Reviews of local pros in Cedar Crest, New Mexico

It is so nice to have a reliable and local electrician whom I know I can call on for the many big and little jobs that come up. Juan is great at what he does, by the book, and a very nice guy. The first (and biggest) job he did for us was change out our whole electrical panel which was frankly a mess. He showed us where some circuits were actually burned. He provided more information and a workable solution than anyone we had had look at it before him. There was no doubt that the work needed to be done and he did a beautiful job. He made sure to get inspections before and after and all permits necessary. I have called on Juan many times since. Highly recommended.

Juan did an excellent job moving up my receptacle a few feet for a fridge install. Very knowledgeable and transparent about what he’s doing. Highly recommend!!

Juan did an amazing job adding extra light fixtures to my house. He took his time and made sure everything was in excellent working conditions. Highly recommend using this buisness for any electrical needs. Definitely will be using him again in the future!!!

Juan has been coming over and doing work for us for well over a year now doing everything from small smart switch/outlet installs to finding & fixing electric issues to larger installation projects. He is detail oriented and meticulous in his work and making sure everything is tested and working as expected and even ensuring everything is cleaned up before he's done. I definitely look forward to working with them again in the future!

I was needing to add a few light fixtures and ceiling fan in my house. Juan did an excellent job at doing so. Great work and cleaned up after him self. Don't find this quality service in this industry anymore. Juan is one of the few that does it by the book. 10/10 would recommend.

Ark Electrical wired my entire Sandia Park property from scratch including my Electric meter and electrical panel, wired my house to it, all of it!! Beautiful work! I just recently called them back to add more outlets etc and once again!?? GREAT JOB!!

Ark is terrific. Twice now Juan has repaired work done poorly by big name companies. He sure knows his stuff. Highly recommend Ark Electric.

Ark Electrical LLC / Juan is the best. Juan installed all of my security cameras and a surge protector. He communicates well and tries to help in any way he can. Juan is a pleasure to work with. I will hire him for any electrical work I need.

Juan was prompt, professional, reliable, knowledgeable and had great communication!
His work improved the efficiency, safety, and aesthetics of my client's home!
Would highly recommend!

Juan Jr. was very respectful and showed up on time. He installed a new furnace and A/C unit. He was in and out. The longest part was taking the old furnace out. He was very efficient and clean. Would definitely do business with him in the future! We are able to manage in the heat of the summer now and we’ll be ready for a cold winter. Thanks so much Juan!

Wanted a local electrician in the East Mountains area to troubleshoot a DIY home generator connection issue. Juan offered to drop by to take a look the same day! Arrived as promised and took the time to give me advice and answered all my questions! He was very personable and knowledgeable. Juan with Ark Electrical is definitely on my list to call again if the need arises. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Juan!

We have used Juan and his company for years. Honest, dependable, reasonably priced and always does great work. Would definitely recommend!

Juan has been our go-to electrician for over 5 years. The first time we called him, the power to our well house was out. He came out that morning and got us back up and running. Since then, he's installed a backup transfer switch, new exhaust fans, replaced ceiling fans, and other electrical fixes. He is great to work with - always responds quickly, is extremely knowledgeable, provides comprehensive advice on the project at hand, and does excellent work. He is a professional through and through. We highly recommend him!

Recently my husband started a fireplace project in our home. He got to the point for lighting/electrical work and called Ark Electric. Juan's work ethic was simply wonderful. We purchased four canister lighting fixtures which he installed with a new dimmer switch, a new plug outlet and switch for our fireplace. He didn't waste any time and was done in about five hours. No cleanup mess! Besides the beautiful work done we couldn't even tell anyone had worked in our home. We love our dimmable lighting and can't wait to see how it all pulls together when our project is done.
Thanks Juan!

Juan did a great job on our new shop’s electrical installation. He is easy to work with, charges a fair price, and the work is fantastic. I will be using him for all my future electrical needs.

These guys are always professional, friendly and trustworthy.
