and didn’t contribute much beyond that. Meanwhile, Robert was left doing all the heavy lifting, steaming, mopping, and trying to get the grout done on his own. Every time I walked by, she was on her phone, and it was clear he needed help, which she ignored. Toward the end, when time ran out, she jumped in briefly, but I was still charged for the extra time. On top of that, the grout in the laundry room never got done.

Robert truly did an excellent job on his own, and I give him credit for that. But for what I paid, I expected both people to work efficiently as a team. It also didn’t sit right with me how she spoke to him, it came across as dismissive and unprofessional.

We had Maid O Matic come out yesterday today a deep cleaning before we put our home on the market. The Green Team called that they could come out earlier then scheduled. We did a walk through of what needed to be done. They told me when they would be finished and they were spot on. They did a fantastic job. The house looked and smelled great. All the ladies were very friendly. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

My mother had an emergency situation. She returned from a trip to find her fridge not working. It was a complete mess and a bio hazard. The team came promptly the next day and had her fridge looking brand new in less than 2 hours. They were professional and great care of my mom. I would definitely hire them again.

I highly recommend Maid O Matic for any move-out cleaning needs. I had to find a cleaning service for my neighbor's apt. I contacted them under a tight deadline—just two days before my neighbor's lease ended over a weekend—and their response was immediate and professional. They clarified all details and scheduled service for the very same day.

The four-person crew was punctual, courteous, and assessed the apartment to provide a fair estimate. Not only did they complete the job faster than anticipated, they also adjusted the final bill to be lower than the quote. I'd like to applaud their integrity when they found and returned money my neighbor had left behind. They even accommodated an extra request that was outside the standard scope of service. This level of customer care, honesty, and quality is rare. It was honestly a five-star experience.
Also their pricing is very reasonable.

Thank you for coming out. I wanted to share some quick feedback about the most recent cleaning. It was okay overall, but I felt the previous cleanings were a bit more thorough. For example, the team used a steam mop on the floors before, but this time it was just mopped, and the result wasn’t quite as polished.

It was clean enough, just not as impressive as past visits — especially considering the price. I really appreciate the service and wanted to share this feedback to help maintain the great quality I’ve experienced before.

I had a team deep clean my empty home after some renters had trashed it and before it goes on the market for sale. It literally sparkles. They cleaned things I didn't even know needed to be cleaned (like moving the refrigerator all the way out). They even swept the garage as they were pulling out. It was expensive, but I will make it up in my selling price because it looks SO GOOD. Super-nice and professional as well.

Chantel was helpful to give me advice and recommendations for length of cleaning time, based on what was most important to me to get done. Savana, Toyna, and Ruby were great and did a full clean of our house while we were out for the day. Coleen, Christina and Tonya did splendid job on my apartment which, because of health issues I hadn’t done anything with in at least 10 months. I was not prepared for the sandstorms and other weather events that can send very fine silt in around the windows, etc. they really did an excellent job! Well worth the money.

What would have been an ordinary cleaning day for me at my house, ending up feeling more like a day at the spa....because Martha & Selina (from Two Maids) came to do the cleaning for me! They were attentive to my requests and pleasant to have around. And in the end, enjoying my clean house felt better than spending the day at the spa. I'm eager for them to return!
