10 years ago Ruele provided a home Sto-stucco which included patching a crack where the foundation had settled and was showing 1/8- 1/4 inch movement from winter to summer. I have not had a problem with the crack since. Stucco coat 10 years later still looks very fresh. Thanks Ruele

The laborers did good work but I had a hard time dealing with the salesman and superintendent. They claimed that I did not tell them I was having doors replaced and charged me extra for work around the doors. I understand they needed to charge me extra if more work was required but to claim that I did not tell them about the doors was a lie. I told them multiple times and even gave them the name and phone number of my door contractor. And he talked to the superintendent and told them what he was going to do. They treated me like I was an idiot. Customer service needs to improve before I would recommend them.

Very dissatisfied! The most important feature to my parent's addition are the windows, so they went with Reule because they sold a good product and promised great coordination. They have been so frustrated and disappointed. The windows have been incorrectly ordered in size and color! How can they get this so wrong? Reule has pressured them to accept this situation with the offer to paint the windows leaving them with a maintenance issue. Unacceptable.
