Paid for a move out cleaning when the apartment was already cleaning thinking they would touch up and take an hour at most. I was charged for over 2 hours of work and the carpets weren't included so paid an additional carpet cleaning charge to the apartment complex. No accountability for the time I was billed for and rude customer service when I reached out. Terrible

We desperately needed a thorough cleaning of our house and knew that to really get it done right, it was too big of a job for us. We reached out to Molly Maids and Team #18 came to our rescue the next day. Four hours (and a lot of elbow grease) later, our home was cleaned, dusted, sanitized, vacuumed, and tidied up. The team was kind, courteous, and very detail oriented. I will definitely rely on Molly Maids again.

Perla, Katenn,Kelly team #12 did a fantastic job cleaning my home, they were very friendly and very detailed. My house looks amazing. I will definitely ask for this team again.

Molly maids completed a move out cleaning for a client of mine and did an exceptional job. Unfortunately, this house was left in a mess but it looked brand new once they completed their services. Not only were they able to get us in immediately but their communication was phenomenal from the start and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Highly recommend!

We hired Mollymaid to do a one time clean as we are selling our house. They made an appointment on very short notice, which was great! We also had a painter show up unexpectedly to paint some cabinets and the owner arranged the bathrooms and kitchen to be completed the next day for a half day, which impressed us with their flexibility. However, the ladies showed up late both days. They spent huge amounts of time on small tasks (washing seven dishes for an hour), and ignored what we requested which was windows, appliances and lights. Very light furniture was not moved at all to vacuum under either. The end cost was $1,257.00. I know we could get the same cleaning at a much lower cost. Will not recommend for one-time cleans.

I had my home cleaned at Molly Maids. They did a super job and I was very satisfied.

Molly Maid was amazing. I couldn't believe how clean our bathrooms were. The cleaners were friendly, efficient, and very good at what they do. Totally worth it!

I contacted Merry Maids to have house cleaning service for my daughter. The woman in the office was very friendly and explained my options very well. The housekeepers who come are very efficient and do a wonderful job.

They are glorified dusters. They didnt put any elbow work into getting dirt or stains off. Shower floors, walls, floor boards, etc. But great at dusting. This was a move in cleaning. No furniture so easy access to everything. To respond to the call8ng back an u would fix it. After over three hundred dollars no one has time for u to come back an reclean the house its was for a move in the next morning. For that much money it should have been do e way better.

Team 17 did an amazing job on the move-out clean today. Their attention to detail and efficient team work was appreciated.

Unfortunately, I was very misled on cost. Admin says, “the price may vary on the condition of your home.” Essentially, these ‘conditions’ are determined by the company and in most cases are not shared with the customers. Expect to pay more than your verbal ‘estimate’ you receive when looking for various quotes. They will tell you your estimate does not exist once work and billing is complete. Finally, the work done to the home by the labor in the field was very well done.

Absolutely recommend this company! They were able to come and deep clean my house on a days notice which really gave me peace of mind. They did a meticulous job and I will be hiring them to come back on a continual basis. 10/10 recommend.

The team did a a beautiful job on my house. I had gotten so behind on cleaning because both of my parents have been ill and my son got married last month. It has been a lot. To come home and have the whole house cleaned at the same time was wonderful. It did a lot for my mood and morale. I was overwhelmed thinking about trying to clean the whole house. The team took care of everything, blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards, everything! I am so grateful!

They actually made me cry! I had the most beautiful women come and help get me back on track with my home so the stress is gone!!! Team #12, Perla and Ines, did an outstanding job! They not only are beautiful people, but the heart they put into their work shows with the final product! It is unbelievable what they did in just over 3 hours! I had a deep cleaning and they were so respectful of my home and so kind! They are absolutely the best ever and I will certainly be requesting them again. I called to schedule an appointment weeks in advance. They told me that the arrival time will be around 8:30. I have to make accommodations for my dogs so that way they don’t bother the cleaners when they’re here. 9 o’clock rolls around and nobody has arrived. I called the office no answer the first few tries. Finally, I get a hold of somebody by the name of Claudia who tells me that the cleaners are running late and called them to confirm what time they will arrive the cleaner said they would arrive at 11 AM. Nobody notified me of this. They do a really good job. But their customer service is absolutely horrible along with their communication.

Molly Maid worked with me within my budget to clean for a family member who was in an auto accident. He is a college student far away from home. I was able to schedule service for Monday when I called them at the end of the day on Friday, and they kept up good communication throughout. Molly Maid did a great job and I highly recommend their service.

Molly Maid is too cool. They take a key, come every two weeks like clockwork, and make sure that I keep the house picked up so that they focus on the deep cleaning. They're true experts and professionals. Love 'em!

The ladies who clean at my place often seem to be totally unfamiliar with houses. On the most recent visit they broke the lid to my automatic-closing kitchen wastebasket (and didn’t tell me), put one of my showerheads back incorrectly, so that as soon as I turned the water on, it flew out of the holder and soaked my bathroom, went to the trouble of balancing my razor in a totally unnatural position against a bottle of body wash in the only way possible that it would ruin the moisturizing strip on the blade, failed to open my back door for my dogs while they were cleaning even though the supervisor has assured me multiple times when this has happened that there are notes about my account saying to always do so, and as usual, almost nothing that they needed to move to clean around - including rugs on the floor - was returned to the place where I had it, again despite their supervisor assuring me before that there are notes telling the cleaners to put things back where I had them.
My house is somewhat cleaner after the maids leave and they take care of a few tasks it would take my time to do otherwise, but they are very careless and it’s obvious how little they think about what they are actually doing.

This was a Christmas present and the best one ever. First ask for Team 17, Gabby & Anna. They were professional, courteous and lovely. They came in went straight to work. I can not say enough about how clean our home is.
