Electrical reviews in Chaparral, New Mexico

Carlos and his team did a great job for a great price on my hot tub wiring. He communicated well, was flexible with doing a video estimate due to COVID, and got everything done quickly. Definitely would hire again!

Carlos came out to check on why I'm having power fluctuations after the massive windstorm and gave me options on how to best resolve the issue. The man knows his stuff, he came professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Will definitely be calling him for any future electrical needs.

Update: Carlos has been great over the whole weekend without power, communicative every step of the way, gave me the step by step process of how everything is going to go, sent out his guys to rewire the electrical box behind the meter, those guys were professional as well, got right to work, got it done without any mishaps, now we wait for things out of our control, i.e. Inspector and El Paso Electric.

Most reliable and best service I've experienced in all my years!

I would highly recommend B&A Electrical. Carlos and his partner were very friendly and helpful. They helped me convert a 3 prong outlet to a 4 prong outlet, then were nice enough to help me with 2 light fixtures.

Gabriel and Jesse were on time, courteous, and wasted no time getting the parts I needed to address the problem in my fuse box that disabled my computer, router and printer. I had even lost the use of my stove. There were further complications. Carlos has diagnosed and isolated the chief problem and is searching for the appropriate parts to resolve the electrical problem. And meanwhile I can use my stove! Hooray! Praise the Lord.

Carlos has been amazing, as a matter of fact we continue to hire him and his business because of the work and service he does. He takes pride and is cordial, timely and precise.

This company did an outstanding job of installing a ceiling fan on a 20 ft ceiling. They were in and out in a very timely manner and did the job well.

Carlos Gonzalez, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and great to work with. His professionalism, workmanship and personal care exceeded our expectations. He kept us informed of the installation process with every detail from start to finish. We got several bids and B & A Electrical was by far the very best! We would highly recommend them to our family and friends… and to anyone looking for a good electrician!!

I am very happy with the amazing service I received from B & A! Carlos was very communicative prior to and during the appointment, as well as on time and very fast. The work they performed was very reasonably priced (replacing and installing 5 LED panels that are ceiling lights in my home, replacing the broken chain on a ceiling fan, and replacing the broken part of a light switch in my bathroom). Him and the other repairman who did the work in my home were very respectful and efficient and I will definitely reach out to them about all of my future electrical needs.

B@A Electrcal Services is Outstanding!!
I Highly Recommend this Company!!
Carlos always responds back and lets you know on the status of the job!! B&A is going to be my choice for my electrical work!!😎👏👍

We had a burnt outlet and another outlet that would trip excessively. Carlos repkaced the burnt outlet and found a problem with the other outlet, which he also fixed. He did a fantastic job! Both outlets are now working well!

We recently had an urgent electrical need at our Training Center in El Paso, TX, and Desert Electric exceeded our expectations. Within just a few hours, their team was on-site, ready to get to work.

The Journeyman and Apprentice quickly assessed the situation, safely removed outdated wiring that did not meet current code requirements, and immediately began installing conduit and electrical drops for our new welding booths. Their efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy throughout the entire process were outstanding.

I highly recommend Desert Electric LTC Co. for any electrical project—large or small. Their responsiveness, expertise, and customer-focused service truly set them apart.
