I was told that they sold wood for bbq smoking, they had a 10 log bundle of oak for less than $30.

Great store for ponds and irrigation. Great selection of different types of landscaping and pond rock.
UPDATED: These folks constantly exceed my expectations. I had to figure out a way to go from a 1" hose to a 2" waterfall difuser. I came to them and walked out of there with with three free parts (leftovers from old kits) and only had to pay for 1 threaded coupler. Friendly, professional, and competent. I love this store!

They did a tremendous job installing our synthetic lawn and flower bed in the back yard. Very hard working crew that knew what they were doing. Willing to do any minor changes you ask for while installing the lawn.
Highly recommend and competitive pricing too.

I was referred to Just Sprinklers by a family member. We needed to correct some problems caused by poor installation by another company. The entire process was a pleasure - from the evaluation/estimate by Omar to the installation. Ryan Johnson and his crew were professional and personable and a pleasure to work with. The job was completed even sooner than they had estimated. We had a few questions afterwards and they had someone out the next day to answer our questions. We are fans and I anticipate we will be long term customers for all things landscaping.

I had Patrick Davis over to fix my sprinkler system and he did an outstanding job. I called the day before and explained that we would be leaving out of town and we needed the sprinklers fixed by the end of the day on 7-12-2017. Patrick showed up bright and early, as I requested,and did a great job and did it quickly. The lady on the phone was also super nice and efficient.

These guys are the BEST! The technician we had fix our irrigation, John, was Outstanding! He got the job done quickly, efficiently, and even took a moment to dig up a rebate form for me that I didn’t even know I was eligible for! This is the only Sprinkler company I will use from now on and I’ll always ask for John.

Had an AMAZING experience from start to finish!! Very knowledgeable and helpful in the evaluation, was impressed with Ed Gonzales. Bobby and his crew were the best I've ever experienced when it comes to their professional isms, and they were kind and respectful to boot!! I couldn't be more happy with the end result!! My sprinkler system is not working. Just Sprinklers had few weeks wait time. I had to call another services who told me to change the wiring system and rest of the system is working fine. He did not charge anything for the estimate. I wanted an opinion from Just Sprinklers since Sprinkler Timer had Just Sprinklers name on it. Just Sprinklers Technician showed up on time as promised. I mentioned to him the wiring issue as suggested by previous Technician. He said the problem was with the solenoid and changed it. That didn't solve the issue. He then said it was the valve and changed it. It didn't solve the issue either. He then "confirmed" it was the wiring issue. He then went on to charge $420 for the "work" he did before confirming it was wiring issue and my issue is not solved yet. Interestingly, he charged $230 for the parts that cost only $30 in Home Depot! I am very disappointed with Just Sprinklers services and their quality went down the drain.

We’ve used Just Sprinklers for years for all our irrigation repairs. Recently the have become associated with American Leak Detection company that offers a free service currently. We did not use this service because we thought “free “Was too good to be true. Instead we spent over $350 with a trusted plumbing company to detect the leak and then called Just Sprinklers when the leak was determined it to be related to irrigation on the outside of the house. Since our intuition told us the leak must be on the outside, we should’ve just call just Sprinklers. They would’ve done the analysis for free and the guys are so great they know just where to look.The work itself involved a lot of digging. Much appreciation for the staffs strong backs. Their estimator came out the next morning and gave us an accurate work estimation and price. They were able to schedule us for a repair the very next day. Our biggest mistake was not using their free league detection service.

It's unfortunate I have to leave a bad review as it seems this is the only recourse left.

We recently a purchased a home and our first encounter with Just Sprinklers was as a subcontractor to the Water Authority to install a smart irrigation controller. After not hearing from Just Sprinklers for several weeks, we reached out to Just Sprinklers and confirmed a date for the install. When Just Sprinklers showed up, they did not install the controller as this was apparently scheduled for another date. They walked around the property, identified no major issues, and charged us separately for the visit. They never returned to install the controller as the Water Authority subsequently terminated their contract for poor service.

Flash forward, the Water Authority comes to install the controller. It turns out one of the zones is totally dead and they have no idea where the water goes. We have John from Just Sprinklers come back and verifies the dead zone. As Just Sprinklers had installed the irrigation system 2 years prior, it's still under warranty. Great. John feels it'd be prudent to review the old records to see what was done before proceeding further. Great. 2 days later. Silince. We call John back and he profusely apologizes and promises to take a look at it when he gets back to the office later. Silence. We call back a week later and he again profusely apologizes and promises to look into it. Silence. We call him back several days later and he is in finally in his office. He'll run over to accounting to look at the records and will call us right back. Silence. Since then, he will no longer return our calls. We call the office and they say they'll send him an email. I don't get why he won't just call us back. Maybe he doesn't want to deal with our system as it was apparently it was a very large and expensive system?

I rate this a 5 star because of the pumpkins, I don’t know about anything else. The pumpkins were a good cost with gigantic size, and the range of pumpkins is great. I got a around 80 lb pumpkin, for only 24 bucks! (with tax) I highly recommend this for other people that want pumpkins, but don’t want to spend the money with McCalls.

