The serviceman was very polite and helpful. He got to work right away. The weeds that were sticks from the first spraying are gone. My yard has a yellowish tinge everywhere, which means he sprayed it. I am quite happy with his service. Thank you, TruGreen! I don't have to be outside in the heat, at my age, trying to deal with the weeds!

Danny was able to do a complete service after the rain washed off most of the last one. He was very concerned about making sure the free service was done thoroughly. He did a great job!

Customer service was exceptional! Fabian was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a warm greeting and explained in detail the lawn care service he was going to do. He thoroughly inspected my lawn, gave me feedback and addressed all my concerns. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend TruGreen Lawn Care!

STAY AWAY from this business. They are terrible. My lawn is yellow, full of weeds, large dead spots, large areas of brown... and did I mention WEEDS. It is BAD. AND THEY DON'T CARE.
I have TWO contracts with them - for several years - and they fail at at both services. You can not speak to anyone in the office here in Albuquerque. And the main number is not any help either. I have begged for a manager with no luck. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

TruGreen is a huge disappointment. I was excited to sign up for lawn services in September, '22, and I paid a lot of money in advance for about a year of treatment for my front and back yard. After about three months, they STOPPED treating my back yard. I called to ask why after each front yard service. One time I was told that I hadn't unlocked my gate (I had), once they said that I didn't have a gate (I do), and once they said that I didn't even have a back yard!!! Once they claimed they don't do contracts (I signed one for a year), and once they said my contract (???) indicated I would have service on my north yard (there is no north yard). I have called and told my story to about 10 different reps now, and each time they said the Albuquerque supervisor would call me back within 3 days. No one ever called, TruGreen never performed the service I paid for, and they denied my request for a refund or free treatments. I have been ripped off and lied to. It's a shame that businesses operate this way.

Tech did great job calling to get to back yard as we were not at home when he came. They have rid our yard of Nut Sedge when others could not. Love ‘em

I’ve been a TruGreen customer for two years now, and I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed. Despite having a regular service plan, my lawn is constantly full of weeds — year-round. I’ve called multiple times, filed complaints, received refunds, and even had them revisit my property. Still, the weeds persist, and my grass looks horrible.

At this point, I genuinely question if they’re even showing up when they claim to. My yard has looked awful this entire summer, and I’ve had several guests ask if I ever have anyone come take care of it — it’s embarrassing to say I do, especially when it’s TruGreen. I expected professionalism, improvement, and at the very least, visible results.

I do not recommend TruGreen to anyone looking for real lawn care solutions. Save your time, your money, and your yard — go with a local company that actually takes pride in their work.

Look no further, than TRUGREEN, they keep my yard "free" of weeds as I am crippled. They spray my yard three (3) times a year. Their service representative are "all" professionals. Also, their price beat all others I called.

I called trugreen 4 times because I wanted them to take care of an ant problem I was having in my backyard. I have nothing but dirt back there in which I hope to start cecementing here real soon. They have a way of going around and avoiding the issue you have because they don't cover it. I knew they were not covering the ants. That's why I continued calling to get them to admit it, and they never did. I have recordings of them. I ask them what are you going to take care of? "Ticks, spiders, and other creeping things," God put on His earth. I explained, "I don't have animals back there. I don't care about fleas and ticks. There's no animals. I haven't had animals in my backyard for over 20 years." I continually brought up the ants. Ants are what I am targeting here. They continually went around it. They continued. "It takes care of spiders, ticks, and then they mention all the other little creeping things, hesitantly, they threw in it will spray ants. It was the same speech with each and every representative. Seems like they have zombie training. I went ahead and let them come out. I knew what was going to happen. The gentleman that came was somewhat sarcastic and very sure of himself. But I guarantee you. He met his match. I pointed to a large ant hill that we were standing by he said, "Ants." I knew right there, and then ants would not be sprayed. Just for conversation, I did tell him how I controlled them for a while. But they returned. He said, "They didn't come back. A new colony moved in." He said he was there only to spray the perimeter, and that's not what I was told. I told him they said you'd spray the yard. And he just smiled, he said. Well. I'm the one spraying, and I gave him back a card. He had given me which was his personal card, and I told him, "You're fired, leave." I started to walk away, and he was coming up the drive, and I told him. Do you see those no trespassing signs? I wouldn't do it if I were you, turn around, and leave. And he did. Another representative was finally honest enough to say that they don't spray for ants in this area. I told them, "Are you like, the insurance companies that you go by, zip codes instead of by saying this person needs car insurance?" What's the difference between the highs and the people in the South Valley? The ants are all the same. That's what I call prejudice. If your truck can drive to Montgomery, it can also drive to the South Valley with the spray in it. No difference.
I will never ever do business with this company again. I do not recommend it, and if you do decide, you want them. You record the conversation, and you make sure they admit to spraying what you want to get rid of in your yard, including ants.
I found another company and they were amazing. And they said we will spray your ants! Since that was my main concern, it was also theirs.

I regret ever hiring Trugreen. I hired them to help me fix a fungus problem on my lawn. We started this in 2024 and my grass died. It was awful, to the point of where I had to have it completely torn up and redone. The reason why I’m writing this review, is because it is now March 2026 and I came home from a vacation yesterday and saw that they had treated my lawn without my permission. I am deeply concerned bc they ruined my lawn when I hired them to treat it. I will be calling them, telling them to NEVER come to my house again. I truly (no pun intended ) regret hiring them. Proceed with extreme caution.

Nathan and Brian are great! They take care of my office building at Affordable Solar regularly and even helped us out during our move earlier this year. I rely on them regularly and they never disappoint! I recommend them for any of your recycling, paper and other removal of items you can't handle yourself!

Brian and his two man crew did a great job today removing a pickup load of junk from our new-to-us home here in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They came highly recommended by our new neighbors and their good reputation, from our experience, is very well deserved. I would highly recommend them as shown by our five-star rating.

They were great all around. Showed up promptly and gave me a good price to remove an old loveseat and recliner. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Brian and Joshua arrived at the house on time. They were polite, ready to work and took care of removing our junk/waste/renovation leftovers. The guys worked quickly and cleaned up the surrounding area to boot. Great job! Fair price! I will have them back in the future. Give them a call!

Good communication, prompt arrival time with 15 minute notice, nice guys! I wish the minimum for 1 item hauled away was less than $100 but I’m glad the sofa sleeper they picked up is gone! Still a better value than using a moving company.

I have to say that A1 Junk Removal was outstanding in completing the project we asked them to do. We were closing our call center down and we had TON’s of furniture and 250 cubes that needed to be broken down and disposed of. They said it was a two week job and completed it in a week! The owner Nathan was on site and provided videos of the progress. Everyone was professional and hardworking. It’s hard to find that these days. I highly recommend A1 Junk Removal for business or residential. Thank you for all your hard work! I will definitely use this vendor in the future.
