We were on need of someone who would clean a house from top to bottom, including ceilings and windows. Adove did it all. They were hard working, polite, and very nice. They did a wonderful job! We will use them again!

Super poor experience. Everything is in cash, the owner doesn't respond to texts and they don't have appointments so you have to sit and wait all day.

The second service I had, I called and was told they would arrive at 4-5pm. Pretty late for a Friday but okay. She immediately texted me and asked for my address again, then told me it would be at 1pm. They showed up around 3:30, I figured okay.

They were supposed to come today, and I waited around all day for nothing. I finally called at 4 (since the owner doesn't respond to texts) and was told she forgot to put me on the schedule. Really poor stuff, no thanks.

These women do an amazing job with caring touches like organizing and making the house look more beautiful. They are always kind and friendly and very good at what they do! The house feels better after they come here. 10/10

Had a realtor set up a deep clean for open house .They came highly recommended.. They quoted at 35 an hour for deep clean which was agreed upon . The house was already clean but wanted a deep clean ..Two ladies showed up and said it would take 6 hours . When done for the day they instead said that was per person not hour which was never agreed upon … Not only that they left a stain on newly sanded counter tops and lied about it being there before … We checked the cleaning and they left line stains on the bathroom so now will have to clean more !!!! DO NOT HIRE these people they will scam you

I have been using this company for over 25 years. They are always on time and courteous. The owner always gives us good service and goes way beyond our expectations! The house is so clean and smells so good when they leave. I would never want any other company to clean my house!! You can trust them to do anything you need!

Tried to use this business, but after 4 times of Adove failing to show up and having to reschedule, I said no more. The last excuse from the owner was: "I wasn't sure which day it was." So, didn't you put it on your schedule when we scheduled by phone? Did it ever occur to her to pick up the phone to call me ahead of time to verify if she wasn't sure of the day? Too bad, as the company has received good reviews. The owner lied twice in the same call, as she couldn't keep her excuses straight! How she ever managed to be in business for 30 years, as she claimed, I'll never know. Horrible business skills and no common sense.

Leticia and her crew did a great job! I had a big job for them of a whole house and yard clean up, and it
looks great. They showed up early for the job, and finished when they said they would. Like I said, it was a big job, and the place was super lean, and smelled great!

Hard working women, but unclear business practices and not as detail-oriented as I had hoped. I was told $90 per hour for a two-person team. I used them twice. The first time I had the ladies for 4 hours. Should have been $360 plus tax (should be $387.46 and was charged $408.99) the second time the ladies arrived 1.5 hours late and I had them for two hours, should have been $180 plus tax ($193.74 but was charged $215.26). I was grateful for the help I received just want to be charged the price I was quoted. I inquired as to the overages and Laticia told me she was out of town and could get me copies later. I will see if she tries to resolve this and edit my review based on the response.

Adove Cleaning Services is the best! I called them when my daughter urgently needed cleaners after the birth of her third child. The cleaners came in the NEXT DAY and did an excellent job! She will continue to have them clean once a week...what a blessing Adove Cleaning Services is to our lives! Thank you so much, God bless you all!

Can't say enough about what a great job Manuela and Aime did! Our dad hasn't been able to keep up with his house and it was really dirty. They came in and worked a miracle. Within just a few hours, the house looked great! Such a relief!! Leticia and her team are amazing - I highly recommend them.

The owner Leticia was friendly and not judge mental when she came to give an estimate on my very dirty house. Her employees arrived on time and did a deep clean, including floors, walls, and even ceilings. I can really tell how much cleaner it is. I’ll be using them on a regular basis.

I hired Adove Cleaning Service to come and clean a house that I was moving into (renting). The house was very very dirty greasy mess!
I am more than happy with the results. It doesn't even look like the same house because it is soooo clean!

This cleaning company is hands down the best in the city. They are on time, so respectful of the home and pets, they are friendly and pay attention to detail. I recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning regardless of it’s a deep clean or just a sweep and mop, they can do it all!

Bertha and Ibeth cleaned my mother’s house and did an amazing job. They are very detail oriented and cleaned everything in each room.
Leticia returned my call immediately and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. All of the women are so friendly and hard working. I highly recommend them!

Amazing! My house (rental) is actually cleaner at move out than when I moved in! The ladies pulled out appliances, dusted blinds and base boards, cleaned the top of cabinets in the kitchen and were very detailed overall. Thank you Adove Cleaning Services for taking that burden off of my shoulders. Highly recommended!

i paid for a deep cleaning and was told they would move furniture around and clean and dust underneath it and sweep and mop it it was sub par at best i won’t be using them again i could have done this myself if i didn’t have cancer and wasn’t sick

I have used Adove numerous times. They do an excellent job cleaning my house, even the windows! I also used them to do a one time cleaning on a rental home that was trashed. I was amazed at how clean they were able to get it. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Adove Cleaning Services for over 15 years, and I can't say enough good things about them. They have been consistently great in keeping my home sparkling clean. They are reliable, hard working, on time. willing to do whatever I would like them to do in the way I would like to have it done. But honestly, I don't have to say anything, because they always take care of everything. They are wonderful people, and I would absolutely not want to do without them.

This was a difficult job. My she shed had become storage/dog house/disaster area…and my sister announced she was coming for Xmas & wanting to stay in my she shed! She’s allergic to dogs & life in general. Because of it becoming a dog room I hadn’t cleaned in there for a while—the carpet that’s in there is old & stained & didn’t know how I was going to pull this off—in the past I’ve rented a rug doctor but I didn’t have time to fully clean—thankfully we found these ladies & they did a thorough cleaning & staged it so it looked beautiful (for a she shed) when I opened the door! The bathroom also looked amazing—the toilet is old & I thought it was stained but they got it back to its original porcelain white! I would not hesitate to call them again & would absolutely recommend them!
