We contracted with Legacy Tree to prune our 45’ tall sycamore tree and a smaller crab apple tree that are both critical for shading our west facing back patio and they did a great job. Throughout the whole process from initial scoping, assessment, quotation, scheduling, through performance, they displayed both a genuine concern for our desires/expectations and the health of our trees. In all aspects, they displayed high levels of professionalism, knowledge, and a strong focus on both quality and safety.

Legacy was great! Easy to schedule with, straightforward quote process and a fair price. Needed a dead tree removed that was right up against my house and neighbor’s house, with other yard plants all around, and they made it work in a safe way without damage to anything. They were on time, good communicators, fast workers and left the site clean!

I called Legacy Tree Co to get an estimate and opinion about a honey locust tree. The tech that came out was very friendly and super informative, as well as right on time. I am super grateful for his advice and certainly would recommend their services.

Joran and Andrew came out to assess the health of a 50 year old Ash tree in my yard that struggled to leaf out this year. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Joran immediately diagnosed the problem. They proposed a strategy that will at least give the tree an opportunity to recover, rather than suggesting they start cutting away at the stressed branches. This suggested to me that they were truely interested in the health of my tree and wanted to try to preserve it as much as I do. The really seem to know their business.

I would highly recommend Legacy Tree Company whenever you need information or help with the trees on your property. From start to finish, it was a great experience. The crew was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my wishes and visions, while also offering advice and solutions. I had my old orchard pruned by Legacy, an orchard which had not been pruned for decades. After the pruning, the orchard looks great. Legacy also supplied and planted three new trees. The crew was friendly, and worked hard The lead of the crew, Nathan, provided a detailed account of the pruning they did. I recommend Legacy highly.

I don't recommend them. They had a high estimate, but did not provide adequate staff and functioning equipment. Its as if their policy is tree health above property issues. Their team failed to incorporate the land owner into the tree removal planning process and so the logistics of equipment and movement took too long. I wanted to have a tree felled, but their policy seems to be to cut dead wood for tree health not removals, and they didn't fell the tree to the ground. Because their limb removal plan was unclear, a revised estimate and more equipment was planned, but the same staff and equipment was sent to complete work. The driver was terrible, needs training, and yammers on. Debris was left on-site blocking driveway for weeks. I felt the costs were way too high, the tree removal was insufficiently planned for various logistic issues, they failed to clean up debris in a timely basis, and tree cutting policies favored tree health over property owner requested contracted cutting of limbs were my reasons for a low rating and prevent me from using Legacy Tree ever again.

We had an excellent experience with Legacy from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about their work. Connor, Lila, and Jim trimmed our apricot tree quickly and left the yard spotless—honestly, it was cleaner after they finished than when they arrived!

I had a consultation with Joran Viers from Legacy Tree. He came with top notch recommendations from people in the industry and lived up to them. Very knowledgeable, a good listener and communicator, and it seems if he doesn't know the answer to a problem, no one will. He did figure out the answer to mine. If you want information you can trust, I would recommend him 100%.

I consulted with Legacy Tree about the health of my trees after another company said they needed major trimming. Legacy said my trees were all great and didn’t need work. They gained my trust and I ended up having them replace a sprinkler zone. Talking with them about my new wildflower meadow and other plantings you could tell they really knew their plants and could make great recommendations based on that knowledge. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for future landscaping projects.

We hired Legacy Tree Company to assess the health of, and ultimately remove two Austrian Pine trees, one in our front yard and one in the back. We couldn’t have been happier with the work that was performed. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and professional. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The only hiccup we experienced had to do with some leftover debris after the trees were removed, but when we called and mentioned it, they were responsive and had a crew come out that day to address the issue. They went above and beyond to make things right and very much earned a five star rating.

Legacy Tree did an excellent job on our cottonwood trees recently, one of which needed cabling and bracing. I appreciated their promptness, work ethic, and capabilities. They also kept us up to speed on what they were doing and how they were doing it- great communication. Thanks so much, guys!

My old apple tree was inspected late November. Pruning was scheduled for early February while the tree dormant. 3 professional arborists arrived on time this morning to bring my tree back to a healthy size / shape. They didn’t just hack on the tree but carefully and systematically pruned.
When they were finished everything was picked up - cleaned up. GREAT JOB

Highly knowable and professional team. Highly aware of issues in the local environment and ways to improve tree health. Everyone from the owner to the scheduling staff is pleasant to work with. Text reminders and email connected payments makes that piece easy.

Whole process was very professional. They came out and did an assessment on my trees. We agreed on a course of action. Today a team came out and installed a system to replace, in some areas and augment in others, the drip irrigation we have. The new system will deep water the trees and ensure the water is not focused on the trunks of the trees. It should also help the other desert plants I have in the yard. After installation I got a thorough overview of the work and recommendations for setting the frequency and duration of the drip system. At the end they picked up and removed all trimmed limbs, any trash, and swept up any dirt that was stirred up. Very pleased with the whole process.

Wonderful company! Every step of the way polite, friendly people who were respectful of my feelings taking down a tree. Every team had good energy, great communication together and with me. They kept a clean area and cleaned up after themselves. I’m very very happy with removal of old tree, new sod and a new tree planted with care. Thanks to everyone who touched this operation and job. Very happy! 2 large trees pruned to take back from the roof lines and assist in correcting some imbalance in the trees growth. Polite staff. Expensive services, however trees are pruned more appropriate to the trees health and form vs a prior services trim. This company specializes in trees only, from my understanding. I can not stop looking at my beautifully pruned trees 😍 and they don't even have leaves yet!
