After moving to Ohio, Dante and his team was able to get my roof repaired so that my house could sell In a very timely manner with great quality. There was some issues with the repair and Dante and his team took care of it very quickly after notifying them and handled it amazingly. Dante made my hail damage experience as pleasant and painless as possible. The workers arrived timely, and worked very hard, for long hours to complete the project. All of the workers were polite, respectful and kind. They kept the yard as clean as possible during the project, and left it cleaner than it was when they started. Dante made sure that I was happy at every step of the process. And my new roof looks fantastic! I recently had a new roof replaced on my home by capital construction and development. They had to remove an old tar and gravel roof that had been on my home for many years. I can not elaborate enough what an outstanding job Dante Padilla and his crew did to replace and install a new TPO roof on my home. They were detailed with their work to the very end. I highly recommend Dante and his team for your next roofing job! Capital Construction put a new TPO roof on our home after a hail storm in the summer of 2019. They are very helpful and will make sure everything is perfect for you. No cutting corners for them and still a very good price.

Update July 2024- Five years after our installation we experienced a minor leak in our roof. Dante and his team stood behind their warranty like no one else and drove over 8 hours round trip to come and make the repair. I cannot say enough good things about Capital Construction and how well they take care of their customers!!!!

These guys did my roof back in 2023. My roof is still in great shape. We initially had a few disagreements but capital construction worked hard to make everything as it should be. I’m a fairly difficult customer and I am very pleased. Will definitely use them on my next house.

Our experience with Capital construction was very smooth & professional . Dante Padilla & Nathan Medford came to our home asking to look at the condition of our roof due to a recent hale storm in our area , we did find excessive damage , I contacted our insurance Rep. He arrived the next day for his inspection. Dante and his job Forman were in constant contact with me from start to job completion . His entire crew were very respectful to me & our home , the removal of the old roof was clean not a one old nail was left on the ground. Note : after completion and capital's final inspection they left the site , my wife & i returned from town i climbed on the roof for my final assessment and was very pleased with the work done by Dante & his entire crew . They came out and inspected my roof, gave me several options, were very thorough and gave me information on the benefits of each. I went with a silicon coating and it was done in 2 days. 10/10 would recommend.

Bought a one hundred year old house a few months back. The roof was in desperate need of update and repair. Green Mountain was able to really help with that at a rate I could afford. There is a lot of things that I'll be calling Green Mountain to help out with for a while. I'm so glad they are available to help with the issues that come with an older home.
