The team was on time and communicated well. There was a discrepancy in the credit card fee. The office told me 3% and the staff on site literally scratched out 3% in the contract and changed it to 4%. This was a vacant 900 sq ft house that was already relatively clean with 4 people working 2 hours. They did not prioritize the areas we discussed and when I stopped by at 1.5 hours, I was disappointed in the progress. It seemed like they really hustled after that to complete the items I requested in 30 minutes. There are definitely cheaper and better options. I would not recommend this company to clean a vacant home.

My first review of this company was not very positive. Today I deleted my first review and wanted to praise this company. I recieved a phone call from the companies owner. She was very very nice, and apologetic, and she set up to send a team out to redo my floors and they even cleaned my cabinets! A very nice Supervisor also came out to make sure I was happy with the results!That is great customer service. It was much appreciated. They did a great job! I always believe in second chances. This company will work with you if at all possible to do things to your liking. I went from being a unhappy customer to a customer who will bring them back monthly to clean my house. I am so happy I chose Maid O' Matic to clean my mom's empty house to get it ready to sell. The team showed up on time. Everyone looked so professional and had smiles on their faces. Joey went over the house with me and gave me the price which was very close to the quote I was given over the phone. They did an awesome job cleaning the house and left it looking sparkling clean. Even the realtor was impressed and told me that he received compliments from other realtors on how nice the house looked. I highly recommend this company.

My original review was from 4 years ago so it's a good time to update-I have been a customer of Maid O Matic for SIX years now and can say that they have consistently been responsive, thorough and excellent to work with! I am convinced that their quality is directly related to hiring, training and keeping employees who excel at their work. Over the past 6 years, we have had consistent staff coming to our house and even when they do have new employees they are always professional, thorough, and knowledgable about the work they do. This is significant in an industry that typically has very high turnover. I am always so happy to have them come because I know I can rely on them to do good work--Jade and her team just left and once again my house is sparkling clean and ready for the holidays! Reasonably priced and very friendly employees!

The rooms I asked to be done first were cleaned but a few places weren’t dusted so I had to do that myself which isn’t a big deal as I only purchased the 4 labor hour cleaning. So it’s understandable if there wasn’t enough time. My house is definitely a lot cleaner and I would say I’m pretty happy with the outcome. Not sure if I’ll order a maid service anytime soon but if I do I will definitely contact these guys again!

We have been using Maid O' Matic for awhile now and we have been very pleased. They clean our office on average 4 nights a week. They were always prompt in arriving and worked hard while on the job. They addressed all our detailed requirements for cleaning our dental office and we ever had a concern or suggestion, they responded almost immediately and Tammy would personally take the time to stop by and make sure she understood what we desired. She managed her team exceptionally well and we felt like she was just as invested in our office's cleanliness and presentation as we were. She never once made us feel as if we were too picky or to demanding. It's hard to hire outside help to come into your place of business. Maid O' Matic made the process so easy. I hired Maid O' Matic for a last-minute deep clean before my in-laws came over—and WOW. They arrived on time, were super polite, and made my house sparkle. The kitchen and bathrooms looked brand new. I couldn’t believe how fresh everything felt. Highly recommend their services!

So to start, I have never had my house professionally cleaned before. I didn't know what to expect. I used them on a referral. So they did ok for someone. Not me. After my experience I was just left with the feeling of being over priced and not worth the money. You get 3 people for 4 man hours. That's only 1 hour total cleaning time for almost 300 dollars. It made everything feel rushed and poorly done. The main older lady was rude and seemed annoyed as soon as they arrived. The younger guy seemed too stoned to care. The younger girl was nice and did ok. However, I requested a deep clean. It was not. I got 2 small bathrooms and an oven partially cleaned. I wanted my own chemicals. They used theirs because the main lady said that's what they preferred. I told told her I was sensitive to smells. She said the chemical smells would not stay. They did. Charged me for them also. They left with the house smelling like moldy mop and rags. I started recleaning as soon as they walked out the door. For something that was supposed to help remove some stress... it made mine worse. I guess now I know.
