Greg did an AMAZING job! He was on time, very responsive and cleaned two bedroom and a rug and got them looking like new again. We had dog pee that I was certain wouldn’t come up and I was thinking we needed new carpet but Greg treated it and got the odor out. He also does not charge an arm and a leg and very professional! Thank you!

There is difference between good work and amazing work. Best experience and amazing results on my carpets which sad to say were extremely duty. Highly recommend as I now use them for scheduled cleaning.

This is arguably the most knowledgeable and reliable carpet cleaner I have ever encountered! Greg is fantastic and he is always great to work with. Greg takes his profession so seriously that he actually is pursuing a chemistry degree and it definitely shows with his ability to explain everything he is going to do and why it is more effective!

I had an amazing experience with this company. Greg is very nice, knowledgeable and skilled; he was also very flexible with scheduling and understanding of my time constraint with having an upcoming open house. He cleaned and repaired my carpet. The cleaning left my carpet impeccable and smelling great. I had a carpet cleaning done by a large local company a couple weeks prior and there is no comparison to the job that Greg did. As for the repairs where my children had damaged the carpet, I was hesitant at first thinking the seams would be visible but I cannot even tell he replaced the carpet in those areas. He was also reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his services!

If I could give 10 plus stars I would. This was by far the BEST customer service we have received in YEARS!!! Shows up on time. Storm and his crew are friendly, respectful and focused on the job. Amazing attention to details. Best attitude and very polite. They have the most up to date equipment and do a professional job. They even cleaned the baseboards around my kitchen cabinets and around the rest of the rooms they cleaned. They cleaned the grout and tile floors in kitchen, living room, bathrooms, hallways and laundry room. They added shiny sealer. My ordinary tiles now look like marble. ❤️❤️❤️ they also cleaned another area rug for me. Last October they cleaned my bedroom carpet and two area rugs. I was so pleased - that’s why I used them again! Did I mention he and his wife are veterans. So many great reasons to hire them and I highly recommend SUBURBAN CARPET CLEANERS.
I was originally going to replace the tiles with vinyl flooring but opted for cleaning the tile. I saved thousands by going this route. I can’t express how highly satisfied I am with this service. Next on my list is upholstery cleaning.

Suburban Carpet Care contacted me nearly immediately after I selected them from Angie’s List and provided an estimate quickly after the initial call. I scheduled an appointment for 10 am the next day and even received a call apologizing that they would be two minutes late. I’ve waited hours for other contractors!! Storm was prompt, professional and efficient and even spot-cleaned a carpet in addition to the upholstery that I called them to do. I would highly recommend this company for any of your carpet or upholstery cleaning needs. And they give a discount for former military service! Very much appreciated.

Highly recommend! Storm was very professional, thoroughly answered all our questions and walked us through the whole process he uses. Our grout and tile looked as good, if not better, than the day it was installed! I had forgotten how beautiful the flooring was until I saw it so clean after he was finished.
