L&L cleaned the house when it was ready to put on the market.. Their 4 people worked straight through saving hours of my time. They were friendly, stayed on task and did a good job.

They were on time, friendly, talkative and professional. I’ve used several housecleaning services before and expected the same type of quality (what are an ok job), but they brought in commercial grade equipment and cleaning products, they cleaned in areas most don’t line above the fridge and the baseboards, they deep cleaned the bathroom and did a very good professional job. Best part is they didn’t use any of my household cleaning goods like a lot of services have in the past. I would highly recommend them to clean your home.

I called several places for basic house cleaning services and most places either didn’t answer or could not give me specific pricing. I called L&L Janitorial they quickly responded to what I needed and were able to get me in quickly. I loved getting home to a clean home they did everything from base boards, window seals, appliances, cabinets and the fans in my home they again were very prompt with any questions I had the day of cleaning. We have used L and L for very deep cleaning on several properties for move in/move out purposes. They have done an amazing job on all of them. I had tenants pretty much destroy a rental property by packing it with rescue dogs and cats who pooped and peed everywhere. L&L responded quickly and professionally. A representative was at my house in no time and quickly told me what needed to be done and what it would cost. I was also told (correctly) that full remediation would take specialized services that they didn't provide (such as refinishing and replacing much of the hardwood flooring), so they didn't overpromise. But they DID provide references for companies that do that kind of work.

On the day of their cleaning, they showed up on time and went through the house like a whirlwind, cleaning with products that promised to remove as much of the smell as possible. When I arrived some hours later to see how their progress, they were almost done, and the change in the smell was nearly miraculous. As predicted, the really tough areas will require special remediation, but the smell is SO much better. Really, it was so bad that contractors couldn't work in it, but now they can.

They did what they said they could do, did it quickly and professionally and cheerfully, and for a reasonable price, given the size of this property (about 4500 square feet) and the terrific cleaning challenge it represented. I highly recommend them.
