Blew dust and debris all over every car in the parking lot, and then missed most of the parking lot.left big piles in the road, and looked amused while blowing it into students waiting on entry to the school. Lazy.

It's very frustrating when they come to my apt. complex and when they trim the bushes and blow the debris out of the rock landscape in front of my patio they blow everything onto my patio and leave it a mess. I've tried speaking to the crew but they apparently don't speak English. They have left much bigger messes than this before.

This company does the landscaping for the Journal Center. When I pulled into a Journal Center building, the landscapers were leaf-blowing on the property adjacent to the parking lot. I parked in a spot several feet from where they were working. The two landscapers immediately came over to my car and began leaf-blowing around it, blocking me in. They were each within a foot of my car, leaf-blowing debris onto my car. Then a third landscaper moved their truck behind my car, also blocking me in. I had to roll down the window and yell to get them to stop. I could barely squeeze back out of the spot as I tried to re-park, since they refused to move their vehicle. After speaking with other people in the building, I learned they do this regularly. It is unacceptable, unprofessional behavior. If you don’t want your employees or visitors to be harassed, do not use this company. I recommend reading the other one-star reviews.

Great service, communication and results oriented. We purchased a house that needed significant clean-up, landscaping, tree and shrub trimming, etc. Leeco came in and we co-created a project. Including installing new trees. I have used different landscaping services. The Leeco folks, particularly Jon Wilson were definitely a top tier company. As with all significant projects, issues came up during the work. Those issues were promptly addressed and turned out well. I am sitting in my redone backyard and couldn't be more pleased with the work. Am going to use them again for some tree work that we need and would highly recommend them - top tier landscapers. They aren't the least expensive, but fairly price their work. High value for what we paid. Ask for Jon Wilson at Leeco - you can rely on him to get done what you want.

I had a great experience working with Manny and his crew. He was very responsive, professional, had much better prices than his competitors. They showed up and knocked it out, and they were finished with the work much faster than we expected. The quality of work was excellent. If we have any other projects we will call Manny without hesitation.

Good selection decent prices but if your looking for solid advice from employees the experience is in only one or two. You should be able to identify them based on age. Not a bad store they do have guarantees on fish and such.

Had an appointment for 11-4, I called in the morning to ask if it would be closer to 11 or 4 and I was told around 2pm and they would call about 15 minutes beforehand. I received a call at 4:37pm saying they were finishing up with the house before mine and would arrive shortly. At 6:05pm I called and got their answering service to which I received a phone call from the "on call" tech and he was on his way.
I am a small business owner and had to close my business to be available. Thanks Just Sprinklers for Just Screwing me.

I went to this store to find if they carried the kind of solanoid I need for my sprinkler system, as well as some fuses for the box. I also wanted to know about bulk garden soil they might sale. One gentleman on the floor was trying to be helpful, but the two behind the desk were a little rude, not just to me but also to the employee who was trying to help me. I just remember walking out and thinking “bad vibe in there—I would NOT want to work there” and thought I should share. Maybe they’ll read the feedback and try to be a little more friendly, less condescending...

Very pleased with the service I received from Jesse Jensen! He repaired a sprinkler leak and changed all of my sprinkler heads to MP Rotators for maximum coverage. Jesse was professional, worked in a timely manner, and explained everything fully. Great service and I highly recommend Jesse!

To begin with, I am not Phyllis Amato, I am her husband, Marty Diamond. Yesterday John Hoffman came out to my home to adjust several sprinkler heads. At the time I pointed out what I suspected as a leak of some sort in the middle of the lawn. John diagnosed several possible causes and corresponding repairs. This could have been very costly as trenching may have been required to locate a break in the line. As John went to work we BOTH hoped for the best. Fortunately I dodged the bullet because John ultimately determined the problem to be a broken riser. By the time he told me this he had already replaced the riser. The cost was $133.00 plus my great relief.
John really loves his work and genuinely enjoys working with the company's customers. He is very capable and honest, which speaks well not just for him but for Just Sprinklers as well.
    The message: Ask for John.

Visited this place to check out their special seasonal pumpkin patch. Parking is rough. There were plenty of grandparents there to buy that special pumpkin with grandchildren. Plenty of Sprinkler people hanging out. No one coming to answer questions or help. No wagons, carts, trollies to put pumpkins in. You had to carry each pumpkin inside to pay while the staff of 4 at that moment stood and looked on. The cashier was argumentative and rude regarding prices. The overall attitude was very negative and very unhelpful. Nice selection of pumpkins but customer service was extremely lacking. If you can't lift things very well and you prefer a positive attitude, think about finding another source. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I know that the grandparents I saw buying pumpkins would have appreciated some assistance. The other parents there were able to lift but no direction from anyone. Courtesy and customer service go a long way with me.

Excellent service, prices are good and they have lots of stuff to help you with your DIY pond or what ever you're creating. You really could benefit from taking a look at what they offer. Did I mention good prices yet? I'll go back to get my supplies on future projects. Check it out!

The manager at the Santa Fe store is incompetent. It took him a very long time to figure out my refund for the 4 pallets I returned. First he thought I got 3 pallets, then oh no, I didn't pay for any pallets, then he discovered that I did pay for 4 pallets. He was supposed to check on delivery for the sod but he didn't. He is as dumb as a box of rocks. I gave him 1 star.
The young people working there were excellent. They took care of the sod order (and the sod is very nice) and found a delivery person for me. Then they tried to cover for their boss by saying "he knows more about the fish." These young people deserve 5 stars so I averaged the stars to 3.

Omar and Francisco did a really great job. Omar arrived very soon after I called and assessed the problem. They fixed our major leak and got our water turned back on just as soon as possible. Francisco was a fantastic worker and very knowledgeable. Thanks a great job.

Called to make an appointment. They were booked out 2 weeks. They came highly recommended so took the appointment. Took off from work early on the appointed day and 5 minutes before appointment time they called to cancel appointment and couldn't reschedule for 2 weeks out! So happy to hear they are that busy. Guess they don't need my business.....

I called today and got an afternoon appointment. The irrigation tech that came was Patrick Davis. He was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. He took care of my main problem then asked if there was anything else. I told him I was concerned about costing too much time and paying extra; he said there was still some time left and so he quickly repaired three sprinkler heads that were mis-sized. I felt I got my money's worth, I'll ask for him next time I need a tech.

Had 15 of 23 sprinkler heads replaced on a 25+ year system. Estimator was professional and was on time. Estimate was for a job (no details of cost breakdown) for $1200+tax. They could schedule the work for the next day between 12:30 and 3:30. 3:30 comes and goes with no call. At 4:00 two employees show up to do the work. After showing them around one indicates it should only take an hour. Of the two workers, one does the bulk of the work while the other is constantly on their cell with what sounds like personal calls (I later catch this individual laying on their back on the front lawn talking on his cell while his partner was working in the back). Three hours later, at 7:00, they finish up. Based on the price of the materials they used, I estimate I was charged $180/hr per person for labor or put another way about $72/sprinkler. The work was good but based upon the unprofessional actions by 50% of the install team, I think the price was very high.
