I have used The Cleaning Authority now for about 2 years. They do a wonderful job, arrive on time and are very professional. I have been more than happy with the service. I have now been a customer for many years and Cleaning authority are still rocking. They do an excellent job in my house and are always so consistent. I look forward to their visit.

My apartment needed a cleaning so bad. I have been ill & kept thinking I could do it myself. I finally came to the reality that I can’t do it right now. For their first cleaning, they did an excellent job. They were well worth every penny that I paid. Over the years, they were the best I ever had. If you are on the fence, take the leap and schedule an initial consultation. You will not be sorry & you will be saying what I said, “I should have done this earlier”.

The home cleaning service was thorough, and I was impressed with their attention to detail.

Interestingly, Google reviews for this company tend to be positive, but the minute you dig deeper (which I wish I had months ago), you see the REAL reviews on other sites.

This company does a cursory clean at best. I really wanted it to work out, so I talked with management about issues and requested a new crew. I had maybe 2 cleans in 10 months (doing every other week) that I thought were on point. But, when I came home last week to 1) a toilet that had been running for HOURS 2) a broken acrylic on my bathroom floor and 3) the usual poor work - kitchen floor still dirty in spots, trash in front of the couch, pictures askew, stairs barely vacuumed, I called to cancel.

I get it if the staff could not get the toilet to stop (the chain was a little jacked), but they should have called me so I could come home and not waste all that water. We literally live in a desert climate.

The person who took my cancellation request and thorough complaint was apologetic and assured me a manager would call me to finalize the cancellation and give me the cancellation in writing.

Three days later, I called again and spoke with someone who seemed to have no idea I’d cancelled. “Your account is very much active,” she said.

A few hours later, a manager called and told me they’d canceled my account. I asked for confirmation in writing, and she informed me that “they don’t do that.”

End to end, this was a waste of money and energy. In my view, the issues stem from management. I have to wonder how many cleans staff is expected to do per day, and why there are not final walk throughs to ensure all rooms are good to go. I have to wonder how much money management keeps and how little staff makes. As a business owner myself, I know if management is off, the whole company does not function properly.

I cannot state emphatically enough to NOT hire this company in Albuquerque.

I came home to a freshly cleaned home which just smelled clean - not scented in any particular way, but simply cleaned in a caring manner. I've been using TCA for a little over a year and have only had minor complaints (pictures after being dusted are often left askew), the toilets perhaps not as thoroughly cleaned each time, lights left on throughout the house at times. The crews that come in are always kind and get to work right away. My stovetop, microwave, outside of all stainless steel appliances and kitchen have never looked better! Overall I'm satisfied despite these minor details. Would recommend.

We really appreciate this Company. The cleaning team does a great job every visit! For us it is well worth the cost! The home office is also very friendly and using their App, it is easy to make schedule changes.

Really excited to have them come every 2 weeks- especially with a baby coming! Our house is big, and they did a wonderful job with every nook and cranny too. They dust where you normally don't think too- they even wipe down olive oil bottles and clean so thoroughly. Highly recommend!

First review: My neighbor recommended Cleaning Authority and I was hesitant at first. I've used other cleaning companies and they were okay, but I've been disappointed. I finally called Cleaning Authority and am so glad I did. The ladies did an EXCELLENT job and were very thorough, even wiping down baseboards and blinds when other companies charge extra for that.

We have appreciated the care and concern our cleaning team shows through their weekly service. They even are caring of our cats!

We first had the ladies come to clean several years ago. Sadly, we discontinued the service. Less than a year ago, we hired another agency much to our disappointment.

I’m terrible with names. The three lovely women that came were just wonderful. Respectful, polite and did an amazing job. Blanca the supervisor came to inspect and answered all questions I had. This was the first time I had this service with The cleaning Authorities and they be back with open arms. Thanks to them!

This was an easy and wonderful experience. The ladies were prompt, attentive, effective, and friendly. They did a marvelous job getting to the details that I haven't been able to keep up with.

i've been using the cleaning company for over five years. Recently finances became tight and they worked with me in a way that allows me to keep getting my house clean at a price easier for me to afford. The work is so impeccable. I don't know any difference in the schedule. I'm glad they were able to find a solution for me until things get back on track for me.

So nice walking into a clean home yesterday after being at the Hospital all night with my husband. Now I have more time to concentrate on being a caregiver for both Mom and my husband! Thank you so much Josephine and the other ladies who assisted in cleaning our home for us, I’m so happy we went with this company. ♥️

We've used Green Clean & Sandia Clean but we're by far more impressed with TCA. Their attention to detail is wonderful. By far the BEST!!! This was our initial clean.

Our home ALWAYS looks amazing after the Clean Authority has been here. As seniors, we appreciate the extra hands to keep our place the best it’s look in quite sometime. Highly recommend this company and the people we’ve met since day 1 with them are very polite and very professional.

They are detail oriented and fast. They have been to my house twice so far, and I've been very thankful. When you have 100 5-star reviews and a single 1-star review, you can tell which party is in the right. ;)
Update June 2023 - 2 or 3 efficient ladies come every month. Always do a good job snd they will make the beds 🛌 when fresh bedding is put out.

Sharlene’s cleaning services are absolutely phenomenal. Not only. Does she take care of making sure that everything is sparkling she provides personal touch. My mom is 90 years old and lives alone. She welcomed Sharlene’s company and trust her care.
