Great company to contract with I have never had a problem with getting paid on time and they have plenty of work

This company is a complete scam. Subbing out contractors to do a crappy job, not show up, and then charge for services that didnt even happen. Look for a local crew and avoid this company and all costs.

They make an appointment then they don’t show up. When you call them they tell you that they have a 3 DAY APPOINTMENT WINDOW. 3 DAYS!!!? Excuse me, but that’s ridiculous. 2 stars because they didn’t break anything since they haven’t shown up.

8/20 I canceled my services 3 times in the app. The app does not take the cancelation. I have done so again. Today, even after I sent a notice multiple times and in the chat the service man showed up. 4 days late! He said the app is bad and that’s why he did not know. I have tried to cancel the quotes as well but the app will not work.

8/22Another person was here. The company sent me an email to contact them about resolution about the difficulty from my initial review. I have sent multiple emails - I just found a notice in junk mail that it is an unmonitored account.

At this point this is beyond poor customer service.

My concern is that this place will try to keep charging me in the future because they have faulty apps and just cannot get their act together. I will write them a certified letter.

Gilbert came and explained EXACTLY what he was going to do and then asked what else he could do. He completed quicker than I've seen and as we walked my yard.. I saw it... PERFECTION! Not one complaint, but many more requests to return!

I was very pleased with the work done on my lawn. My backyard was inundated with weeds due to rainy weather. I am disabled and unable to do the yardwork myself. I live with my daughter and two young grandchildren. My daughter, in addition to her full time job, usually keeps the lawn in order, however, she has been working roughly 60 hour weeks lately. I am new to this service, and wasn't sure what to expect. The work was done quickly and very well. I am glad that I found this service and look forward to regular upkeep on my yard.

Kevin did a fantastic job on both my front and back yard! He was thorough with mowing and weeding, leaving everything looking clean and well-kept. What really stood out was his dedication—he came back to make the grass even shorter in the backyard just in time for an event I had today (Saturday). He’s responsive, professional, and gets the job done right. Highly recommend Kevin for anyone looking for quality lawn care!

Wouldn't come out to give me a quote on my yard services until I signed up for lawn maintenance first.

If you're this difficult to work with before I'm a client, it doesn't bode well for your business.

Absolutely thrilled with the lawn care service we received! Our yard had gotten out of control with overgrown brush and stubborn weeds taking over, but the team came in and completely transformed it. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. Every weed was pulled, all the brush was cleared out, and they didn’t leave a single stray leaf behind. What impressed me most was the attention to detail — even the edges along the fence and walkways were perfectly trimmed. It honestly looks like a brand-new yard. We’ve had lawn services in the past, but none have delivered results like this. The crew was friendly and took the time to explain what they did and how to maintain it going forward. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality lawn care and a serious cleanup. Our outdoor space is finally something we’re proud to show off. Five stars all the way!

We have had Kevin work at two different addresses and he has done a wonderful job at both. He pulls the weeds and trims the grass. He completes it all quickly and sweeps up after. I totally recommend him!

Lawnstarter was quick and easy to set up an account and easy to use. I would recomend this service. Aaron sent me a text letting me know he was on his way and when he arrived, was professioal and friendly. The job was completed quickly and everything was clean when finished.

Fine products, but the customer service is pretty bad. The staff is not very knowledgeable and not very attentive

Went for birdseed. Got birdseed. Was amused to see that the little birds had found the aisle and figured out that sometimes the bags split.

Bad store employees untrained kids that have an ego of superiority they act as if your not correct when talking about how to install plumbing they sell you parts saying there needed upon returning the part she refused store manager also refused station well lawn n garden was covering plumbing but how do we know this is our product or even of it is you should not rely on our employees to sale you the correct parts this is your responsibility to make sure we sell you the correct part upon leaving I was informed that Lowe's is not going to take a loss on incompetent unskilled tradesmen even if there employees sold me the wrong parts
Wow and this is why they can't find good help

The people working the lot were amazing they helped me load 40 boards of dry wall with ease!!! Don't forget to tip its the holiday season show some holiday spirit!!

Consistently good prices in their garden section- frequent specials on plants and great deals on contractor packs for medium scale landscaping.

Janice in Garden t the Renaisance store, literally tracked us down with the product we needed after it appeared we werent going to find it, and thanked us for coming in. She then proceeded to commend her co-workers Jose who works in the lot and Joe in customer service and Larry in Garden for helping as well. Joe and Jose made my 8 year old daughter very happy with the balloon they gave her from customer service. We thank you!!

This store is where we bought our Christmas tree 6 years in a row. Always satisfied.
Other items I buy here is too numerous to mention. Customer service is tops, help is everywhere and always happy to answer my questions. If I could give it 6 stars I would.
