Awesome job done by the crew! They remedied a urgent situation that was not covered by the owner of the house. They came in promptly and did an amazing job getting the house ready for occupancy in a short notice. Will recommend again.

I had tenants pretty much destroy a rental property by packing it with rescue dogs and cats who pooped and peed everywhere. L&L responded quickly and professionally. A representative was at my house in no time and quickly told me what needed to be done and what it would cost. I was also told (correctly) that full remediation would take specialized services that they didn't provide (such as refinishing and replacing much of the hardwood flooring), so they didn't overpromise. But they DID provide references for companies that do that kind of work.

On the day of their cleaning, they showed up on time and went through the house like a whirlwind, cleaning with products that promised to remove as much of the smell as possible. When I arrived some hours later to see how their progress, they were almost done, and the change in the smell was nearly miraculous. As predicted, the really tough areas will require special remediation, but the smell is SO much better. Really, it was so bad that contractors couldn't work in it, but now they can.

They did what they said they could do, did it quickly and professionally and cheerfully, and for a reasonable price, given the size of this property (about 4500 square feet) and the terrific cleaning challenge it represented. I highly recommend them.

We hadd our first house cleaning service today. Everything looks spotless. They were precise and detailed in how they cleaned, using their own professional equipment and supplies. Everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about doing a good job. They even played some nice jams I need to add to my playlist! We'll be using this company for regularly scheduled cleaning going forward. Highly recommend!!

I had my first house cleaning service today. Everything looks beautiful, they covered every inch of the house. They were equipped with some fabulous equipment and cleaning supplies. Everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about doing a good job. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them to others.
