Had the house cleaned the day after Christmas and Maid O Matic brought a big team and had the house spotless as usual. I love their method of getting the cleaning done as quickly as possible and it’s not an all day event. Thanks MoM!

Superp cleaners!! They are always ahead of the cleaning business because they research and purchase state-of-the-art equipment. When COVID struck, they were ready with CDC approved supplies and full PPE. It was amazing! I felt safe having them in the house, and thoroughly sanitized afterward.
The team is very detailed. They listen carefully to my requests and follow instructions exactly. Each team member is extremely polite, personable and fun to be with. They're my go to for any level of cleaning!! Love these folks!!!

FIVE YEARS LATER: I’m still a satisfied customer with Maid O’ Matic. Love their eco-friendly services, especially the steamer that cleans and sanitizes both my vinyl plank floors and tile/glass showers. Such a simple technique of using tap water heated to its steaming point, yet thoroughly effective! I also greatly appreciate their electrostatic botanical sprayer that purifies the air in my apartment home. It’s a CDC approved piece of equipment that has kept me cold/flu/COVID free throughout the past 5 years. The owners are consistently cutting edge in their approach to housecleaning and train their staff likewise. Always a joy to do business with these folks!

I highly recommend Maid O-Matic. They did a great job of cleaning my house. Steam clean the drawers in the kitchen left everything spotless. Super friendly Staff. Very hard workers very honest.

Highly Recommended! The Maid O' Matic professional crew shows up, unloads their van full of equipment and goes to work. The result is a clean house, with thorough attention to detail, and care for all our breakable stuff, and our pets. Fantastic value!

For $55 an hour per person, I thought the work would be better with professional tools and scrubbing not towels and sprays.. for basic cleaning, I would’ve gotten anyone for 20$ an hour or less! I will probably re-do most of the work myself or get someone else
Reply: As I said I chose you over any other because I thought you were professional and worth the price. I did not see any of those machines u talked abt at my home! Kitchen cabinets had to be re-done they were still dusty and toilets discusting dust was moved around from one place to another! Fridge was dirty on the outside. If you consider that cleaning then WOW! Also clearly u have miscommunication problems because first they told they will confirm my appointment and call back and never did.. then they told me the manager would call and never did! Then they gave me a price over the phone but when they came over they gave me a totally different price.. square-footage doesn’t matter as I only asked for kitchen and bathrooms to be cleaned so please understand what the case is first. also they said they will clean for a minimum of 4 hours but then changed to only one hour since they were 4! I can go on and on!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Not only did they show up an hour late, they didn’t even apologize. They blamed it on bad scheduling and that they couldn’t find my apartment, even when I gave them directions 3 times. They took forever to get situated and take my credit card for payment. I was late to work and late to getting my dog to the groomer. I had been told they would arrive between 8-8:30 and they didn’t come until 9. Only giving 2 stars for I going on blind faith that the cleaning was done well since I haven’t had a chance to see it myself. For $133, I would have expected better service. They called the night before my cleaning trying to change the date and time of my appointment because THEY messed up the appointment. I have guests coming into town tomorrow so I had no other day or time to move it to. They were also completely unaware of what I needed done, when I already explained what I needed clean when I booked the appointment. Having to repeat myself when they were already running so late was infuriating. First and last time using this service.

Update: the cleaning part of the service was done very well. My apartment looked great with just a few things not dusted which was no big deal as I know not everything can be done in the time frame. I appreciate the cleaning service that was provided. I am throughly disappointed in being judged from the owner about my age and demographic as no company should discriminate. And for the record, I did call to find out where they were at 8:52am, so I was concerned and would never have asked someone to put their safety in jeopardy as you have implied. It is extremely unprofessional to attack my personal character as you do not know me, nor do I know you. I only know the experience I had today and chose to share it. I simply have nothing else to say about this company.

My in-laws house (emptied) needed a deep cleaning to get it ready to be sold. Terri's explanation of details of MaidOMatic's deep cleaning process was the primary reason we used MaidOMatic. Using the list of options available to decide what we needed done was helpful and eliminated surprises. Robert and Danielle did an outstanding job cleaning the house including details I wouldn't have thought of. The house looks so much nicer!! Thank you.

