Our landscaping is about a year and a half old and we couldn't be happier with it. We had a new home that needed a plan for front, back and side yards from scratch. We knew we wanted natives and 3 seasons of color. Having transplanted ourselves from Los Angeles we were looking for input on design as well as guidance on maintaining the new landscape. Our designer Louise and her team certainly delivered. In addition to the beautiful natives we included pavers in the front and backyards and a goldfish pond. As requested, Louise laid the backyard out with maximum running lanes for our dog and a tasteful patch of artificial turf. The pond is thriving. Louise stays in touch with us and has come back several times to check on everything and make good on any casualties in the garden. In addition to being happy with the landscaping, the price was very competitive and the installation was done on consecutive days from start to finish.

Hello, We are going on one year since we had our front and back yards re landscaped. Erin and her team were professional and listened to what we wanted and our thoughts and plans worked out to the tee. We started working with Beth, our Urban Earth landscape designer, months before our home was finished. We had a list of wants that Beth turned into a digital layout for us to review. From there we worked through several iterations to get to a look and price. Once the work started Beth came by to check on progress and to ask if we had any issues or concerns. When it came to selecting plants, Beth had a huge catalog to choose from. She also met with the rain gutter company to coordinate downspout locations. Even after the project was completed, we continue to get care and maintenance tips from Beth, especially how to adjust watering amount and frequencies with the changing seasons. Beth is also available for follow up questions. We, and our dog, are very happy with the results of our backyard landscaping project from Urban Earth.

Had entire driveway and front walkway and patio area paved and could not be happier. Design team was professional, flexible and patient (we changed the scope of the project 3 times) and just nice people. Workers were on time, polite and hardworking. The price was fair and continue to get compliments from friends and neighbors. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend Urban Earth Landscaping.

Between the cold winter months and the wind, it was difficult to look at my drab yard without wincing (and sighing). Urban Earth did a fantastic job sprucing it up - they yanked the weeds, raked the leaves (and debris), clipped the shrubs, and hauled everything away. They were prompt, polite, hard-working and reasonably priced - all traits I appreciate. Yes! Absolutely I will hire them again.

As a new home owner, I had so many tasks and projects to address that I dreaded tackling the backyard landscape. However, Beth and the team at Urban Earth Landscaping made this daunting project not only manageable but fun. I was able to meet with Beth several times to discuss likes, dislikes, what ifs, and what-abouts -- her questions were thought provoking and suggestions insightful. We even took a rock selection field trip! My final design was reflective of me as an individual and not a run of the mill, carbon copy plan. With just a few statements about my preferences, Beth selected an array of beautiful plants that are perfectly suited to the area. The crew worked efficiently, yet took such care with all aspects of the construction. When a few plants died, the team quickly replaced them without question. The process has been stress-free, and the final outcome was much better than I could have imagined. My yard is the envy of neighbors and friends, and I can't help but release a peaceful sigh whenever I go outside. Thank you to Urban Earth!!

I would not hire them again. Communication was consistently poor, and the experience was unprofessional at nearly every stage—at times rude, and at others misleading or even dishonest. Given the premium prices they charge, one would reasonably expect professional, high-quality service. What I received was nowhere close.

Steven and his crews did an exemplary job for us. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The Urban Earth crew leaders were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We couldn't be more pleased with the work and thankful that we selected the right Company.

I got five bids for our landscaping project. Beth at Urban Earth really listened to my vision, and her design reflected that. Then I got the proposal, which didn't just list what they were going to supply but detailed exactly how they were going to perform the work. That clinched the deal. Urban Earth was also very flexible as I worked through the HOA approval process. There were a couple of tiny hiccups but all in all the installation went very smoothly, with Beth ensuring that everything was completed according to specifications. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Urban Earth to our neighbors.

Damaged my car port with a skid steer while doing demo work on my lawn and are currently cutting it up without permission to try to "fix" it after I explicitly told them I wanted to speak with the project manager before they do anything with it.

Urban Earth installed pavers, gravel, a swale, a pathway, raised seating area, and addressed our drainage issues. All completed in 7 days along with complete cleanup. Very happy with our new space and would highly recommend this company.

We hired Erin and her team at Urban Earth to xeriscape our challenging front yard and to build a patio in our backyard. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about native and deer resistant plants, how to best manage our steep hill, installing drip irrigation, and were able to help us to pick aesthetically pleasing rocks, containers and features to complement our house and needs. We are happy with the results!
