I called Molly Maids for a deep cleaning and they came the very next day. They sent 3 hardworking women who got straight to work immediately. Our home shined from top to bottom after they were done. I especially appreciate that they bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment.

In the spirit of this season of gratitude, I want to express my gratitude for our long time and current cleaning team at Molly Maids, Team 18, comprised of Hilda and Ines. They work hard and fast, and are so kind and considerate and do a great job at our home. They are great with responding to all my requests from week to week. We have 2 kids, 2 cats and 2 dogs, and they deal so well with all that comes with that, and our home is so sparkling clean after they are done. They truly help us hold it together from week to week and month to month. We are so thankful for them and hope they continue to clean our home well into the future. Thank you Team 18!!!!

Clean was good. Pricing absolute insane and not given as a direct quote beforehand but an hourly rate with an “estimated # of hours”. Ended up being $500 for a single cleaning of an empty 2 bedroom house. No furniture to dust or clean. Can’t really wrap my head around that. On top of that the manager calls at the end of the service and says they won’t clean a freezer as a general rule, only the fridge. For $500 for a couple hours work, you shouldn’t be refusing to clean a part of the house.

Cleaners also took “this is all trash” in the kitchen a bit too literally. They threw out full dishwasher detergent bottles, and even the smoke detectors??? I heard them testing them and figured they must’ve accidentally pressed them or something, but, no, straight in the trash. How can you think a smoke detector should be thrown away? Dunno. Felt like a $250 service. Not sure why it’s twice that.

Molly Maid does a superb job. They even clean along the ceiling corners with a long handled brush they bring. My house looks, feels and smells clean when they are done. They even change the sheets on the beds! They are worth every penny.

I have used Molly Maids for many years in two different houses. Several of those years Minerva has been my main person. I usually have the same duo, which I like. When I come in my house after they leave, the house is perfect. I couldn’t ask for more.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my unacceptable experience with Molly Maid, a Neighborly company, at their Albuquerque, NM location. I initially contacted them for a move-in cleaning service at my new home, but instead of simply performing the cleaning, their staff began packing up and removing my personal belongings.

I explicitly told them not to remove ANYTHING from my home. They assured me they understood, yet they still took my property. When I realized what had happened, I immediately contacted the local office, and they claimed they would return everything. However, only some items were brought back—many valuable possessions were missing, including a $2,000 mirror. Other irreplaceable items, such as our crystal wedding wine glasses worth thousands of dollars, were returned broken beyond repair.

The local manager initially stated he would “investigate” the situation, but after weeks of ignoring my calls and messages, his final response was laughable—offering me two free cleanings as compensation for thousands of dollars in stolen and damaged property. After rejecting this insulting offer, I provided clear documentation of the replacement costs, only to be met with further delays and silence. Eventually, he decided his only solution was to refund my cleaning fee—completely disregarding the actual financial loss and theft his employees caused.

This level of negligence, lack of accountability, and outright theft is absolutely unacceptable. Molly Maid and Neighborly have left me with no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my losses. I have been more than reasonable in attempting to work with this franchise, but their refusal to communicate or take responsibility is disgraceful. If this is how they conduct business, customers deserve to know that their belongings are not safe in Molly Maid’s hands.

A new experience for me! I actually hired someone that followed through, kept in touch, arrived when they said AND did a fantastic job.

Thank you, Team 19, for doing my first cleaning of my four bathrooms! I was amazed how thorough you were! I was surprised that hou were able to whiten the grout of my tile countertop and that you even wiped down the edge of the door. Even my husband and my son were happy to have sparkling bathrooms! I have been using Molly Maids for years, across multiple homes as our family has moved around the city. The teams that take care of our spaces have always been incredible. Any accident that has happened is always made right immediately. They're quick, friendly, efficient, and professional all while paying attention to the details. I always recommend them.

The three lady's that came to clean were very slow. They did not wipe down the faucets in the bathrooms, not did they clean the baseboards in the living room and all the furniture was moved off the wall for them to do so. Their vacuum broke down and two of them spent 15 minutes trying to repair it, we offered them our new vacuum but they didn't want to use it. The only thing they were wanted them to clean was 2 out of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room and the kitchen. It took 3 women 3 hours, crazy, and they didn't dust the dressers in the bedrooms. What were they doing?????

The cleaning ladies did a fantastic job!! (Minerva and Isla, I think)They were courteous, fast, and very efficient. They spoke mostly Spanish, which is fine but I had to use Google Translator for a few specific instructions and with their patience and understanding, we got along just fine.

Three girls came at 4 pm even tho they knew it would take about 4 hrs to clean. And they stayed until they were done that night. They did a good job, everything looked very clean. They even got the oven glass doors clean. Thanks for your hard work!

Wow!!! I can't say enough what a great job molly maids did!!! I came back home and everything was spotless and shiny! Looks like they even polished the book shelf, and the dressers in the bedrooms. There was no dust anywhere!! Clean!! Toilets looked brand new! The vacuuming was exceptional....i love seeing the vacuum lines on the carpet.
Feels like brand new carpet. Feels like a brand new home now. Totally worth the money! I didn't get to leave a tip.... they left before I got home. I will tip double next clean. I want those same 2 ladies to come back every time. I didn't catch their names.. but they did so great that I want them to come back! I loved how clean my house is. Thank you!!

Quality of clean - 5 star. Speed of clean - 3 star. Price of clean - 3 star.
The two ladies of team 19 did very good quality cleaning very slowly. So, I ended up paying close to 700$ for a move out clean of 3br 2.5 bath house. Another good thing - the service was available on a short notice. So, unless you are on a timeline with no concern for money, you can use their service.

Both cleaners were very professional. Other than them both unable to speak English, all was good. Recommend at least one bilingual person on site.

Have had an excellent experience so far, their cleaners are thorough and professional. We will definitely continue to use their services
