This was a wonderful experience and perhaps the best I have ever had with carpet cleaning services. I was waiting for a week before I sent my review because so many times (in my past occasions) the dirty spots would just come back up throught the carpet. THEY DID NOT THIS TIME!
Those spots from my dogs are still GONE!
And thank you so much for helping me to pick up the one bench that was too heavy for me to get out of the way.

I've been using Dancare for over 10 years now. They always make my carpet look great! They take care of my walls and furniture also as they work as if it was their own home. They make my 18-year-old carpet look fresh and new again. I totally trust them in the work they do and working anywhere in my home.

I called Dancare about cleaning the carpet in my rental home. I wanted to return the home to my landlords in good shape. Dancare wasn't the cheapest but they had great reviews. The two emplyees that showed uo were 10 minutes early and very professional. Marcos and Angel cleaned my home in just a few hours and left the carpet looking new. I would definitely recommend them for any carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

Dancare is the real deal! I have two cream silk chairs and a cream couch (great purchases with kids, I know) and I had THREE different companies come out and try and clean them for me, all to no avail. Enter Dancare! Marcos was my service technician, and he even offered to try one of the cushions on my cream couch before we proceeded, so we would know if it seemed worth the effort. Well let me tell you, he got these chairs and sofa looking absolutely amazing! I am very grateful, and will be recommending Dancare to all of my friends and family in the future.

08-08-20 just used Dancare for my carpet and they were outstanding. Showed up on time. Used Covid safe practices and were efficient and fast. My carpets look amazing and I could not be happier. They got all the tough stains out of all my area rugs as well. I have 3 dogs and they got all the pet stains out also and my carpets look and smell great. I was so pleased!

I am so pleased with the outcomes of Dancare Carpet Cleaning! I hadn't had an upholstery cleaning prior and was nervous about finding a quality place. I reached out to Dancare after reading great reviews; but didn't see many on upholstery- mostly just carpet.
They were able to fit us in the week I called, showed up early (which I loved), were kind, and did an excellent job cleaning my upholstered white and black couch as well as our dining room chairs at an excellent price!

Great customer interaction and communication: courtesy call day before service, courtesy call morning of service, courtesy call 20 minutes before arriving. Pleasant office staff. Very professional throughout the service, from appointment, to service delivery. On-time for the appointment. Technicians had strong product knowledge and were able to remove 4 different kinds of stains. Before and after pictures sent to my email.
There was one issue with the service and they took care of it the very next day, even though it was a Saturday.
I've been a customer for many years and have also recommended DanCare numerous times over the years. This is a quality operation.

Prompt, dependable, courteous, went out of their way to make sure no furnishings got damaged and every carpet was spotless. Even removed a pet stain. I've been using them since 2019 and I've never been disappointed.

The home owners had the carpets cleaned just before I moved in. But, whoever did them didn't rinse so the carpets were crunchy, and the soap has a strong perfume that made me sick. Dan himself came out to remedy the issue. He rinsed the carpet in all four rooms, taking care with bumpers on the corners in the hall so the hoses didn't cause any damage. He also extracted as much of the water as possible, and had a fan to speed up drying. When he was done, the carpets felt like velvet and the perfume smell was gone.

Marcos was AMAZING! We had a really dirty couch that was gifted to us, and it needed cleaning in a big way. Marcos did an incredible job, I am seriously impressed. This old couch looks great now, it's pretty incredible. I would totally hire Marcos and DanCare again, no question about it.

DanCare did a fantastic job cleaning my wool carpet and I would highly recommend them. I spilled some coffee on my carpet and couldn't get stain out completely. DanCare cleaned the carpet and the coffee stain lifted quite well. They came out a second time to try another treatment and the stain is gone! Jame and Jaleel were professional, courteous, and hard working. I will definitely use DanCare again for my wool carpet and area rugs..couldn't be more pleased.

DanCare has been our preferred carpet clearer for the past couple of years. What do they do well: easy scheduling, show up on time, professional & courteous, helpful, get stains out, , finished product looks great, and leave the carpet as dry as possible while getting the job done correctly. Worth the money carpet cleaning.

I have used DanCare Carpet Cleaning twice during the last year. First to have carpet steam cleaned in our four bedrooms, and then to have window drapes dry cleaned on-site. Both times, Dan and his crew were very timely, professional and personal. They did a fantastic job of cleaning both the carpet and drapes. Linda, co-owner of DanCare handles client appointments, and follow up communications. Each time, she called me a day before the appointment to check that the timing is still good for me, and then a week after the appointment to confirm that I was completely happy with the cleaning service. Linda was a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend DanCare Carpet Cleaning, and certainly will use their services in the future.

Well done! I highly recommend this company and a shout out to the two gentlemen who cleaned my off/white carpets. One of them shared with me that he has been with DanCare for 18 years. He really knew what he was doing and he explained every step of the procedure as they cleaned. These guys were on-time, worked methodically and quickly and put everything back in place, made sure I was satisfied with the job. They also cleaned a dirty cream colored chair and both the carpet and the old chair look great!
