After assessing our roof, Jesse took his time explaining to us our options of what could be done as well as providing recommendations that would improve the look and quality of our pitched roof. When we received the quote for the job, we did a little happy dance! It was more than fair! In addition, extra information was sent that provided examples of houses showcasing what the final product would look like. As someone who is a very visual person, this was extremely helpful.

Because of a time crunch situation we were in, Jesse performed some magic and was able to get us on the schedule sooner rather than later. Thank you, Jesse!!

I had my skylights replaced after a hailstorm, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was responsive, friendly, and professional. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean once the job was done. Jesse and his team were professional, timely, responsive, and did great work. We had a new--large--roof put on after a hail storm, and they worked efficiently and did a good job keeping the worksite clean while they were on the premises. Jesse was also very helpful with navigating insurance claim questions.

So after two ice storms in two months I had a leak inside my pantry.
I had 3 different contractors inspect my roof, the first two said I needed a totally new roof but doubted my insurance company would cover the cost.
The third contractor TBC owned by veteran Jesse Naylor said that I certainly could use a new roof and that he was pretty sure my insurance company would cover the cost,but if they didn’t he could still fix the roof and make it water tight for a couple thousand dollars.
I decided to file a claim with the insurance company.

Jesse met the insurance claims adjuster on site and walked the roof with him.
Jesse had done all of the paperwork the adjuster would have needed to do and handed it to him.

Within 5 days the insurance company sent a check to cover the
cost of an entire new metal roof.
This contractor not only knows everything about roofing but also knows all about how the insurance companies operate.
My new roof is amazing and within two weeks his crew was in and out and I had my new roof.
An amazing crew who were fast courteous and fun to watch.

I had the amazing experience of working with Franklin, Nicholas, Miranda, and their team for my roof replacement. my insurance company thought they could just pay for damages caused on one side of the house by hail and wind, but Franklin was thorough and explained to the adjuster why the whole roof was needed. Miranda was on top of all documents and very quick with her responses to my questions. I thought the project might take 2 days, but only took 1. Nicholas and his team were fast and clean and it looks absolutely gorgeous. I love the color we went with and it stands out from the rest of the cookie cutter Houses around me. It has been a pleasure to work with Custom Construction Solutions. The project manager Kyle Avery made my roofing project for wind damage, a leak, and prep for solar panel installation run smoothly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He assisted with my insurance claim, communicated project process and details, and coordinated with Our World Energy. From the start of my mother filing an insurance claim to have her roof looked at, we’ve had nothing but problems with the original insurance hired third party inspector who brought along his own contractor. When we were unpleasantly told that we could hire our own contractor, we contacted Custom Construction Solutions. From the beginning, Franklin has been honest with us about the entire process, provided us with estimates, and helped us fight the insurance company all the way to the state level. While this has been a year long, drawn-out process on the insurance side, Franklin has helped us fight it every step of the way to ensure that my mother was fully reimbursed. The crew who installed the roof was also great and came inside to clean anything that fell through while installing the skylights. I would happily use Franklin and Custom Construction Solutions again for any roofing issues.

My friend had recommended these guys and I am glad I went with them. I am new to Dallas and rented a house with a couple leaks after these ice storms we have had recently. I asked to get an inspection which they did for free and found a leak. They were quick and efficient to get it fixed. The communication they gave me made it so much easier for me to understand what was going on and the process. Needless to say if I have any issues or concerns, I know Leo and these guys will go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

Did a great job in replacing my roof and re-painting my house after severe hail damage. Only thing I would say that needs improvement on is communication of job timeline and when workers are to be onsite so that we can plan accordingly.
