Camille was able to assist in identifying the cause of our tree sickness. She was knowledgeable and very helpful.

The team at Baca Trees is excellent. From the initial assessment, proposal, scheduling to the actual work everyone and everything was prompt, efficient and well done. We had several older trees pruned, a stump removed and a new tree planted. We are very pleased with a job well done!

This is the second time i have use Bacas Trees. They have been on time, done a professional job, are friendly and clean up well. I will be using them again. I used them for pruning of fruit trees and other trees.

They arrived on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Answered my questions. They cleaned up all the debris. My trees look better than they have looked for years!

Excellent Service! Baca's Trees have done a great job trimming our trees about every 5 years for the last 15 years. They have always done a great job trimming some difficult elms around our house. Manuel's crew was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up as well.

Baca's Trees was awesome to work with. They got out to us promptly, have very competitive pricing and we are very happy with their removal of a dying tree and stump removal. The team was very careful to not cause any damage to the surrounding landscaping and irrigation system and they cleaned up immaculately afterwards. Highly recommend!

Mixed review: The Good: They did a good job trimming the trees we paid them to work on. They hauled off all the trimmings. The Bad: When they arrived, they opened the two gates to the backyard, that's fine, but when they left, they just left the gates wide open. (we have a dog) There were numerous empty water bottles around the property, they just drank the water, dropped the bottles and left them. No-one on the crew identified themselves as the Forman/Lead, so apparently no team lead, so I did not know who to give check to... so I drove their payment to Edith address. No lead also follows that no-one did a final walk through to pick up trash, close up gates, return to starting condition... they all just left. No-one ever asked me how they did, follow-up, even at payment in person. Conclusion: we will not use them again.

These people cut the trees in my townhouse complex. As you can see they left the rubbish and debris in my backyard, despite having a wood chipper with them. Annoying, but I can deal with that. The much scarier thing is that they left the gate to my back yard wide open. I have a dog that has a dog door, allowing her access to the backyard all day long. Luckily my dog isn’t a runner, but this could have been very bad if she was. Wouldn’t recommend hiring them.

UPDATE: We settled with Baca's Tree Trimming for an undisclosed amount which was to mailed out on the 25th of April. We still haven't received the check.
IF YOU ARE A PROPERTY OWNER, THIS IS A MUST READ. Our experience with Baca's Tree Trimming was absolutely the worst experience we have ever encountered with a business here in New Mexico.
Tree Trimming.
My neighbor hired Baca's Tree Trimming to cut OUR 40 ft. tree in our backyard. They are so money hungry they took the job without even asking us ( the owners) if they could come 5 ft. onto our property to do the job. Which would have been a NO and they knew that up front.
They destroyed 1/3 of the tree and took our privacy and shade that the tree provided, violated several City, State and Forestry Laws in the process. They believe they should not be accountable for such actions. I contacted them immediately only to be met with Rude office staff, Rude estimator and they never once offered a meeting with the owner. He's on vacation. Ha
The owner Clarence (Corky) Baca gets away with this behavior and it will be up to property owners to take our land rights back from such evasion.

Bacas communicated well and was very helpful throughout The entire process. They did a great job of installing the trees and helping us pick out the right ones.

Robert came out and did an evaluation. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They removed 3 Chinese Elm stumps and cut down and sprayed herbicide on the last one because it was so close to the wall. It did take some time for them to come out between the evaluation and schedule for the day of the job. But if you’re patient, there crew was quick and clean. Robert was very responsive with my emailed questions as-well.

Baca's did a wonderful job. They were on time, ready to go and they made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly before leaving. This is truly a group of professionals. The lead confirmed all the work to be done before they started. The whole crew was great, everyone was working hard and they were constantly communicating with each other throughout the whole process. It was quite the symphony of activity! Several neighbors, who stopped to watch a bit, mentioned to me later what a great job they had done and how well the crew was working together. I wouldn't use any other tree service.

We had trees that had not been trimmed in many years. There was lots of overgrowth, dead branches, and one dead tree. Baca's crew showed up on time, were very professional and awesome. They worked diligently and had the job completed in less than 5 hours. They cleaned up everything and had the dead tree wood removed. I cannot praise the crew enough. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend this business.

The crew that came to take down a large Russian Olive in our backyard were polite and considerate of the landscaping I have surrounding this tree. I highly recommend them. Took it down, cleaned up and when they left it looked like that tree was never there!

Congregation Albert was in desperate need of some tree work, and Baca came through! What a difference! They thoughtfully removed that which was old and presented a safety hazard, and left behind only the healthy trees. Truly superior customer care, professional at the job site, and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. So happy with Baca's. No reason to go elsewhere for fantastic service!!

We would never consider anyone else for our tree care. Every staff member was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The email newsletter they send out always has helpful info. They care about the community and being a part of it and it really shows in how they run their business.

Cannot recommend Baca's Trees enough. They were punctual, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing! The tree looks incredible and they had great advice to bring it back to life. It was trimmed with precision and care. Thank you Baca's!

Well, I have to tell you how disappointed I am with this established company. They trimmed/pruned my tree. Upon completion I asked for Robert to call me twice, once via phone message and again when I included a copy of the invoice with payment with a note requesting he call me. Funny thing is their email says, and I quote, “If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call us,”. Well I tried and failed. Baca’s no more for me! I believed in all the trusted reviews when I shouldn’t have.

We've now had Baca's out twice for tree removal and tree trimming at our house and both times, we have received excellent service from the initial consultation through the removal process. The trees they trimmed look so much healthier and the area around the tree they removed was cleaned as was the walkway and driveway. The crew even took time to clean up some flowers and seeds dropped by a desert willow that wasn't part of the job but was in the yard. We would recommend them to anyone else needing tree work done.

Baca sends a four-man crew to trim our trees and bushes every. Fall. They did a terrific job again today and it was a pleasure to watch them work smoothly as a team. My wife and I think that they are the most professional service providers to help maintain our home in the 25 years we have lived here. Thanks Dennis, Corky, Camille and your guys
