Thats why when we decided to move from our beautiful home to another country, we trusted them to make the house shine for the new owners. This was my first experience using a professional cleaning service. I am so pleased with the work the gals did! It’s so nice to have a clean home! And I didn’t have to do it! Blanca has been great throughout the process of estimating and scheduling. I’m looking forward to two weeks for the second initial cleaning authority visit. I would recommend them to anyone!! Don't waste your time with thus company. They called me more then expected to get the appointment. Once they got here they only cleaned half of my house. Charged me full price and didn't do a good job. Think twice before hiring this so called company.

After a few years, I am still very satisfied with how clean my house is! Cleaning authority has been consistently professional, thorough and considerate. All of the ladies are polite and work diligently consistently. I recommend this cleaning service!

I had just switched from another cleaning service to try this service. They did such a good job that I even recommended my dad use them and change from the previous service as well.

We are selling our parents' home so it was empty. It was a big job but Rosa and her teammate were up for the task. When they were done we walked through the house and discussed items of concern. She mentioned areas where she wanted me to know that they did the best they could. It is an old home that has some ageing. I was pleased with the job they did and would use and recommend them to others.

I got a deep clean in which most of my house was cleaned pretty good. But alot of my furniture/ shelves was not dusted. They got a lot of my hard to clean off grease off stove top and cleaned my shower doors good. Overall good experience.

Merry Maids offered me a free cleaning because of my comments above. I was happy about that. However, the ladies showed up and i left so they could clean and I came back home and my furniture was dusted with some kind of oil and all my furniture looked blotchy. I don't know what they use but i had to go over all my furniture and rub it with a cloth so it looked somewhat better (still Blotchy looking).Also, i don’t know what the ladies used to clean my shower and tub but there was a filmy powdery residue left all over my bath tubs and master shower not to mention shower door was not

even cleaned- it needs rinsing They did a lousy job vacuuming. Simple items could have been moved so the carpet could have been cleaned.
Super disappointed with this team that cleaned my house. The previous team that deep cleaned my house did a much better job. I wish I could attach pictures so you'll see what I am talking about.

Very nice ladies and willing to work with things we wanted done.

Nothing seems very clean. The mopping of the floors is so light coffee dribbles aren’t even cleaned up on the kitchen floor. We pay $247 for one hour of cleaning. It’s not a good value at all and seems less so each time. We don’t even have you clean the office or guest room because there are people working in them. Actively looking for better value than this. .

I think the team did their job. I think I was hoping you folks had a powerful cleaner that would get all the grease off the stove especially the upper top oven but it might not have been doable. I know one of the ladies tried really hard on it. I tried to scrub it myself as well. The ladies were very nice and the kitchen looked very clean. Thanks

They did a very thorough job cleaning g my entire house. I’ve never used a cleaning service before and was very impressed with the detail they took to getting everything clean from knickknacks to the floors! They were very sweet!

My cleaning team, led by Maria, was amazing! They spent extra time with my Spring Cleaning appointment. They did everything including cleaning my oven. They were personable and cheerful. (They even laughed at my jokes). I would highly recommend Merry Maids to my friends.

The cleaning team did a good job on my home. I am especially pleased with the cleaning they did on my floor. I have a lot of stone tile and it gets very dusty. Also, they did a great job on the bathrooms.

Brooke and her partner, Litzzy, are fantastic! They consistently do an excellent job of cleaning and responding to our requests to focus on certain areas! We strongly recommend Merry Maids, as they set the bar for your cleaning needs in Albuquerque.

I am disabled while Jessica and Crystal helped me so much through the Merry Maids service. I was particularly unable to clean the floors. Both of them spent quite a bit of time and tremendous effort, as my floors are now SPOTLESS! They cleaned everything else so very well. I highly recommend Merry Maids over any other cleaning service!

Great staff and service. Used their service for a deep cleaning of my apartment after move out. They saved me so much time, and did a far better job than I would have!

Guadalupe is a wonderful employee and always does a great job cleaning my place. She is very kind and always communicates when she is done with a nice text. The only thing I really wish is that the prices were lower.

I enjoy chatting with Brooke when she comes by twice monthly and she always does a good job. My only comment is the last time they were here when they left they didn't lock the front door.
