Very great customer service, and scheduled my family for a free Christmas tree pick up immediately. This was the easiest Christmas tree disposal we have ever had would highly recommend!

Vincent was very knowledgeable about the sprinkler system and the various problems that can come up over time. He presented practical solutions with several alternatives if desired. We’d always call him again!

Claude Kagiraneza and his two assistants were so delightful, hardworking, knowledgeable and efficient. They are certainly a great asset to your company. We have been quite happy with the company's work so far after the first 24 hour and hope to remain so for a long time.
Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the final verdict or diagnosis whether we do have hot/cold water mixing valve problem in our system as alleged by Leroy, but unable to be confirmed after thorough investigation by Mr. Martin Sharp of American Leak Detection Company (as recommended by Leroy).

Please help finalize and confirm that we do not have this mixing valve problem. We thank you.

Total rip-off! Said we had 2 valves leaking plus a leak “elsewhere”. The longer they talked, the higher the estimate got (suggested replacing all 3 irrigation system valves). Referred us to their “sister company” for the leak elsewhere who would have charged us $500 just to come check (any repairs extra!). Turned out to be a leak unrelated to the irrigation system. Once that was fixed, the water company is now saying we have NO leaks. In other words, we paid them $150 (minimum charge) for a completely false diagnosis. No irrigation system leaks at all. Seriously dishonest! Which probably explains why they left us and went straight to the bank with our check.

The job went exactly as proposed; on-time and at the quoted price.
Eric was knowledgeable and explained clearly what needed to be done, then did exactly what he explained and what I understood.
Unfortunately, this involved tearing out a previous contractor's work, becauseitdidn'tmeetcode (but that is not Eric's fault).
I am told I can expect someone to show me how to winterize the system when the time comes. I will appreciate that attention to detail.

Lorenzo from Just Sprinklers did a great job fixing a sprinkler leak. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional, and he explained everything clearly. Very happy with the service.

We had the free Christmas tree P/U. Just Sprinklers only ask for a donation of canned foods that they drop off at our local food bank for this free service.
Just Sprinklers gave us consistent reminders and a heads up for who was coming and when. It is satisfying to know they take the trees to a local recycling place, Soilutions, that makes the tree into mulch. A great community service!

We purchased a Christmas tree from Just Sprinklers and not only did it last wonderfully for over a month it’s so convenient that they pick up the tree and take is to be composted. Communication was great and everyone is very kind and friendly. Thank you!!

They showed up smiles in hand ready to get the job done. What a great company. We used them 23 years ago to setup our sprinkles out an lasted all that time. Here we go again, always excellent work. So I wanted to come back and add to my post in that. I have never seen such craftsmanship. Great attitudes, great work ethic and just and amazing results. If you're going to get some work done on your yard and get some sprinklers, these guys are the ones that you want to call. They're absolutely fearless thank you great attention to detail.

Franciso and his team arrived early and they got right to the work. The scope of the work was evident later when they had finished digging trenches for the installation. When they were done nine hours later, the trenches were closed and we had a fully functional irrigation system. It was worth working with Just Sprinklers, their work is so much better than we could have done. Thank you.

I was looking for Christmas tree removal in November so that I would have a plan as to how we would get rid of our live tree. Just Sprinklers came up and I saved the page. Right after Christmas I went online and scheduled our pickup. They sent a reminder the day before and the day of they sent a message when they were on their way. They came and picked up the tree and donated food which I put outside on the porch. Everything went smoothly. Thank you so much! Will be telling everyone I know about this.

Leroy has been very informative and patient with all the details for our estimate. He is very knowledgeable and was very prepared when he arrived. He explained and reexplained for me questions I had that other companies brushed me off or didn't feel they needed to explain! Great job by Leroy!

This review is after the work was completed. Claude☆☆☆☆☆Javier,☆☆☆☆☆, Leroy ☆☆☆☆☆, Jeff☆☆☆☆☆, Jonathan, Innocent, Jackson, Nowie, Betie,(sp?) Moses, RJ, James, Gustavo, Angel, Brobalie (sp?), Jaden, and a couple of others that I can't recall their names ALL did a stupendous job on our yard.

They encountered a few small unforseen problems and those were handled swiftly and efficiently! They took approximately 4400 sq. ft. of desert sand and transformed it into my oasis and with minimum impact on the environment. The whole team was very respectful of our property. They worked out in the hot sun pretty much non-stop all day for three and a half/four days! They cleaned up each day and always left our house looking very nice even while the project was going on! They were very Hands-On explaining everything. Very pleased thus far with all the team members. Thanks to everyone who was involved! Highly recommend!!!!

This was our first time buying a Christmas tree from Just Sprinklers and it was great! Everyone was SO nice and helpful. Today they cam and picked up our tree for recycling, easy to schedule, they confirmed the appt, texted (with a picture of who was coming - nice personal touch) AND does a food drive in the process. We will definitely go this route next year and keep them in mind for future yard projects.

We were thrilled with Just Sprinklers. We were able to be scheduled within a couple of days of calling. We needed some repairs done to our drip system. Dominique, our repair guy, arrived promptly and was just excellent. He was competent, efficient, friendly. He assessed the problem right away and fixed that and also did some other minor repairs while there. Will definitely call again when we need help.

Francisco was fantastic ! Our backyard has been transformed and we absolutely love it! Francisco is an excellent foreman. His team works in concert with him. He was always the last to leave making sure that everything was done right. He exudes care, competence, and skill. I would happily work with Just Sprinklers again!

The driver was pleasnat and I was greeted with a beautiful smile!!! I was happy to give a box of food to the cause!!! Pumpkins, Christmas trees and a great staff, that offers above and beyond customer service!!!
I was having a problem with the website, attempting to book the pick up for the Christmas tree and a gentleman with a deep voice answered the Phone at the Montgomery location( i didn't get his name) was so helpful and helped me make this pickup happen! Thank you, so very much for making things easy in a complicated world. ❤️❤️❤️

Vincent and JS team member came and figure out the issue within about 30-45 min.. His solution to fixed the problem got us back in "water" action within a couple hours. We had VERY low water pressure on one of our grass zones - been this way for awhile (big tree fault). We really appreciated their efforts and the true professionalism of the entire Just Sprinklers organization - you all rock!..........Steve

Scheduling was very quick. Met with the crew to be doing the job. They answered my questions and did the work quickly and professionally. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Omar was great. Fully detailed on how the layout would be set into position. Explained the need for necessary procedures. Professional & knowledgeable, he seemed to have a good idea of what was needed. I was quoted: 400sqft of sod $4,000, requires 12 heads, $5,000 in sprinklers.
I use Ai for pricing and it usually comes close, to restore two (2) homes. Even a little higher at times.
But as for sprinklers..... I have gotten a few estimates from local companies, and the pricing is coming up about twice the amount than what Ai is saying. My seach continues.

Such a really great experience getting a beautiful tree at Just Sprinklers this year! The tree itself was fresh and so beautiful and the guy helping me getting it all loaded on my car was really friendly and helpful! He even took great care in wrapping it in a sheet before tying it on top of my car! I scheduled tree pickup and it was quick and easy…was happy they collected can goods as part of service! Definitely my place for Christmas trees in years to come!!!
