Efficient, quality service! Their technician come out, identified the problem right away and obtained the parts needed to complete the repair in record time. We will definitely use Penguin again.

We bought a playground set for our little one over a year ago and it's been sitting in a weed filled patch of dirt for a while. We decided to have some pavers installed and the surrounding area filled with certified playground mulch. Couldn't be happier with how it came out. Penguin did a great job installing the pavers and putting down the mulch. Our backyard is one step closer to being complete!

Excellent about communication with customers. I requested an estimate to replace an irrigation drip system. Penguin was the first to respond, schedule a day/time, and provided a very reasonable quote.

I called Penquin based on great recommendations on google. I waited two weeks for someone to come out and give me an estimate. There were some things that didn't make sense in it, so they said they would send out someone else to look at my system. I waited another two weeks for a different person to come out. She was great and I thought everything was set. She was supposed to get an estimate to me. When that didn't come, I called days later and was told they didn't have time for me. An entire month wasted.

We hired penguin for two separate jobs. The first was a comparatively quick valve installation for our sprinkler system which they handled in no time flat. The second was to run new dripper lines to all of our plants. Their guy showed up, had the trenches dug, ran the lines, and had everything ready to demonstrate in a matter of hours. Everything was put back the way that it was when he got here, and everything tested perfectly. Their rates were significantly lower than the competition, and the work was top-notch.

I recently had a customized Pergola built by this company. Claudia, the owner, was very courteous, professional, communicative and thorough through the entire process. Also Jason, whom was the person that built the pergola, was a mirror image of Claudia with his professionalism, communication and craftmanship. I personally and highly recommend this company if you are looking for any type of home improvements, landscaping, sprinkler systems, etc....

Unreliable. Couldn’t give my partner (Nick B) a time that they would come and someone finally came at the end of the day and said they needed to come back. Gave us a new day and a window. No one showed up even four hours after the window ended.

Won’t work with them but still need the work done so if anyone knows a reliable company please post here.

Penguin ABQ did a good job of removing small dead trees and unsightly brush and shrubs. They removed the root balls too. Juan & Juan were professional and workmanlike. It was well worth the 3 hours that they were here. I recommend them highly!

Cannot recommend this business ... 3 no call-no shows before they finally visited, only to give a highball estimate of $2K+ for work that I wound up getting done for $130. NOT ONE problem I showed the technician was addressed in the estimate, namely 3 faulty sprinklers, one leaky pipe, one zone not firing properly. No one ever apologized for the no call-no shows, instead I was told: 'We're very busy, sir, you're not the only customer out there.' Bad attitude, bad customer service ... I don't know why these people are still in business....

In July of 2017 we purchased a 17 year old home that had not been cared for... like most new home owners we attempted to fix most things ourselves. I spent three weeks digging up our sprinkler system, replacing valves, and installing other sprinkler equipment; however, nothing I did fixed a tremendous water knock we kept hearing. I didn’t know what to do... then I called Penguin!

Jose, from Penguin arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem as a combination of things I had been unable to see/fix. He made a recommendation regarding how Penguin could fix the water knock, and he explained in detail our options. He was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Penguin immediately sent two additional installers (Jesus and Francisco). Within a few hours our water knock was gone and our sprinkler system was operating better than ever. I would absolutely recommend Penguin for any sprinkler or landscaping needs.

Spoke with Robert, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I told him what I wanted for my yard and he came back with some great ideas. When he came out he did a clean and timely job and I would recommend him to any of my family and friends. He was easy to communicate with and kept his word on pricing and when it would be done. I had a leak in my irrigation system and the tech came and fixed it quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. I had a great experience and I will definitely use them again!

This was the second company we called after getting a $5K quote from another company to fix our irrigation system. Less than two hours of work and $300 later, our system is working fine. Thanks Penguin, for not trying to sell us something we don't need right now! And, thanks for your excellent problem solving staff! Francisco was quick, effecient and effective!

100% satisfied with the service. My home's irrigation system system suffered a failure with a leak that caused low water pressure. Replacement of the 3 zone manifold resulted a giant increase in water pressure in the whole system. Quality repair and workmanship was done. Would RECOMMEND and use Penguin ABQ services again.

We just used Penguin to locate a leak at our home in Tanoan. Jose did a great job and since it was an emergency he was on it within an hour.

I am very impressed with Penguin ABQ. We had a significant leak in our sprinkler system. The technician named Francisco was very efficient and worked quickly. He found the damaged part underground and repaired it very quickly. He also replaced and adjusted another sprinkler head that was spraying onto the side walk. The price was very reasonable. In short I highly recommend Penguin ABQ to anyone needing maintenance on their irrigation system.

Even though they were booked up, when I explained that it was time sensitive, they worked me in next day. We thought the system needed parts and repair. The technician found that the control box needed adjusting. He could have done unneeded repairs and charged us, and we would never have known the difference; but he did not.