After years of patronizing this store, spending literally thousands of dollars over that time period, I will NEVER shop at Just Sprinklers again. Had a very unpleasant experience while trying to SPEND $800. The employees were too lazy to be bothered with draining a fountain and getting it ready to take home because "we close in an hour". There were 4 employees in the store. The two female employees at the register were working very hard to get us to NOT buy the fountain, using a variety of excuses, as well as by having a condescending, rude, and totally unhelpful attitude. They clearly didn't care about whether or not they lose a regular, loyal customer. I expected, however, that management would care, so I sent an email to the address on the website saying I had a bad experience that I would like to talk with them about. Do you think I got a response? NO. So obviously management and/or owner John Seaver don't care either. So they will get no more of my money, which, sadly, won't hurt them a bit. Am not surprised about low level employees not caring, but when upper level doesn't care, it's a problem.....
Don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews on their website. They are clearly overly edited.

They cancel the apt that is set up and say they will be there later. Then they don't come. I have made appointments 3 times and they have arbitarily moved it to when I can't be there. So if you make an appointment just be aware they will move the time till later and then not come at all. I must not have a big enough account to warrant any attention. I am really pissed.

Made an appointment for an 11:00-3:00 block. Took off work to meet for estimate. Not only did the guy never show up but didn’t call me until 5:00 just to tell me he wasn’t available until 5:45. Wasn’t able to meet him and told me he’d have his front desk call me to reschedule. One week later still didn’t get a call. Called them to schedule an appointment and told them what had happened. Not even an apology and weren’t willing to accommodate with my schedule even after being stood up the first time.

UPDATE: I did get a call back with an apology and they were able to come by with my requested time. Ed came by to give an estimate and was very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like he was trying to make sale but to get the right system for my yard. It’s not your normal system that I’m looking for but he was still willing to help me out.

If your a contractor forget this place go to other suppliers that actually help you get your materials and go to your job. I have had to help their workers get my order together too many times... it's like they should pay me. They employ children that have no knowledge and are stuck on there phone and give you an attitude when you even ask where something is in there store or have no idea what your talking about. Stay ripping of your customers that have no idea what's going on. You charge $10 for something a customer could but if they now knew where to go and probably get better help and service. Good luck home owners by the way this this their coors location.....

The Christmas tree was the best we ever got compared to the ones we got from nurseries over the years. The tree was very fresh, not much of needles came off. The whole process of getting tree was very good and they will even pick it up. I will use this business again for the sprinklers also.

My mom was having horribly high water bills. I'd had another company go out and try to find the issue. They found nothing. I scheduled Just Sprinklers to go out the following week. Within a short time of his arrival, their representative found the issue and had it repaired quickly. The fee they charged was super reasonable...actually not much more than the original company charged for doing...apparently nothing. I was shocked! Everyone I dealt with from scheduling the appointment to a follow up call afterwards was amazing. We'll definitely be using Just Sprinklers for all of our irrigation needs. Thank you so much for treating my mom so well and doing such a professional job!

I hired them to repair a leak. Showed them exactly where it was at the intake. They wasted time and stood around and the boss left those workers sitting in my front yard . The repair lasted 20 minutes they charged me 2 hours. Then I had to call Anything sprinklers because they got dirt in the system and refused to come back and fix it. The boss is the owner and he ran around my back yard acting confused when there was no issue . Pretending like there was one when there wasn’t. Very sad.
When I tried to complain the staff said don’t bother . He does that to everyone and he reads the reviews so it will go nowhere. Will never use them again.

They sent a technician to repair my leaking sprinkler and charged me $700 to fix the leak. Expensive, but we paid it. Later that day, we noticed that a significant amount of water, meaning the leak was still not fixed. They did return that same day, and the same technician and a manager stated that it was now another issue, which would only be able to be repaired with a complete system rebuild. He quoted $3500. We called the office and requested a refund because we paid $700 to repair a sprinkler that is not fixed. We ended up getting half of our money back, but at the end of the day we are spent $350 and got nothing in return. We cannot use the sprinklers now unless we manually open and close the valve, which is very inconvenient and not really a solution. While a 50% adjustment is better than nothing, we feel that we have should have gotten a full refund because we still have a broken sprinkler. Would not recommend this company.

I've had a great experience with Just Sprinklers. I had them install a new irrigation / sprinkler system for my home. The owner, John, came out to provide an estimate and worked with me on a reasonable price. They completed the install in one day and the system is fantastic. I had a concern regarding my drip system and John came out in a reasonable amount of time to help fix it - covered under warranty. He then spent about 30 - 45 minutes answering some of my questions about the new system and showed me how the whole system operates. I also love the WiFi timer system - it's so easy to use! The best part about working with Just Sprinklers is that I know they'll be reliable in the future should I need anything at all. Very pleased.

Have used this company before over the years, but specifically twice this summer and have been very pleased with the overall customer service. The office staff is always very sweet when scheduling and can always get me in quickly! The repair techs do a good job, work efficiently and also courteous and answer my questions. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks!
