Outstanding job on my irrigation system. Fast and affordable. There was quite a bit wrong with it that others wouldn't fix and they got it done on the spot. Super thankful. I will be booking other services in the future!

I had this company repair my irrigation system and they did a fantastic job. Charlie is extremely knowledgeable and will explain everything he is doing in detail in a way that you can understand. He completed my original problem and found two other issues that he also quickly resolved. I have a new system at a reasonable price. He and Jesse are meticulous in their work and I will not hesitate to call them again.

Charlie is the smartest sprinkler/drip system guy in Las Cruces. Over 10 years I have hired half a dozen other people/companies who just don't fix the problems. He was on time, good listener, mannerly, gave expert feedback and advice about other issues in my yard. Get Charlie. He is super knowledgeable and experienced.

Spoke with Judd was advised they could come today. Explained charges and was here by 11am. They completed the repair by 11:30. The two repairman, were extremely polite and very efficient.

I'm super happy with both of my experiences with Clean-Cut Lawn Service. Most recent was to replace my sprinkler system control. Charlie did an amazing job and took the time to explain the new control to me. Everyone I was in contact with was very nice and helpful, the price was fair, and the work was done the same day I called! My yard looks great thanks to Charlie and Clean-Cut and I am very grateful!

Had a great experience with Judd and his crew! We needed our entire drip system replaced. Judd explained our options and respective prices, and the prices quoted were fair and reasonable. He was able to start the following Monday. His crew was friendly, did great work, and cleaned up the job site when they were finished. His crew was large enough that they were able to finish the job in one day versus the two week estimate from another company. That company also quoted a much higher price! I highly recommend Clean-Cut Lawn Service!

Jud came by our house, discussed what our vision was and gave us an estimate same day. He promised to be out in two weeks since our schedule didn’t allow for us to start the following week. Jud advised he would be at our house at 8:15 Monday morning. Not only was Jud here on time but he came with his whole crew – ready to roll! As a team, we walked the entire property, reviewed the plans and most importantly discussed our vision. Jud was transparent, informative, and super knowledgeable on the limited availability of plants during this crazy covid winter season. Jud and team helped us to make decisions on what we should maintain from the original vision and where we could make changes.
Even with the limited availability and needing to change some of our plants, we felt in charge of each change every step of the way since we discussed options for each change and what the result would looks like (we even googled the plants together). Jud took the time to make sure that each and every change was discussed fully and that we felt confident in what we had decided. Jud’s team knocked it out of the park! They discussed each movement toward completion as it was happening - from cutting in the arroyos to plant and rock placement adjustments to what sized stepping squares we wanted down our walkway. Jud and team come super highly recommended by our family. We were able to get from no back yard to a COMPLETE back yard oasis in just two days! Jud came in on time and on budget. The quote we were given and the check we wrote matched to the penny. I cannot recommend Jud and team enough – from explaining our drip system to us completely (which our own builder didn’t do) to what to expect from our back yard oasis in 6 months, in a year. Jud and team set the bar very high and have met it on all fronts from expectation to execution. They have already come back to our property to answer questions we had and we are completely blown away by the level of support and professionalism Jud and team brought to this project. I'm selling my home in Las Cruces but live in Flagstaff and couldn't make it back to clean up the yard. I called Clean-Cut yesterday and they were at my house pulling weeds, mowing and cleaning first thing this morning. We have used Clean-Cut Lawn Service for many projects. They are on time and usually complete everything in one day because they bring a big crew. We've had them install sprinklers, grass, a play yard, irrigation for our pecan trees and a pond. On their first job at our house they rescued 4 kittens that were stuck in our pipes. We love their work and their crew are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them!

After the initial call Judd scheduled appointment to review and assess my irrigation needs. He explained the entire process of installing drip irrigation and sprinkler system as we viewed my project. We agreed on the price and within days his entire crew showed up on time and with equipment to complete the job. The men were professional and completed the installations in one day. I highly recommend this company.

Initial contact with Clean-Cut Lawn Service was made to assist us in troubleshooting a front yard water leak issue near our water meter. Being new to the area, our challenge was to find reliable resources to assist in resolving the issue. Dona Ana Water confirmed the issue was on homeowner side of the meter. Next, we contacted Clean-Cut Lawn Service. Charley and his assistant identified the root cause but told us a certified plumber was required. We followed up and thankfully the necessary repairs were made by the plumber.
Given our positive experience with Clean-Cut Lawn Service, we decided to ask them for a quote to complete our backyard landscaping. Jud came out and provided the quote on the spot. It was within our budget, so we decided to proceed. We were delighted with the process from start to finish. Everyone involved did a top-notch job from providing recommendations on what to plant, to the planting, to installing some patio stones and the rock, which per our request matched perfectly to the existing rock upfront. When activities were scheduled, the individuals involved arrived on time. The job was completed within a day and a half. The crew was respectful of their surroundings and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Based on our experience, we would definitely consider them for future projects.

Judd from Clean Cut had done irrigation work for us before so I was very comfortable going to him for an estimate on doing rock landscaping for me. I had to cut back on the original amount of work due to a larger than expected medical bill. Judd worked with me to meet my budget and get the bulk of the project completed. It looks outstanding! Thanks for a great crew and your understanding our unexpected budget change!

I was looking for a well-rated local lawn service to do some trimming and weed control. When I called to ask for an estimate, my initial conversation with who I presume is the owner was very strange. He said that his company doesn't do estimates, since it was recently voted "Best in Town". Instead, he said, I could hire his workers for one hour at a specified rate, and if I liked their work, I could continue to hire them for additional hours as needed. I went ahead and scheduled a date and time, gambling on the company's reputation. They cancelled and rescheduled it twice, the first time for a legitimate reason (rain) but the second time they called and said that they would be an hour late. The two workers who showed up were very polite and professional, and they did do an excellent job with the two trees they trimmed, including a thorough clean-up. But I had also asked them to treat the yard for weed control, because some weeds had sprung up since last fall. Within a couple of weeks, new weeds started appearing all over my backyard (see pictures). These were taken this week, and the work was done less than a month ago. I do seem to recall that one of the workers said a follow-up treatment might be required, but apparently, since this business was voted "Best in Town", the company considered itself too good to reach out to me and propose a visit for follow-up treatment. I also didn't appreciate the fact that the owner(?) called me up at 7:40 AM the following morning in order to get my credit card information for payment. Even for people working a 9-to-5 job, that's a very inconvenient time to call. Apparently this company now considers itself successful enough so that it can ignore little aspects of good customer service, like providing estimates, or soliciting additional work, or calling people at reasonable times. Maybe it actually will continue to be successful in spite of this. Maybe it really doesn't need new customers, like me. They don't have to worry - I will never be using them again.

Great not have to do it all myself anymore. I can focus on seeding and weeding now.

We have had a contract with them for years at our business and will continue to do so. I also had them come to my home and fix my sprinkler system and sod my yard..excellent and professional team. From the workers to the top they are always smiling and very helpful!

General Service Landscaping helped us with our sprinkler system today and did a terrific job. He quickly checked all the drips and sprinkler heads and replaced parts when needed. Highly recommend as he is experienced, fast and good.

I was very satisfied with Diego’s work. From the first time I called and received a quote to replace old irrigation system valves to the effort he put in, he ensured he was communicating and ensuring that I agreed with his plans. I’ll be calling him with any future needs.

We had the timer replaced on our sprinkler system. Diego was very efficient and clearly explained and demonstrated the system to us. The project was completed quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
