Walter was incredible! He came out to remove the remaining gravel from our front yard and lowered the dirt to 3 inches below the sidewalk—just what we needed for our landscaping project. He also removed 3 stumps with ease, finished the job ahead of schedule, and was completely transparent about pricing and the work involved.

I really appreciated how he explained each step as he went along and even went the extra mile to blow the dust from the curb back into the yard. When I needed to wet the dirt, he moved the Bobcat without hesitation to make it easier for me. We also uncovered an old irrigation hose that needed to be removed, and with my consent, he took care of it immediately—no complaints, just solutions.

Walter delivered an above-and-beyond experience, and I’d highly recommend him for any dirt removal or yard prep work. Honest, efficient, and professional from start to finish!

Two men in a Milligan truck hit a woman in her car and then took off when confronted! They were caught on video so I hope they got fired. That poor woman!

Grassy front yard was replaced with xeriscape. Crew cheerfully made some last minute changes. Very pleased with results

I used Milligan Scapes three times and, each time the experience was worse. Horrible communication and customer service. I guess they are too large mow. Sad.
