I use Custom Carpet & Hood every year to clean the hood at my place of business, which contains a restaurant kitchen. They are always on time and efficient, both of which are exceedingly rare in New Mexico. (Especially the former!!!)

On their most recent visit, even though I had only hired them clean, they diagnosed an electrical failure and offered to fix it, which they did for a fair price, which was a massive help.

I recommend them without hesitation.

Our kitchen venthood was making a terrible racket every time we turned it on, so we opted to get it professionally cleaned before having any parts replaced. Not only did Brian do an amazing job cleaning every single inch of the hood, he also took apart one of the motors and found the problem and fixed it.

Now, not only does the venthood look brand-new, it also sounds brand new!! Five stars all around ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
