We had 5 Star Electric to our house twice and ended hiring someone else to do the work correctly. We paid them the first time sight unseen because we were moving from out of state and wanted the work done before we moved in. They came recommended by our realtor. We discovered the work wasn’t completed, called them and they came back out, then they charged us again. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Awesome customer service! I requested online for a quote for a new hot tub circuit, and I got a response right away. After leaving my home, I had a proposal in less than 2 hours. The crew that performed the work were very polite and professional. I highly recommend and will use them again!

This company's name says it all. I called Antonio for a small problem. He returned my call quickly, set an appointment, reviewed my problem & gave me a base rate. I made an appointment for the job, his crew came 10 minutes early, repaired the issue in under 2 hours, which included going out to get a part & fixing the landscaping to look like they weren't even here! Great service. Fair pricing. I will use them again.

5 star just did my EV charger and I'm impressed in pretty much every possible way. Quote was great, didn't get hijacked with the "EV tax" where the price suddenly triples the moment you mention it's for an EV which was refreshing. And all I wanted was surface mount MC cable because it's an unfinished garage but they ran it behind the drywall for the same price just because it's safer and looks more professional.

As for the install these dudes were F1 pit crew fast, under an hour even with patching the drywall. Thanks guys!

Had a situation where we needed an old fan and light removed and a vintage hanging light installed. The guys from 5 star (apologies but I am terrible with names) arrived on time, assessed the situation to determine what hardware was needed and went to pick it up. They returned quickly and knocked out the job fast and efficiently. Very impressed, 5 star will be our go to from now on for our electrical work.

I was very pleased with Five Star. He was able to fix my electrical problem quickly and for a fraction of the cost I thought it would be. He explained everything he did and why. I will definitely call him again in the future for any electrical needs and fixes.

Just as an electrical panel upgrade from 100amps to 200amps. Working with Antonio was very easy, he communicated well, got the work done quickly and efficiently, and I would absolutely use his company again for future projects!

The city inspector complimented the work. Nice work on an EV charger circuit install. 60A circuit for 48A charger, hard-wired. The company communicated well, showed up as promised, got the work done (right the first time, and per code) as promised, cleaned up afterward, even looks good cosmetically. And of course it works perfectly. I would absolutely work with them again based on the experience.
