He was asked to change 2 outlets but when he got there and saw that we were selling it decided he needed to see the inspector report as other things were wrong. Keep in mind we drove from Texas for this appointment and he left. When I called him he refused to do the job without the report. None of the other contractors needed a report, they just did what we asked them to do. I had to hire another electrician and pay overtime all because it seems he wanted the report so he could fix everything and get more money when all he was asked to do is change 2 outlets. The buyers will repair the rest for a home discount and I will be sure they don't call him.

I needed an electrician to upgrade a 30 amp circuit to a 50 amp with the 14 50 outlet instead of the dryer outlet that was in the box. Quality quoted $600. CRAZY and a total rip off. Insulting to my intelligence as well. I was able to find someone that jumped on it that day at $150. Very fair. STAY AWAY FROM QUALITY ELECTRIC.

Felipe provided a quick response to my inquiry regarding adding new electrical outlets on my patio, replacing a poorly installed outlet, hardwiring my ceiling fan and adding a new outlet in the garage for my newly purchased home in Rio Rancho.
He provided a free estimate and was able to schedule me quickly. All work and more that I added were done on time and within budget. He is very professional and will recommend to family and friends.

Spoke directly with Felipe Varela early morning for a wall light that was not working due to broken socket. He quoted an estimate and when I said I was getting quotes said to call back if I decided to use him. After leaving several calls where I had to leave messages and getting some information when I bought new wall scone that his price was very reasonable I called and spoke to him directly again. He said he could be here between hours of 3-5 PM. He was here at 3:30 and went to work putting in new fixture. Also replaced wall switch which he discovered was faulty. All in less then an hour. I will definitely be calling Quality Electric again.

Felipe and his team did a great job for a great price! We had a big job which required trenching to bury our main line and replace our panel, everything was put back in place after the dig. All his team were friendly and professional.

Had Felipe come again. This time I was disappointed. Had a problem with GFI outlet.
Called him to fix it. He came fixed what I thought was the problem. Paid 200.00. Then the other 2 switches didn't work. Came back replaced 2 switches but my broken outlets still are unusable. I think I should of received a small refund. Yes I got two new switches but I still can't use my outlets

We Highly recommend Felipe. Scheduling was quick and easy. He came the next day, fixed all the electrical issues in the house and his rates are reasonable! We never mind paying for professional work done right.

This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Not just with an electric company or repair, but with any company I've dealt with in general. We had issues with our power and Phillipe was able to get our issue looked at and resolved same day!!! Not only that, but he resolved adjacent issues and even installed a new fan for us. Aside frome being able to diagnose and resolve our issues quickly and professionally, he was an extremely friendly person with excellent customer service skills. Felipe did a awesome job! I called him short notice to fix a 240 outlet not sending correct loads. Witin 2 hrs he was at my site. Within a hour the service was taken care of. Highly recommend him!
