I first had my house cleaned a ceramic floor installation. The gals cleaned my walls clearing residual dust left from the week long installation downstairs, vaulted ceilings in the entrance and and dining room. After they finished my walls were clean as well as my kitchen sparkling. The new flooring placed was clean and presentable, not an residual dust to speak of. The sparkling kitchen everytime is absolutely a shocker, all rooms speak volumes to the strong work ethic displayed by the gals who clean our house. We are always happy with the consistent quality of work provided.

Everything about our service was excellent. The employees who came were so kind and polite and cleaned every inch of the home. Just can't say enough good things. The house looked great!!!

I used Two Maids Tuesday before my nieces wedding Saturday. I had the Black Team, Lori and Sandra. They just did an amazing job on my house! I’ll be using them every two weeks!

I’m sorry but I can’t understand how everyone got a five-star cleaning and mine was so bad. I paid more than $400 plus tip for a four-hour clean by design. I asked for a few specific things which weren’t even completed and the rest of the house was completely ignored. In four hours my cleaners cleaned part of the kitchen, two showers, three toilets and some bathroom sinks and counters. That’s it. In four hours. My master bath tub was untouched. My son’s shower wasn’t cleaned at all. One of the bathroom mirrors was left grimy. Only one room was vacuumed and the floor only mopped in certain areas. That’s it. I was told at one point cleaning the oven would take an HOUR so I needed to decide if I wanted that done or something else. When they started I mentioned to ignore one bedroom but this is what they ignored: all three of the remaining bedrooms including the master, the living room, dining room, laundry room. Trash was left in trash cans, beds unmade, couches completely untouched, tables left dusty and the baseboards are still dirty even though I mentioned them several times. The owner offered to send them back but it was already late in the afternoon and there was still almost a whole house to clean. She did offer one free regular 2-hour cleaning but what would be the point when so little was completed in four hours?? Also the girls left 20 minutes early. Now I am out almost $500 and I get to spend tomorrow cleaning my house myself. I feel terrible leaving such a bad review because the girls were very nice but this level of service is shocking. When my husband came out of his office after they left he looked around and asked what they even did while they were here. My answer is, I don’t know. I’ve attached some photos of my “clean” house the way it was left today.

Jasmine and Kai were fantastic! My house is spotless. I cannot say enough about this service. The women in the office answered all of my questions. I chose the deep cleaning and they spent 4 1/2 hours working tirelessly. I have set up a monthly premium cleaning (as a single retiree that will be sufficient). If you're reading this review, give them a chance. You will not regret it.

I have used the service twice. The service was easy to schedule and there was good communication in advance. In both instances, the three-lady team did an excellent job--very diligent, very thorough and they checked in as they went to make sure they did everything as I wanted. Highly recommend.

Horrible pre booking service. Spoke to two people and they couldn’t get what I needed right. They told me everything they wouldn’t do. Design clean option not good. I needed basic cleaning sweeping floors, mopping, vacuuming carpets, clean bathrooms. I was told if they couldn’t get it done they would just leave. Also a huge list of what they won’t do. Also website lousy. I couldn’t book on-line wouldn’t accept booking. I spoke to a person over the phone and they didn’t know how to use credit card. Very very disappointing experience.

Two Maids was not able to clean efficiently and asked too many questions about how to clean. We booked a premium clean. During the initial clean, we were constantly interrupted by the cleaning staff asking us how to clean things like the bathroom, living room, kitchen, etc. The trainee was more efficient than the trained staff and just cleaned our kitchen really well. The staff trainer seemed confused and very slow at cleaning. The other cleaner failed to follow direction regarding our request to dust and wipe down windows. Additionally, the cleaners didn’t follow instructions regarding the order to clean our rooms. This interrupted nap time and was chaotic. We waited 90+ min for them to clean the room for our infant to sleep in, and it was unclear why it took so long. Our infant was screaming and crying because we weren’t able to find a quiet space in the house for him because they took so long in the back rooms without cleaning it efficiently or well. Furthermore, we had to clean up after them because they didn’t dust or wipe down the windows.

When we relayed our concerns to management, the owner, Chantelle, of Two Maids asked us to give them a second chance. The second time was much better cleaning wise, but we experience similar issues with time management, particularly the back rooms with the main cleaner.

It also felt like coordinating with the cleaning timeframe wasn't a comfortable experience. We asked the owner if we could have the cleaning staff wipe down windows/dust better than previously. The owner said that it is not customary for a standard or deep clean to have windows wiped down but they will always be dusted. That was confusing. Why would we invest over $260 per clean plus tip if we spend much of the cleaning timeframe giving the cleaners direction on what should/should not be cleaned and provide them direction on how to dust/wipe down windows? It is easier to just book another company with a better handle on professional cleaning for residential homes.

We invested a lot of time and energy into coordinating the cleaning. We feel like it wasn’t worth all the trouble and stress. It also was disappointing because we really wanted it to work out and have them come back. Hopefully they continue to grow and learn how to clean in a more efficient manner. The owner, Jared's response, that this is a false review shows that they lack accountability and failed to learn how to grow from a challenging situation in which they didn't do a great job. Instead of taking ownership, the owner, Jared, felt like it was appropriate to gaslight and blame the customer, instead of taking constructive feedback and attempting to take responsibility for their lack of accountability. They can Shine On and do better for others!

Scheduling is so easy. Their website describes the services offered and what will be accomplished for each service. They are responsive and kind.

I look forward to coming home to a clean house and feeling a sense of joy seeing my house sparkle.!!

We requested deep clean and deep clean we got! The kitchen appliances and sink looked brand new, as did the bathrooms. The whole house was immaculate. There were a couple of cups and spoons on the kitchen counter and they even washed those! It was worth every penny of the $500 we paid. We are definitely using their services again.

Amazing cleaning service with fast turn around in an emergency! A maintenance service cleaned out our chimney and left the entire living room covered in soot. Lori from Two Maids and her crew showed up same day to make it all better! 10/10 would recommend!

Hailey and Amari did a fabulous job. Spotless and caring in their approach. They worked well together and with me. No wasted time. I loved the products they used and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were very careful about putting things back exactly as I had them which was a pet peeve I had with my former service. Price was very competitive. I am very pleased!
