We had the pleasure of working with Final Touch on Monday. They came in and performed a comprehensive move out carpet cleaning service and the place looks almost new! The price was reasonable and they were wonderful to work with. 5/5 I recommend them

I highly recommend Final Touch Carpet Cleaning. I brought them in mainly to clean vomit off carpet in a bedroom and he did an amazing job. I called them and they were able to schedule me in just a few hours. He cleaned 3 bedrooms and the living room. His equipment is powerful and able to handle a difficult cleaning situation. Richard was thorough, worked efficiently, and very reasonably priced. It’s winter and the carpets were dry in just a few hours. I am so pleased.

John and his team are excellent at designing and landscaping projects. They are professional, friendly and hardworking people. John listened to our ideas and applied his experience and skills, creating a beautiful and relaxing place for us to call home. He and his team built a keystone retaining wall, added rocks, plants and a drip system. They also installed a sprinkler system, seeded for a lawn, fixed water drainage issues and finished a grey water system. We are thankful for finding “Innovative Designs Landscapes, LLC” and for their hard work at fair prices. We highly recommend them for all of your landscaping projects.

My experience with John and Jackie Navarro of Innovative Designs Landscaping has been the best I have ever had with a small company by far. John really listened to what I wanted and translated my thoughts into a beautiful front and back yard for me. He and his workers are polite, friendly and the hardest working people. Jackie kept me informed every step of the process and made me feel comfortable and important the whole time, even through the snow. Thanks for a great refresher course in how a really good business can be run.

John and his team did a wonderful job on design and implementation. Ours was a large project and looks great! However, reliance on the 1 yr plant/tree replacement has not happened. I notified John of a dead tree and approximately a dozen dead plants well before a yr (about 9 months) and was assured the warranty would be honored. After months of emails and texts (mostly unanswered), this replacement has not been done. That is our only grievance. Otherwise, the project was well designed and executed.

We got many quotes and John and his guys were the best price for what we wanted and worked with our budget.

The quality of the actual construction work was good and the finished product met expectations. The crew does quality work.

That said, the project management and scheduling was extremely disappointing. We were initially given a 10-week timeline, but the project ultimately took 7 months to complete. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were missed repeatedly, and updates were rarely proactive unless we followed up ourselves.

What makes this especially frustrating is that we have hired this company for 6 years across four different projects, and until now, I had never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, this project was such a different experience from the past, I would not hire them again.

While the workmanship was solid, the lack of organization, communication, and accountability made the overall experience far more stressful than it should have been.
