This business was not professional at all
The manager Brenda was extremely rude and did not take the equipment needed to clean the home. Her excuse was that she forgot. The employees were in a big hurry and threw many valuabales away. Also while they were working they were talking inappropriately. I could not believe the language being used.
..This has discouraged me completely from ever hiring a company to clean my home again!!!

Very rude. They are so unprofessional. i cannot express how rude they are to their employees and to their customers. did a bad job as well. they do not deserve your money. find somewhere else to get your house cleaned.

Crystal Clear Cleaning Company cleans my Airbnb property and helps me reset it for upcoming guests. They have done an amazing job helping me with my business and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their property cleaned.

Awful customer service. My apartment ended up not being cleaned at all. IF they answer the phone, they will lie and say they are on the way. My appointment was at 10am and I couldn't get ahold of anyone until 11:30am. They never showed up, which apparently after asking others isn't atypical. They will often miss appointments for households if they get an appointment with an office space at the same time as yours after you've already made your appointment. I felt I had to babysit them the whole time because they missed the visit for a free quote. I called them and they had completely forgotten about my appointment entirely and said they need to reschedule it for the next day. I called the night prior to my appointment and the morning of to ensure it was going to happen and they assured me it was. Then it never happened. My apartment remains uncleaned. Do not give a penny to this business, especially up front! Awful, awful service and blatant lying by "Brenda" on the phone. No apologies or anything. It was almost as if they were surprised I was upset during all of this. Like it was business as usual. And I honestly believe it was after talking to others with similar experiences.

Excellent service in every way! I would recommend them to anyone. We've used other cleaning services in Las Cruces, and this one is definitely the best. Brenda was great, and the other employees' work was very impressive.

Total ripoff. Zero stars, if it was an option. All I asked for was the cupboards, drawers, closet shelves, and floors to be cleaned. While the floors look okay, the rest was left filthy and we will need to clean all the drawers and shelving ourselves. I doubt they were cleaned at all. To top it off, my own cleaner and gloves were missing upon my return. Just a couple of bucks, but it's the principle of it. I would not recommend to anyone.

Always a great experience with this company. The manager, Brenda, is one of the hardest workers I’ve seen. Always asking if things are okay, checking in on her staff. All of them address the issues we have quickly, if not immediately (we don’t have many but when we do!) We highly recommend! They show up on time, do great work, and check in with us regularly to make sure everything is good.

Brenda and her team did a really good job. She was on time, friendly and professional. I have two big furry dogs with fur EVERYWHERE, and they were able to get it all picked up and cleaned. I am happy to state we will be getting our rental deposit back. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a clean!

Sooo impressed with Crystal Clear Cleaning! Brenda was so professional, and she went beyond our expectations! The crew that Brenda supplied were so thorough, and I am so very pleased with the result. I HIGHLY recommend this company. You will never regret it.

Did not show and then I canceled. Bottom line: if you’re on a tight schedule, skip this company.

The good:
-super polite
-came to look at the house, was on time, quick
-I felt super confident over the phone and then in person that they’d do an outstanding job

The bad:
-did not show at scheduled cleaning time
-did not send estimate to my email
-did not answer text messages
-multiple attempts to get ahold of them
-called back finally about 30 minutes after I tried multiple times, said I didn’t agree to the email that wasn’t sent out.
-I texted at 7:30am today (day of) saying that I still haven’t gotten the email
-they quoted for $1,005 w/tax for a 3br/2br house and pressure washing, $430 for the cleaning, $430 for the pressure washing, $70 for two carpets. Seems high to me, but what do I know?
-said they’d give $45 off and some smell nice stuff in the carpet if they could reschedule for the following Wednesday
-zero communication, I asked if you’re waiting on something to be signed, why didn’t you call or text? The answer was ‘we got busy’

These women are wonderful. We called them desperate because our other cleaning company canceled on us and they didn’t have time to show up and help us but THEY DID! AND THEY MEAN BUSINESS! 5 women came into our house and just started cleaning! And they did such a great job in a short time. They’re coming once every two weeks from now on. You won’t regret calling them! There also reasonably priced!
