    i had a bad experience with Sunbelt in Corrales I tried to talk with the owner Brandon Steiner afterwards and he was very insulting towards me, basically telling me I lacked intelligence in a rude phone message. After a couple days, I emailed him again to try and resolve the situation, but there was no response. I emailed him again asking to clear up any misunderstandings. I find it extremely disappointing when the owner of the company doesn’t even care about what’s going on, but maybe because I’ve had my own businesses and I am a caring person. I needed some help with my sprinkler system and the man they sent the first thing he said to me is I can work for cheaper than Sunbelt and you should fire them and hire me and I felt very uncomfortable with this . I didn’t respond, but later in the day, he was asking me multiple times whether I lived alone or not, which I thought was very inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. I had called them because the last person who worked here did not winterize my sprinkler system, and there was a lot of problems with that. They fixed it but they didn’t winterize it either It was supposed to freeze that night so I was really confused why they left it on because then it could break again. several sprinkler heads were not working, and I asked them to come back - they came back and fixed a few things, but my sprinkler system is still not working correctly and I want Mr. Steiner to send out someone that I could discuss this with and get it fixed once and for all. His only Response was to tell me it was working but some the sections of my yard are currently dying and I’ve had to drag hoses around to try and keep everything alive. I have rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, which makes this very hard and painful for me and that why i wanted them repaired but now Mr Steiner won’t speak to me at all. i really don’t understand how a business can treat customers so poorly and am disappointed.