Teri and crew at MaidOMatic came in to clean the after we had an unfortunate experience with a drywall contractor. The contractor didn't follow directions or basic practices to minimize dust and debris while they worked. Teri and her team did an incredible job returning the room to a nearly pristine state. They communicated very well with us before they started work and when any issues that arose while working. My wife was able to continue to work in an adjacent room even while the crew worked. We would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend MaidOMatic.

MaidOmatic provides excellent service at a reasonable price. We have them do a monthly cleaning and have used them for move in/move out cleaning as well as landscaping. We are always very satisfied with their work. Everyone there is polite, friendly and professional.

My experience with MaidOMatic has been very positive. Never have had any items missing and the team that comes is always polite and professional. I find that by having a list of specific cleaning chores ready when they arrive, works best for me when I want them to concentrate on a certain area. The team focuses on those chores in addition to the normal cleaning and I am always pleased with the results. The team works hard when they are here. In addition, anytime I have contacted the owner about changing a scheduled appointment, she worked with me to make it convenient for me.

We have been using the services of MaidOMatic ever since our wonderful support person and house cleaner had to leave. We have been thoroughly impressed with the services, including their timely responsiveness to our requests. The team is pet-friendly, courteous, and accommodating to very high standards.

I'm not great at planning. I found myself in need of professional cleaning services *right now*. It was literally hours from closing and I needed my place to be clean for the buyers. I got lucky in that this company had a cancellation; normally same-day services aren't available since they're pretty busy. Anyway, Tammy and her crew came and made the place look better than I ever could or would have on my own, they were professional, super fast, and reasonably priced. Great experience.

Have used Maid O'Matic for quite some time and still very happy with their services. They always try to stay flexible and have even been able to squeeze me in at times. Honest and transparent services and my home is happy and clean.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the service this company did for my out of state Real estate clients prior to listing their property. The 3 person cleaning crew was professional and very thorough. There was a walkthrough with the supervisor before and after the cleaning, so we could be sure expectations were met and everyone on the same page. While their prices were a bit higher, so was the quality of service. You get what you pay for.

I had a house that belonged to a hoarder relative that I needed completely cleaned, both inside and out, for real estate showings in a week. After contacting several cleaning companies, I selected MaidOMatic. They were great. They understood the time constraints and moved people around changing their schedules to meet my deadlines. They were in constant communication as to status. The supervisor was incredibly knowledgeable about cleaning supplies as well as bringing extra tools (carpet cutter to remove some carpet strips and drill/screwdriver to remove some shelves) to do some specially requested tasks.

This company is amazing. The cleaners were timely, professional, thorough and overall just awesome even though the were short staffed. We were under a time crunch to get the apartment cleaned and they did not disappoint. We HIGHLY Recommend this service!

My daughter purchased a home. When the keys were turned over to her, the house was extremely dirty. All appliances, cabinets, bathtubs & showers, carpet, floors, blinds, walls, closets and doors were cleaned top to bottom. The cleaning crew did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the job they did! We will definitely use MaidOMatic again!

Very simple to set appointments and convers with. They did such a great job completing everything I needed without all these other add ons. I got quotes from 5 companies before them and they were the best price and quality. Making this whole process very easy for the consumer, with excellent customer service!

Once again, exceptional work! This time I had a huge pile of tumbleweeds against the house after the crazy winds this past week. They removed every trace of them and cleaned the yards impeccably. I am beyond impressed with the quality of work Maid O’ Matic delivers. And they are all so professional, respectful, hardworking and kind. Highly, highly recommend!

Top rate A+++ quality cleaning. I used MaidOMatic to clean my rental house & meet requirements for property management company to get all my deposit back. I thought I could do this myself but called them late in the game when I realized the time frame was closing in on me. MaidOMatic knew exactly what needed to be done & they even got more help there for me to make sure everything was done on time. Once the house was clean there was still packing which needed to be done & they pitched in & helped with that. The movers were there & MaidOMatic worked hand in hand with them to make the process go as fast & smoothly as possible. They worked long hours for me because they knew I was on a big time crunch. I have used numerous cleaning services on homes I have owned in the past & though the cleaning was decent there were always places & spots missed for unknown reasons. Not the case here with MaidOMatic. The cleaning was spotless from corner to corner. Their concerns for the predicament I was in to get it done on time was a huge help & a bigger relief for me. The cleaning & concern for my time frame was nothing shy of absolute top notch. No one could do better than the top notch cleaning job they did for me.
