Great service. Around average prices for what we were looking for. Tree selection was actually very good considering the closeness to Xmas day

Flower selection changes periodically, but shelves were stocked and not a long line to check out from the garden center.

This store I have shopped at hundreds of times. The store is a typical HD, with all you could need, except when you try to buy. I always find the items im looking for out of stock. All other items are fully stocked it seems. I would find new management for the store. If you have a hotnseller make sure to HAVE IT! I dont go into a store to be told shop online. Get better inventory personel and keep the store stocked. On another hand, finding personnel that knows anything about HD is not easy. Still better than lowes.

Dom in hardware. The only employee who took their time to help us. You rock kid! Thank you so much for all the help and asking if we needed anything else. Everyone else we tried to ask help for was either chit chatting with their buddy or running away from us. There are people like dom who need a raise! I hope management sees this review. I was impressed with the way Fiona, the cashier manager, and Carlos in the garden center. Fiona employed competence and courtesy in resolving an issue at the customer service desk. She listened in a caring manner and with no blame toward neither the cashier nor to me. She calmly cleared up the misunderstanding and all was well. Also, Carlos, spent time with his knowledge in helping me select the right BBQ grill. He then kindly loaded the boxed grill onto a cart and rolled it out to the car and unloaded it. He´s an awesome gentleman.

I'm truly sorry, I try hard to support locally owned businesses, and I really want to like this place. I bought a few things here last year.
Experience Today: Sad and sickly looking plants, unhelpful staff members in a group, sitting on their butts looking at their phones, can't be bothered to notice customers.
I left without buying anything and I am not inspired to return.

Such a wonderful selection of so many plants! Trees galore! I came here to purchase red wrigglers for my garden. Sadly they were out today, but should be getting more soon. I've come here on and off for many years. Lovely place and a variety of many different plants . Very helpful. They also have the most beautiful magnolia tree in the front parking lot. The manager said it's about 80 years old. The scent is amazing! Now I want one💐!

I called them on Tuesday, they said they started doing appointments the day before. She had an appointment open in 45 minutes from the time that I called, so I went. We all wore masks, and they accompanied me through ,and helped me find everything. They helped me load it in the car. They were extremely helpful. The nursery looked great, and they had a great selection. I actually drove away with a smile!!!😁😁I highly recommend them!!!

Rehm's is my favorite nursery! The plants are beautiful, the staff are beyond friendly! One girl even spent about twenty minutes with me today, answering my questions about succulents in incredible detail. I was super impressed. Definitely recommend this place!

Loyal customer for 9 years. This locally owned paradise has continued to improve. Great selection and quality. Support Rehms because they are local and carry local New Mexico-grown plants. Nice ceramics and other gardening needs. Also lovely greenhouse. Staff very knowledgeable.

This place actually has Berries growing, in a heated greenhouse, during Feb. That is unheard of, no other nursery's to my knowledge take similar steps to keep the customer happy. The Associates are extremely knowledgeable. Last year I visited a competitor nursery in ABQ, whom was unable to take care of my needs to due lack of know how or information. The crew working at Rehm's is solid, guy was able to in detail explain to me the mistakes I am making with blueberries, alternatively he was able to line me out with everything I needed for my blueberries, on top of detailed instructions to avoid repeating mistakes. I had no problem paying close to $100 for products because the quality of service was so damn high. Please continue doing business this way.

Best atmosphere and plants in albuquerque. Love the knowledgeable staff, and choices are always amazing. Plants are always healthy and taken care of.
Update. It is very interesting how the owners treat the employees. I've seen some very suspect treatment of their employees the last few times in, and I can't give money to a company with such low standards of ethics. Treat your employees better.

A friendly atmosphere envelops you as you walk in, very friendly service and very knowledgeable staff guide you through what needs you should give your new plant friends. The plants are very well taken care of and Rehm's has quite the selection of plants for a very good price. I absolutely will be coming back many many times!

I updated my review from 5 to 3 stars. There are consequences when an employee treats a customer poorly. Perhaps the young man was having a bad day, therefore 3 stars and not 1. I believe in supporting local business and will continue to shop there for all the other reasons originally posted here except customer service. I will not, at the checkout, explain that I prefer to buy at Rehm's rather than the big box store. Mostly really nice people. (Really nice people produciing green things that have a high probability of surviving. Fantastic selection of plants and trees, and all the organic gardening products needed for smart gardening. Rehm's is unique.)

Nice, large plant nursery! Wide selection of plants and garden decor. Got some red wrigglers here a few years ago, and they're still going strong in my worm bin. Got an asiatic lily that's been dutifully growing more and larger bulbs since then!

Staff is helpful and seem to be treated well.

I scored a young cherry tree a few weeks ago from them that fit in my back seat and I seen that there are small green cherries already forming. I smiled. Definitely coming back soon for another tree. My strawberries roots are coming along as well. Great place

Extremely knowledgeable and help! I was getting a gift for a newly expanded business but I didn't want to gift a hassle or a burden. The sales associated was sympathetic and fantastic! They asked me about possible lighting, availability of the care taker, and room then found me a selection of plants that fit the bill. I ended up choosing one that required minimal maintenance but looks great! Thanks for the help!

This is really a great nursery. I have a community garden. We needed soil to plant pumpkins. They had a few nice plants and a wide variety of pumpkin seeds. Our families are looking forward to growing our pumpkins this year.

I went to Rehm's Nuraery looking for something special for someone I don't know. Every area I went into had someone who asked if I needed help, was polite and, even though their area didn't have anything that jumped out at me, it was still nice to be acknowledged. Something of notice, at least two of the employees were fairly new, with one of them being a first day. Anyway, I found what I needed with help, found a pot too, and will always like plant shopping at Rehm's!

Today (June 10, 2023) was my first time exploring this nursery! In fact, I didn't even know it was here until I stumbled across it on the David Austin Roses Facebook Group! The people at Rehm's were super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. This is my first time growing veggies and herbs, and they helped me tremendously while also putting my mind at ease! They not only addressed all of my questions, but provided even more suggestions! I'm definitely going back! Thank you!
